The CMS is sometimes bugging and there are many options that have to be hard coded in order to work.

What do you like best about HubSpot CMS Hub?

The workflow tool is straightforward and easy to use. If you are doing more complicated workflows with many "If/Then" criteria, it can get more cumbersome and confusing.

What do you dislike about HubSpot CMS Hub?

I don't like the reporting tool. I think it's virtually impossible to use. The entire interface seems chaotic. I think it could be organized more simply rather than in the different modules. I hate having to reach out to our representative because their go-to response is to buy consulting hours.

What problems is HubSpot CMS Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are somewhat locked in with Hubspot and have limited options without a huge lift to move that from their platform. I honestly don't feel I'm getting the value from my Hubspot instance that I should be. I wish I could provide a tangible benefit metric we have realized, but I cannot.

What do you like best about HubSpot CMS Hub?

I like how versatile HubSpot is. Whether it's sending emails, assisting with customer support, running complex workflows or cadences, or creating a website, I can do it all in a centralized place.

What do you dislike about HubSpot CMS Hub?

I could do far more within HubSpot if I knew how to code. Some features, like building a website, are meant to be "user friendly" for people in sales and marketing. However, there are many times where it's still too difficult and it has to be passed to a dev member. In a start up environment, this isn't always the best workflow.

What problems is HubSpot CMS Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?

Workflows are the best. They've helped solve problems we didn't realize we had by automating email workflows so that we are consistently communicating with different customer and lead cohorts appropriately.

Once set up, HubSpot CMS is very easy to use and comes with great functionality. It also links directly into HubSpot's marketing automation which saves time.

What do you dislike about HubSpot CMS Hub?

Relies on a HubSpot partner to set up and, unlike the WordPress supplier options, there aren't many to choose from and they can be very expensive.

Full flexibility on adding new modules and features that aren't easily available in other CMS/website builders such as Squarespace. Easily be able to choose brand colors with ease and adjust format and layout.

Some features are not fully fleshed out and some modules/plug-ins had to be directly edited via source code. Most modules provided by Hubspot or its developers do not have documentation which made setting up a site take much longer

What problems is HubSpot CMS Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're able to create a comprehensive site showcasing all of our new, incoming products for 2021 for a major show in our industry. It provided a seamless experience for customers and industry representatives to browse through our new selections and access our news and updates.

What do you like best about HubSpot CMS Hub?

The simple UI to feed you insights was very nice to get my bearings within re-facing our website to be more SEO friendly and the associated documentation is helpful in getting the wheels moving fast.

What do you dislike about HubSpot CMS Hub?

Some of the details were a bit vague, we also utilize Yoast SEO on wordpress, we found that those tools were a bit more robust and specific but HubSpot does capture the majority of the elements to focus your attention towards.

What problems is HubSpot CMS Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?

WE wanted to become more SEO friendly and set ourselves up for success, we were able to review and make changes as necessary to help boost our future search engine results by cleaning up each of our webpage's content focus.

What do you like best about HubSpot CMS Hub?

That almost everything I want to do exists and has been thought of before. Most things are intuitive and I can poke around and learn.

What do you dislike about HubSpot CMS Hub?

The automation part to me is not easy to use on your own, unless you know what you are doing, has some sort of certification. This is not a problem in itself, is just something to keep in mind. Designing emails, landing pages and blogs is easy, but you have to be willing to live with certain limitations as far as as the way it looks, etc. The social media part feels a bit too basic, but at least it is there.

What problems is HubSpot CMS Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to publish our content, track interactions, generate leads and manage them in a way that is seamlessly integrated with the CRM. Being able to measure the results of each action easily and in real time.

The ease of creating new pages and updating an existing page, the ability to monitor traffic to the website is very useful. The hubspot support team has been very useful forthe required guidance on how to implement a new feature or integrate a new service.

What do you dislike about HubSpot CMS Hub?

HubSpot support is fast and the possibility to contact them in different languages is very good, but sometimes you get vague answer even though you deliver all details about your question.

Quick page creation and traffic reports.

I like the new features where you are able to review the post before publishing and get SEO optimization recommendations. I also like the scheduling ability within the content management area.

What do you dislike about HubSpot CMS Hub?

I would like to be able to change the title tag and have a different blog post title. This is great for SEO.

It's a way for us to publish content, CRM, lead generation and email all in once place. The benefit is that it's cost-effective for the number of features we get.

What do you like best about HubSpot CMS Hub?

Hubspot scoring is great to track engagement of our contacts, and when I want to modify our scoring it updates the scores of all contacts in one step. Another perk of Hubspot is the marketing dashboard, where you can view the performance of campaigns across a variety of platforms. Also the support team is so helpful.

What do you dislike about HubSpot CMS Hub?

Hubspot does not integrate with all PPC platforms (Bing, for example). The tracking cannot be overridden and cause issues with Google Analytics. Also, using the design builder is very clunky and not intuitive even for someone with previous CMS experience.

What problems is HubSpot CMS Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lead nurturing based on life cycle of our users. The workflows are great to keep users engaged and providing them with the right messaging at the right time.

It's just like an apple product: pretty, intuitive, and incredibly difficult to creatively customize to your needs without shelling out for templates or knowing significant coding.

What do you like best about HubSpot CMS Hub?

As our company has recently merged with other companies it has helped ensure our clients and prospects aren't being prospected by other people on our team. It has created collaboration and teamwork among other companies when prospects and clients are shared. It has provided our sales team with the tools to be strategic about their sales process and reaching their goals. It has also provided our sales and marketing team with the analytics to be more strategic about our marketing efforts based on campaign performance within each practice group (main industry).

What do you dislike about HubSpot CMS Hub?

Not having the ability to bulk update reports- I create over a thousand reports and due to the layout of our companies structure when I update one I have to update the rest individually. We have 4 different fiscals and I have to update each report to match those fiscals every new fiscal there is no option for a rolling date option for a specific date. Restrictions on secondary owners and multiple companies associated with a contact have cause a lot of issues in reporting and creating workflows for syning properties through contacts, companies and deals. Lack of freeze pains in goals, deals and anything else in board or table view. The scroll to the left and right should always be accessible and you shouldn't have to scroll to the bottom of the page to get it to it. Same with names and dates in the goals section so its easy to navigate to a month and contact if your fiscal and goal needs to be updated in the middle of the year.

Lead Generation and Client Retention by pushing content production and marketing campaigns. Building up our following and brand awareness through social and blog posts. Helping the sales team become more strategic at prospecting by providing analytics of their efforts and our marketing efforts.

The most helpful Hubspot feature is the Marketing Automation and Workflows. They save me so much time and effort.

What do you dislike about HubSpot CMS Hub?

The thing to dislike would be the cost. While it is worth it for my business, it is pretty pricey. However, nobody has come close to what Hubspot has to offer.

What problems is HubSpot CMS Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?

The only problem I've had is advanced website customization. While easy to use, I required some more advanced access. Other than that we save thousands of hours on marketing and sales.
