Easy to design pages, and very easy to integrate with WordPress.

I HATE how they sell products with Stripe, and using them to manage members and sell recurring membership stuff is awful. Everyone I've helped as a consultant that uses this, we end up using other payment options to actually sell services, ClickFunnels ends up just being the landing pages.

Easy to make landing pages and thank-you pages for whatever you need

I like that ClickFunnels has allowed us to create campaigns where we are able to directly guide our Ad Campaign clicks to. From there, we can convert them over from a visitor to a sale. Click Funnels is very easy to set up, and the pages look very modern without giving off they're in our sales funnel.

I dislike that ClickFunnels still shows their own logo at the bottom left hand side of the screen. I would love to have that removed.

With ClickFunnels, we're able to easily create landing pages for our advertising campaigns. ClickFunnels has it down to a science to get the user to sign up for a product or atleast give us their contact email. Compared to manually building out landing pages, Click Funnels has made it very easy to quickly generate landing pages for our campaigns.

I like that this program has templates already made so you can easily fill in the pieces with what you want. It makes creating landing pages a breeze.

Even though this program has editable templates, the design of the templates is limited and you can’t do simple tasks like drag and drop or stretch items. I wish it was easier to manipulate.

Easy to create marketing funnels for multiple niches, you can build one in less than an hour. They also have a lot of funnel templates and market place to purchase other templates. The tool is all in one, you can integrate a payment system like Striple and auto responder like Active Campaigns. You can quickly add upsells and downsells to improve your conversions with less traffic. It also has a membership module to sell simple training courses.If you have a straight forward funnel, it will help you get your idea to market faster, however, I would not recommend for everyone.

The tool has its flaws, the membership site is limited, you don't have any control over the design and it's not very mobile friendly. Support is extremely slow to respond. Many times support would reply that their engineer would investigate a problem and it would never get resolved or never receive a reply. It's really expensive compared to other WordPress based solutions.

Building funnels for clients and for myself. Time to market for funnels is extremely fast, so we are able to do more with less work.

Easy to duplicate pages and do split testing. Lots of drag and drop when creating pages which makes the basic designing part simple as well - and it's responsive. Like the automation of emails, really helps with the onboarding process and streamlining of client.

There are certain limitations that cause frustration - for example creating a live webinar funnel with two different sign up options. Support can sometimes be frustrating. You reach out on chat and sometimes won't hear back till hours (maybe its to push you to Google everything yourself - who knows) and if they chat agent doesn't know the answer because it's too complex they have to send it to their higher up team which takes even longer to get an answer back from.

Ability to create simple landing pages and automations with emails.

I love the easy to use page builder, which easily allows you to build a web page in no time. They also have great templates that you can easily modify to your business needs. It's also very easy to share templates with anyone.

The price itself is very high. I would say that the price of this software is a lot more than many other landing page tools.

I like the amount of features and the amount of training.

It's cumbersome, and not as customizable. And it's not as effective as I'd hoped.

It's not solving anything. I like that it captures data, but so do a lot of programs that are much cheaper.

The all in one nature of click funnels is probably its biggest draw. Email, landing page creation, cart, etc all under one roof will eliminate the need for (some) business owners to have to find different providers for each.

Often times the program is clulcky and unintuitive. It requires great effort to learn all the ins and outs, despite claims about ease of use, and many of the integrations aren't as smooth as claimed. also has limited integration with shopify, despite being a major player with a lot of mutually beneficial possibilities

Landing pages for e-commerce products are the most common usage for click funnels. There are also ways to connect product inventory, payment processors, and the like, and click funnels could be an all-in-one e-commerce site so long as you have limited inventory or a LOT of time to create pages.

We are exploring the concept of sales funnels and conducting several trials. ClickFunnels came well recommended, so we decided to give it a try. The free trial came in very handy. The major attraction of this introduction to sales funnels was the no-tech approach. Beautiful landing pages can be created without the need to involve (and pay to) IT staff, which is great. These pages enable A/B tests and data tracking/conversion reporting to identify roadblocks. Information on Facebook groups is a huge bonus!

Assuming I like the tool, the price tag is too high for a small business. Besides, in the scope of a free trial setup, learning was quite complicated. At some point, I thought about giving up as I could not resolve some technical difficulties, like changing the customer email address. I understand that tool is going through growth period, however constant glitches are quite unpleasant.

The tool facilitates the sales funnel by building landing pages from initial introduction to a paid subscription. Though the price tag is quite steep, you can save a lot using WYSIWYG page builder. That, in turn, accelerates A/B testing. You also can integrate with other systems like email.

I love the ability to easily upsell with the click of a button.

The design elements can be glitchy, and it's frustrating clicking on subsections as you have to be spot on or the system tools won't open (think clicking multiple times in the same area to get to what you want)

Starting with a good template will always save time! The lacking feature is being able to import designed sections if adding onto an existing design ie adding more information to the landing page you started creating.

It's easy to put together new websites, test ideas, landing pages etc. Simply drag and drop.

The customer service that's provided: response time, seeking clarity, and effort to make sure matter is resolved to the best of their ability. Clickfunnels excels in customer service provided over pipelinepro, as described above.

For some reason, I couldn't learn how to use Clickfunnels as easily as it was for me to learn and use pipelinepro.

I no longer use Clickfunnels because I couldn't understand how to use the original version nor version Clickfunnels 2.0. This made Clickfunnels fees without being able to use it infeasible.

The idea of it is great. I was really pulled in by having everything in one place.

There are so many bugs I couldn't get it functioning despite spending 3 weeks working on it. Non intuitive user interface. Extremely expensive. Tech team who never responds. Lack of help material. Hardly any templates. Old fashioned templates.

I was hoping to set up click funnels to do all my marketing. Unfortunately, there were so many bugs I spent 4 weeks and still didn't have a live site. I had a ticket with tech for 3 weeks and did not hear back from them once despite numerous follow-ups on my part. There is a severe lack of documentation. Although the help team is responsive, they have limited ability to look into the bugs and actually fix things. From the huge build-up and excitement I felt after spending 5 days on the initial free sales course, I went to frustration and annoyance. I have since changed to another builder where I was able to get everything up and running in 2 days - no bugs - easy UX - much cheaper. I don't like writing this about Clickfunnels because I felt a real affinity with them at first - but I lost a lot of money and time so I would like to save other freelancers from making the same mistake. It is clear that Clickfunnels 2 was not ready to go live - and that they don't care much about their customers. When I left I explained my problems but never heard anything back from them about that either.

Nothing at all is positive about our extremely expensive time with the useless company that is ClickFunnels.

They lie, they cheat, they steal, they scam. They charge upfront because they know their system is broken in 7 million places. They have a terrible customer service team who is 4 people for hundreds of thousands of customers. They bill your card without approval, they send no invoice, then they refuse to do any refunds after 30d. So essentially it's one massive fraud ring where they bill you secretly and then refuse to refund, through a system intentionally created this way. Russell Brunson will burn for eternity for the black footprint he has left on the marketing community. Robbed everyone of trust and money for faulty broken pieces. And every tool he integrated, he also owns, and it's also broken.

It's not solving any problems. It creates more problems while draining your money and pretending they are shocked to hear it's not working.

Clickfunnels is an all in one solution with beautiful landing pages.

We had a TON of issues and even with a platinum account could NEVER get ahold of platinum support.

Having a very flexible landing page that has all of the payment options built in, it also offers you the ability to track the users based on different actions.

Very nice website to creat your own. Easy to undestand and to create your pages. Creating funnels and integrate them with your email provider is very easy. The website is very responsive.

The price is quite expensive for the number of page given. And the SEO is very bad since it's not a blog. But overall it's a great product, I really enjoy using it.

Clickfunnels is great to build website in no time very easily without having any code knowledge. It helps me with my online business and help me to serve my customer better.

I like the UI/UX. It is easy to set up and design your own sales funnel. They make it easy for you to select any type of funnel, and you can choose between various designs. All the features you need are there, such as pop-up forms, countdown timers, option forms, and sales forms.

The landing page designs are very outdated. They do not look polished or refined like other landing page builders. The tool itself looks older than others, but it is still easy to use, which I think is the most important part.

I can very easily create landing pages that I can use for social media and lead magnets to college emails. It's easy to set up a page and share it almost immediately.
