I really have loved this product soup to nuts. My company is 100% virtual and I had trouble initialing trying to find a phone system option because we are in retail and do still get customers calling in.
I have had no problems whatsoever from transporting my original #800 number to pricing and transcription options
Grasshopper lets me take my retail business and customers anywhere n the world with me
Grasshopper allows you to manage your company's phone extension, voicemail, and transfers with ease. You can forward to multiple numbers, have a fax, voicemail to text email and much more. We've used the service for over 5 years and never had an issue.
There is nothing I can think of at this time.
It allows us to have multiple extensions for sales, support, billing, etc. Plus we have an extension for each employee. Voicemail, etc.
Ability to call and receive calls from multiple phones
It is frustrating that you must be using the phone app to manage texts. It would be helpful to be able to text from a web browser.
Using personal phones without giving personal number to clients
The greatest thing about working with parametric programs such as grasshopper is that after setting up the model, changes can be made very easily.
I don't have any negative comments for my experience so far.
The benefit is that althought it takes more time to set up the initial model, new changes are very easy to make, and very intuitive
Easy to setup. Pricing ramps up with usage. Makes your organization seem big.
Would be nice to have voicemail transcription included. But costs are still reasonable.
Getting an office phone line that gets to the right person. Everyone has a cell phone so desk extensions don't make much sense anymore.
Ease of use and reporting. The nicest feature is on the fly making changes to the system.. very quick!
On hold music that is default is terrible.. customers joke about how bad it is.
Multiple out of office staff answer the phone. Made it VERY easy to blast calls to multiple phones simultaneously!
The set up process and the entire interface is so simple and easy to use. Once you have your phone numbers synced you have complete control so any changes can easily be made. The changes take affect immediately so there is no lag time if something needs to be updated.
I haven't come across anything thus far that I have had issues with or that I dislike.
We don't have huge call rates but we were in need of an 800 number for a campaign we were running. There wasn't a need to spend the time and money setting up a multiline phone system and this was the best solution for us.
Very easy to set up and get started. Similar to Grand Central prior to Google buying them. Choosing extensions is easy and setting up voicemail recordings is also very easy.
The user interface is a bit dated in how it looks. It would be nice to be able to choose what kind of audio file voicemails are emailed to you as. Besides that there are not many downsides.
Not giving out personal phone numbers to clients. Google voice was not an option since it is incompatible with Project Fi.
Graphics, the interface, the sliders, the compatibility with Rhino
it is a complicated software without any doubt
I can model anything I want, any shape
Grasshopper provided me the opportunity to create different designs that I always want to produce but I couldn't do it using BIM softwares
I am still learning about this software and sometimes I take long time to understand how to develop my ideas using it.
I can create parametric surfaces for my projects.
