- The user experience is intuitive, ensuring a smooth journey from job posting to candidate selection. - Able to tailor workflows, applications, and evaluation criteria to match the unique intricacies of the role and company. - The analytics dashboard provides useful essential insights. - Makes collaboration easy with hiring teams. - Broad range of integrations, which are easy to use and implement.
- The inability to mass request availability from candidates. This can be a time-consuming hurdle for high-volume recruitment processes. - While Greenhouse allows customization, it has a few limitations to editing scorecards, and role intake forms. - Reporting could be more customizable too, as it draws insights from milestones which aren't always aligned with the stages of your process.
Greenhouse is an integrated solution which prevents the need to bounce between different tools.
How there is an activity feed to help keep track of actions you've done with each candidate's process, the integrations are also a great amenity.
Not much to say pretty easy platform to use.
The ability to ask tar targeted questions for hiring experience. This helps filter out candidates better.
Greenhouse is user-friendly and easy to learn. I use Greenhouse daily and never have any technical difficulties. I love the features that can be used that have helped grow our company without needing to grow the recruiting team. It makes it easy to manager many candidates.
My only suggestion would be to make it available to turn the automations off for a stage transition without deleting the rule.
Greenhouse is helping me manage a large number of candidates efficiently and keeping all hiring teams on the same page.
I've used Greenhouse from the perspective of a 3rd party joining in to collaborate with an internal recruiting team. Greenhouse allowed us to streamline the processes of the interview cycles without having the extra back and forth.
Greenhouse isn't as customizable as other ATS systems, which sometimes can impact easy-to-use workflows. However, what they have in place also provides strong uage.
Greenhouse helps streamline the interview process management, from an outside source that partners with companies who use Greenhouse it's easy to be given a portal and to easily collab on candidates through the ATS system.
I really appreciate the layout of Greenhouse. It's easy to see all your job postings & applicants in one spot.
I would like a function that would notify every few days about applicants that do apply.
Greenhouse makes it simple to set up interviews for your applicant with your colleges and the pipeline process is easy to navigate.
I really like how easy greenhouse is to use. It allows me to easily manage my positions and candidates. I can set reminders to follow up with candidates and easily keep track of where candidates are in the interviews process with the "Pipeline" tab on roles. Greenhouse also makes it easy to find and pull data for all different parts of the process from time in stage to pass through rates. It allows you to build custom reports and save them making it easy to keep track of any data you may need. The tool's CRM feature is also a very helpful way to track candidates who may not be good for an active position, but could be a good fit for future roles. The allow you to create and customize talent pools to keep track of candidates you may have reached out to or have worked with on past roles. There is also a plug in which allows you to easily add candidates to pools when you find them on other websites like Google or LinkedIn. I would recommend Greenhouse to other companies as their ATS tool as it is something that has worked very well for myself and our recruiting team.
The two main features Greenhouse lacks are searching within the system for skillsets/experience and data around if a pipeline is healthy. I understand this is a ATS versus a CRM, however it would be great if there was a way to search candidates based on skills listed in their resumes. This cannot be done anywhere within the system currently. Candidates can only be searched by identifying information such as name, phone number, and email. The other data point that would be very helpful that greenhouse does not currently present is what a "healthy" pipeline should look like for a role based on similar past positions. It would be great if there was a data feature that allowed you to use specific past roles pass through rates to determine what a healthy pipeline would look like for the fututre. I have manually built something like this in the past and found it very helpful to share with hiring managers and business leaders to help them understand what a healthy pipeline is.
This is acting as our ATS system that helps us keep track of all applicants and candidates for our roles. It also helps our company understand data such as pass through rates, time in stage, and time to fill for our positions.
Greenhouse aggregates all info in a seamless way and it's very easy to get access to all recruitment information in a single place. It's also customisable and helps define each step of the process in a very concise way.
Nothing I can think of. Its functioning has been helping me and the team a lot in the recruitment process.
It helps me identify all candidates in a single place and get an overview on the past, present and coming interviews.
Great UI, easy to navigate, set up jobs, and reporting
When candidates suggest their availability, the times are automatically displayed in my timezone and doesn't specify their timezone (e.g. it doesn't show whether the times are in PST, EST, GMT, etc...)
It helps for all things recruiting related from storing resumes, recruiting data, etc.
The most helpful part of Greenhouse is how easy it is to use for internal team members and candidates alike. We had a great implentation experience and have recieved amazing ongoing customer support. We not only love the ease of us, but also the functionality and features, including its reporting/data capabilities and CRM feature.
The only downside to Greenhouse that I can think of is that they have some really great features like an onboarding extension that I wish were more affordable for an early stage business.
Greenhouse is helping us solve how to reach out to and manage candidate processes as well as attract great talent to our job posts through their relationships with other job boards. It also enables great reporting to our board and investors alike about our recruiting metrics.
Ease to use, real-time updates during the interview process, candidate scorecords, integration with Justworks
Nothing at this moment I can think of, it has been an improvement across the board
It is a one souce of truth for all things during the candidate lifecycle before they are officially onboarded at our company
