I love how easy ProsperWorks is to learn and use. I use Google and their apps all the time, this CRM integrates with all my apps and keeps track of everything for me. The app on my phone lets me take it with me wherever I go.
I haven't used it long enough to dislike anything yet.
I have been able to keep track of potential customers by seeing how long its been since I've been in contact and it has also helped me reach out to past clients and keep in touch.
I had not intended to pay for a CRM -- at least not at first. Thought I start out with one of the free ones and see if I really needed something better. Then after seeing the awesome Google integrations, great design, and a first rate Android app, I just had to give ProsperWorks a shot. So glad I did, and very happy to continue as a paying user.
Only wish that features were more for general wider use than sales cycle. For example, a Person can only be assigned on one Company, which is not the reality in my world.
I'm using this for something a little different than a typical customer/sales pipeline. I work at a startup accelerator, but still use the ProsperWorks Opportunities as we funnel potential startups into our program as clients. Works better than anything else I tried, and I tried a bunch of other CMS's. ProsperWorks helps me with followups and reminders and with it I am doing a better job of checking in with people and staying in touch.
Ease of integration and dynamic features laid on top oc an interface I am already conditioned to navigate and use. Also, training colleagues on new habits is a piece of cake! Thank you for creating this solution.
I have not found anything that I don't like about this product as of yet. It does everything I need a CRM to do at this point.
Solving dropped action items, better reporting. Benefits have been realizing the reporting tools that give us a better direction in making tactical and strategic decisions.
The ease of accessibility: being able to log notes, attach files, and have it all synced/integrated into other accounts (ie; Gmail or Google drive).
It automatically linked a personal google drive to my work account and I've had a very hard time trying to figure out how to change this to my work google drive.
Being able to communicate within a small group about business opportunities. We save time and are able to react quickly by all being on this platform (especially since we are not all in the same office all day everyday).
We started using ProsperWorks at work and are loving it.

One of the biggest barriers to successfully implementing and using a CRM is making sure it's actually used. ProsperWorks makes using the CRM easy, and also provides ways to automate things so that you don't have to think too much about it as it works in the background.
There are already several integrations in place, and I hope even more integrations continue to be developed.

Prosperworks CRM is just as versatile as Google's integrations. It allows my company to API to many other programs, which streamlines our sales process. It's also so easy to customize.
I wish that the email tracking tool would specify who actually opens the email in a group email.
It's beneficial to have our lead generation materials automatically upload our customers into Prosperworks.
We transitioned from salesforce a few months ago. We are loving this software for it's simplicity and ease of use. I highly recommend Prosperworks if you are looking for a feature packed CRM that is also easy to use.
I don't like that I cannot jump to an eial inside of gmail from the prosperworks app.

Spent a lot of time looking around for a tool that works and ProsperWorks outshone the others. Biggest thing which I love is it integrates into my Google Mail. I literally don't have to leave my inbox when email or dealing with clients. The layout and structure is also super simple and intuitive to sue.
I think like most start ups the only thing I can moan about is price! But then, the value I am getitng is worth every sent.

I am a very demanding customer with the ability to get companies to push their products to the limit and then some. They have been with me step by step and I have seen no reason to believe they will not be able to keep up with me and my innovative ways of doing things.

Contact management for several companies with hundreds of thousands of contacts that cross-talk to each other and have differing relations with each contact from several locations. This was a nightmare to manage and it is getting easier by the day., We have a relatively small administrative group that manages over 2000 independent contractors and even more customers.

Simple and powerful tool to structure your pipelines and keep track on all communications with the leads. The most enjoyable part, of course, is email analytics.
A slightly limited amount of exporting options is somewhat limiting the extent to which the data can be automatically extracted for the outside use.
We aimed to find a simplistic CRM without the complications of Salesforce-type platforms and the same level of utility for flexible sales team members.

Nothing so far. I had a little trouble getting the side bar to show up in gmail, but I figured it out.

I like the ease of buildout and how easy the reporting and filters work. Makes daily task simple and easy.
I do like the fact that it imports data directly into google docs but I do not like having to manually choose to refresh the data daily.
