I like how compatible it is across all platforms! It is very user friendly and makes it easy for me to keep track of all of my leads and my pipeline in general. I really like the email tracking feature that it uses with gmail. Helps me stay in the know with my clients. Another feature that I like is the social media integration. I like this because it helps me do some research on my upcoming clients before I even meet them!
The mobile app is a little tougher to use and harder to navigate. The interface makes it difficult to navigate from page to page. Overall if this could be improved that would be awesome! Another feature that I do not use is emailing straight from copper. I dont really have any feedback, however I just prefer to email from gmail directly so I just pull emails from copper before sending.
Im am now successfully able to convert more leads in my pipeline because they are all laid out for me and make it hard for me to forget. The tasks tab also helps me understand what needs to be done each day and stay on task.
Copper make it so EASY for SDRs to get their job done. It's created for companies that set demos with cold calling. Pretty amazing and easy to use.
Can be slow if you have slower internet. Loading assets can take some time..
Needed a CRM that create a great workflow for cold calling.
This system can be as simple as you need or as complex as required. Multiple users have the ability to personalize their experience by utilizing filters and quickly switch searches to accomodate various verticals. Also, customer service is amazing. When I have a question I receive an answer (with visuals!!) right away.
I really struggled to come up with something that needs improvement. I would say at this point the reporting could be better but it's not a deal breaker.
Well, with Copper, there are few problems. Copper has allowed our team to stay focused on the tasks that are most relevant to closing deals. Personalizing our experience with this platform allows for a fully engaged process.
I find copper easy to organize and customize for my purposes.
I haven't figured out how to have one contact associated with multiple companies.
Moving opportunities down the line in their intended progression has been quite intuitive.
Copper allows us to easily manage our sales data and the flexibility of accessing the information via the Gmail extension, via a web browser or app makes it extremely versatile. The Gmail extension simplifies the process of data entry, making data management a simple and streamlined process
The only downside to Copper is the Reporting Suite can be a little 'clunky' and it's sometimes difficult to extract the data you may need via filters. The export of data (the collation of selected data exported to a single report) could be improved, eliminating the need to export multiple reports to collate external to the system.
Copper helps our organisation easily maintain our vast pipeline, allowing our sales reps to spend more time focusing on their core roles rather than CRM management. Combined with the Gmail extension, Copper makes typically laborious data entry a simple and quick process, with all relevant sales information easily accessible via the platform or Gmail extension
The task and project features are beneficial, and I also find that the email tracking feature makes my life easier when a coworker is out of the office for the day.
I find that someone could improve the due date system. I like to assign myself tasks, but I'd like to assign them at odd times like 8:10 AM. Unfortunately, we can only use the preset every 30 minutes.
Keeping track of emails sent even to people not currently in the office and keeping track of past responces. It makes it much easier to get up to speed when picking up where a coworker left off.
I like how simple and organized the interface is.
The only downside is how many emails I receive that are the same.
I now do not accidentally call the same person multiple times. I also have noticed I make it to more meetings and appointments on time.
We chose Copper for two primary reasons - one, you can't beat the price. And two, the g-suite integration - which has been a dream and made our workflow so seamless. The platform is user-friendly, and we use the email templates and batch email features quite a bit. Support has been responsive and helpful.
We've had to look for certain things in the platform that weren't SUPER intuitive to track down, but once you know where to go, it's no issue at all. Would love to see a multi-touch automated email feature down the line!
Copper is saving us time on day-to-day data entry, since you can add contacts directly from Gmail and much of the contact info pre-populates.
The integration with Gmail is great in that you can do almost anything from your mail window without switching to Copper. I haven't seen anything so well integrated with mail. It has great reminders about deals without follow-up, and even suggests contacts from mail messages to add
Currently has a couple of bugs, like not adding contacts from mail messages, but I'm confident they'll fix these soon.
My team doesn't track all people and opportunities, and Copper allows me to fill in and help them. The tracking and follow-up tools are pretty good.
I like the capacity to make distinctive contact bunches for various exercises in my work. Truly basic and valuable interface that made it incredible to utilize.
I foresee this will change as their local area develops and turns out to be more dynamic. Perspective proportions on my screen don't coordinate at the present time.
Truly accelerated deals process and made it much more programmed. Time productivity across groups.
