What I love about go daddy is that the rates have been consistent for a long time. No unexpected price hikes. The support is great and they respond in time. Hosting is always on, never have I ever experienced any downtime while using Godaddy Hosting.
Whereas the hosting with CPanel is great, using webmail in Cpanel is very dreadful. Emails can take up to 5 minutes to be delivered and sometime they are not delivered at all.
Godaddy is a trusted platform for hosting websites and be certain that they will always be online. Even when the subscription expires, I still get up to 2 weeks to review before my account is suspended.
Pricing is reasonable and it's easy to manage your profile
Sometimes their pricing just sky rockets on other apps like Office Mail. Starts as $16 per year then goes to $60 per year. Just sticker shock as we didn't realise it was a discount for year one.
Being able to have all of the domains we want to claim under one profile makes billing and management easy.

The only thing I do not like about this software is the limit to edit themes: For users who contract the basic plan, it is very difficult to edit the topics and times. This is too important since being able to edit a theme, color and several options is important to make your website a brand and not another blog that looks like all the other GoDaddy blogs.
The benefits that have brought me are many, I work as a web designer, and I have tried several hosting software and nothing like this.

My entire business is my website and the sites I manage for my clients. If a site goes down, my business is down. It's the closest thing to guaranteed as you can get in the world of web hosting.
Too many upsells. When I add a new domain to my inventory, I have to click through too many extra screens offering me products I don't need or want. It's not a problem when you're only buying one URL. But when you buy them 5-10 at a time, it starts to waste a lot of time.

GoDaddy offers great technical and phone support. If you don't know how to do something they walk you through it.
Lack of freedom on some of the option. Everything is very cut and paste, however, it does make it easier.

No issues or no dislikes. GoDaddy has always been easily accessible (customer service) and each rep we've come in contact with has always been knowledgeable and personal.
No current business problems with GoDaddy Hosting. In the past, we had a situation where our hosting ended and our site was not accessible. GoDaddy troubleshooted the problem immediately.
