Seamless integration, make sense CRM, Great Support - The review is in the use, get the trial version for yourself, much more powerful than my words.
Nothing, Nothing, Nothing... while nothing is perfect, this CRM hits all the right buttons and is headed in the right direction.
A full blown CRM that I can use today and feel confident that I can use it 10 years from now
syncing of email to the database to keep all projects and opportunities up to date with the latest information.
Not having a dashboard that you can customize
keeping all parties informed, tracking progress of projects and opportunities
They have absolutely nailed it with top customer service. My AE, David, gets back to me always before the end of the business day even when I tell I him I don't need an answer right away. I have been around the CRM SaaS world since some of the big guys had just handfuls of employees. They forgot about the small companies that helped them prepare for landing the enterprise clients. I believe ProsperWorks will gobble up market share as the months and years go by but I am convinced they won't forget about small companies like mine as they grow.
It sounds strange but I can't really think of anything that I have come across that I don't like. The great news is that when I do, I know Prosperworks will make it right.
The simplicity and seamless integration with Google helps me more than anything. It is as close to effortless as you can get when it comes to adding leads, people, prospects, etc. straight from GMail.
It just works well out of the box and the integration with G-Suite is excellent and the contact profiling is informative. Great product, works well.
Nothing so far................................................
We're a startup and it's great to have a powerful CRM solution which integrates with G-Suite and works well
I like the google chrome extension the best.
I don't like that emails older than 12 months don't get pulled in to contacts activity.
CRM needs, inbound lead tracking and communication. Deals and opportunities.
Integration with Gmail and ability to pin (relate) relevant emails and info to opportunities - people companies ect...
1 way sync of contacts to Google only. No 2 way sync. There are some work arounds and work flow mods that but these cost time (work flow adaptions) or money (add on 2 way sync app purchase).
Simply much more visibility into my sales pipeline and better understanding the interactions. Allows timely and more thorough "next action".
simplicity of use and integration. Shareability
nothing really. Prosperworks meets all the needs I purchase for
globaliziaton and localization, contractors for sales in foreign countries
PW exceeded every expectation I had (and there were quite a few) as I started my CRM search with over 30 orgs. Working within an autonomous start-up unit within an established business I was looking for a CRM that was intuitive, scalable and desirable for widespread adoption. I got that, in spades, and had a terrific time working with PW's staff to get my account firing on all cylinders
Just basic functionality requests - for example would like the default in the chrome extension to be lead, not contact. And for files to be shared at the company, opportunity and people level. It's a new enterprise...they'll get there. Oh! And to customize dashboard; that would be nice.
Basic contact and sales organization; data reports that are easy to create and understand; and a CRM that is also a project management tool so we have a shared dashboard for all new business.
I like the functionality to be able to cater for my business specifics, google interaction, help desk assistance and the overall look and feel.
Pretty happy with everything at this stage.
I am less likely to forget small details now, due to the workflows and pipelines I have created. More attention to the smaller details that may have been forgotten.
How easy it is to add leads, prospects, and accounts into the system. Email accounts for over 90% of all our customer interactions so the tight integration with gmail is sublime. Love that we can easily see how long it's been since our last contact interaction.
The integration with ring central isn't great yet. Base CRM has a better overall phone/sms integration but Prosperworks makes up for it with the total package. Hopefully ProsperWorks will create their own system and get it up to Base CRM level.
Pipeline management for real estate sales. existing client repeat and referral business.
Don't have to leave gmail to use it. It was hard to get the team to use Podio because they had to go to another site. With ProsperWorks, we're able to stay productive within the email/calendar we are already checking all day long.
Email to task feature - i'd like to customize
Getting the team to use a PM system! It's such a behavioral thing. Now we don't have to leave gmail so it makes it easy.
I love how it auto-completes so much information so quickly. I tried out 9 CRMs (PipeDrive, Contactually, Insightly, StreakCRM, Salesforce IQ, and forgot the others) this was my fave by far.
I wish I could drag and drop people through the kanban opportunity pipeline like you can opportunities. My people are the opportunities.
I'm organizing much outreach to hundreds of prospective podcast guests.
Native gmail integration. We installed the Google chrome extension and imported all our gmail contacts in minutes.
Nothing really. Customer support has been excellent.
Customer communication centralization.
Simple, powerful, great UX, solid integration with Google services.
Needs better project management. I want to use it beyond a CRM to a client management platform.
I am a consultant who needed a CRM to manage my dealflow. Prosperworks makes this simple, integrates with my email/calendar/docs.
Every CRM seems to claim that they integrate well with G-Suite.. Prosperworks actually does! Creating a track and pipeline was easy. Creating fields and implementing them in the desired track or contact information also couldn't have been easier.
Would like the ability to print off an address list of all clients.. very minor issue but the only thing that I can think of that I haven't been able to do. It is a little pricey overall, depending on the size of the company, but due to the fact that I have yet to come across another CRM that integrates this well with my G-Suite it simply is worth the price.
Primarily avoiding duplicate work.. When I add a contact into Prosperworks it is automatically added to my google account which is on my phone.. I no longer have to keep track of where my leads are in the sales process. I simply click and drag them and leave a note. All emails that are sent to each contact is tracked automatically so I no longer have to try and figure out when the last time was that I reached out to a specific client.
It's logical and straight forward. The team put a lot of time into making ProsperWorks function exactly as users expect it to.
no dislikes at this time. Good price for a solid tool.
ProsperWorks helped be a lot more effective and efficient in the field. I can now look up clients and add notes much more easily while on the road.
I love that it tracks my opportunities and conversations with clients all in one place. I tried a few different CRMs and this best met my requirements.
The chrome extension for Inbox is working properly, though it does work beautifully in gmial.
It helps me organize my business growth opportunities in gmail.
I've already recommended to several other people because of the ease of use, the Chrome extension, and the simple reporting that is readily available.
There is no automated email function to individual people, but this can be fixed via the "Canned responses" function within Gmail which we have employed.
We have one central place we can access all of our customers from here on out. We can easily pull all segmented data/clients.
My favorite part of ProsperWorks is the Opportunities Pipelines. Being able to customize pipelines specifically for products has made it very easy to manage my sales team and see where every opportunity is at a certain point. The drag-and-drop functionality, as well as the customization and searchability that is achieved through custom fields has made my life a lot easier.
I haven't ran into any major problems with ProsperWorks, so there is really nothing that I dislike about the platform. After using a lot of different CRM systems, I have been shocked at how easy it is to implement to my small business solution. I wouldn't recommend any other software for small business.
We have vastly improved our sales process by using ProsperWorks. It is now very easy for me to see where all my potential sales are in a user-friendly format, which has allowed me to more effectively manage my team and provide the right assistance where needed to avoid having deals fall by the wayside. The features like Google Scrape and being able to see when a potential client is opening email has improved my process, making it much easier to follow-up with "hot" leads and to close deals easier by getting in front of people at the right times. The workflow is so much simplified over other CRM systems that I've used in the past. I enjoy running all of my contacts and emails through ProsperWorks and my team can see all the benefits that it is providing them, so it is not difficult to get them to enter data into the system. It is also very easy to add mentions into the system to improve the collaborative effort in the system.
Simplicity. Prosperworks is intuitive, simple, without all the unnecessary bells and whistles of many of the larger CRMs. The interface is intuitive. It links directly with our Gmail and doesn't slow down my browser like some of the other CRMs I've tried. Absolutely love my experience so far.
So far, nothing has stood out as particularly negative. I've I'm being picky I'd like it to automatically know company identities based on their names, even if I haven't spoken to anyone at that company yet.
Managing and building my sales funnel at a seed-stage startup. We are 100% Google apps, so ProsperWorks was perfect.
