The integration with my gmail account how automatically shows all the emails that were sent and gives reminders.
I haven't found anything I don't like about copper yet.
Reminders to follow up with clients. It gives me auto-reminders every morning so i can follow up with my clients.
Easy to Navigate and enter data, enter tasks and follow-ups.
Not sure how to import files from exel files.
Simplifies logging calls and future tasks. Also easy to convert leads to client and share with team.
Copper's native integration to Google Workspace is one of the biggest benefits of this CRM. Emails sync automatically, Calendar events show up clearly in the Dashboard, and it works great with pushing data out to Google Sheets to help slice and dice the sales data even further!
The biggest issue I have with Copper is the customization options. Certain things can be fiddled with but not all. Certain custom fields can be created but they don't play well with the rest of the platform's features (automations, reporting) . Ultimately, while the Copper team is constantly improving on the platform, my worry is that there's just additions made, instead of shoring-up the current features.
Copper being a CRM helps our company track Opportunities from first point of contact, all the way to them becoming a client. With its integrations to things like Mailchimp, we're easily able to add contacts to our Marketing Newsletter. The addition of plugins like Leadjet help us add contacts to Copper directly from our Linkedin which is a giant time saver.
Workplace integration - integration with zapier, marketing automation - easy to customised
no cleaning suggestions.Exemple : Normandin Group (company) & le groupe Normandin (company) seems to have the same adresse. Would you like to merge files?
Client follow-up by different teams (sales & marketing)
Super helpful for streamlining your CRM processes and for helping team members to know it as well. Definitely my #1 CRM.
Only thing I would like to see is more customizations for companies and even more options for small businesses
I am trying to make our sales process easier and keeping up with those in our sales process easier. This platform has helped me to navigate that in a very user-friendly way and it's been super helpful! Benefits to this are that it also becomes easier to onboard those on our sales team to this as well. it just makes it easier for any sales department or sales team to execute their plans.
The ease of access and the integration with Google. It just makes everything so simple. I love that all my emails automatically pull into it, can't beat how easy it is.
There are a few features I'd like to see. An integration with 8x8 would be great to be able to pull all my calls into Copper automatically. Currently I have to manually upload all recordings.
Copper is allowing us to see each of our account manager's communications so that we know what is going on with all of our accounts at all times. I'm excited to get all of our systems moved over to Copper.
The flexibility to work on my phone or on my computer, it is easy to use overall, extremely user friendly
Not having better access to notes and moving from tasks to notes is tricky on the computer but easier on my mobile
Organizational capabilities for work
Ability to link systems and integration together.
While the dashboard is easy on the eyes, it can be a little daunting initially.
It gives our team the ability to see what everyone is doing and what has been completed.
I've been using Copper for about a month and wow it really helps! I can keep track of all my contacts and categorize them (ex. customer, lead, vendor, etc.) and create pipelines to manage what stage of the sales process my leads are in. I'm continuing to learn more about the CRM but it's definitely worth investing in!
I wish I had an account manager but it's not a deal breaker. This product is great I can't really dislike it. I do think account managers help with better understanding and utilizing the product so I make this suggestion with almost any service I use.
Copper is solving my CRM, sales process, and task list needs. Before Copper I was using a Google Doc template I created to manage my tasks. This is great, but Copper's integration with Gmail and my contacts in the system makes it easier to connect the pieces together for more transparency and effeciency!
how i can organize my team, and organize the project , these way i can have better results.
i would like more space to write notes, like the issues we have with the projects etc.
the communication with my team, we can know at what point is the project going
