What I like the most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is that it is robust enough to cover all aspects of my marketing role. From managing social media, email marketing, CRM, landing pages, dynamic workflows, reporting, and more, it has it all. One tool I use often is the landing page feature. Whether for a report, newsletter, or even a special offer, HubSpot Marketing Hub landing pages are dynamic enough to support any use case I can think of. I love that it seamlessly ties into other HubSpot features and is fully customizable to look and feel like my brand.
There is nothing I dislike about the HubSpot Marketing Hub.
In my role, I manage our reports, social media content, and email marketing and manage all of this in HubSpot Marketing Hub. The benefits I've realized would include increases in revenue, audience growth, and customer retention.
All-in-1-tool: you can use it for marketing as well as for sales and all kind of campaigns
pricing - a bit too expensice compared to others
building up new marketing campaigns for our new brand
The integration of email marketing, blog hosting, seo, contacts, and more.
Sometimes I forget how comprehensive the product is because it has so many features.
Doing everything and anything around my marketing role.
HubSpot Marketing Hub gives me the ability to interact with the sales team (using the Sales Hub) and with clients with transparency and ease. It is easy for me to quickly plan or shift marketing efforts based on measurable data from past efforts and results. I get to see more data and create dashboards that customize the data according to what I would like to see and find useful.
It does take some time and training to get the marketing hub set up properly. The training team and the online knowledge base gave us a running start toward getting started without delay, but the training helped us establish processes to achieve our results.
It is easy for our marketing team to see the progress of the lead and measure the timeline for conversion as well as track the follow up to plan effective marketing efforts - including social media posts, blogs, emails, and videos. The metrics are deep and reliable. Customization builds in the ability to track and measure what my company needs to see - which is a solution within itself.
Like how everything is in the one spot. Enables closer collaboration between sales and marketing
Marketing automation lacks a bit of functionality. No tagging
Reducing siloed information. Benefits is reducing the number of apps in the stack.
I have been using HubSpot Marketing for 10 years and have found it to be the best tool for all of our inbound marketing efforts. It has everything I need in one place the updated as needed to make sure we are always be on top and ahead of our marketing programs.
I would like some of the planning tools to be more user friendly.
The Hub allows me to manage all of my efforts in one place and easily report everything to our team. I cant imagine using any other software.
The platform is very easy to use and can be learned by self with minimal training.
There is more scope for improvement as few features have been overlooked
Automation of our lead assignment processes which in turn has helped us improve our TAT
I like the ease of planning social media content for the month and looking back on past posts analytics to see how well they performed.
The least helpful part of Hubspot is the ease of being about to delete drafts.
Allowing our team to post to multiple social media accounts at once while also realizing what platforms our audience is actually on.
I love the calendar layout - it's great to be able to see all of your social posts a month out, and to be able to toggle over each and preview. This is especially useful when I'm scheduling weeks in advance and need a quick reminder of what is posting each day!
There is very little I dislike. As far as scheduling goes, I hope HubSpot can make an update to post carousels (several photos, or a combination of photos and videos) to Instagram. If I want to post more than one image, I have to do it from my phone.
HubSpot Marketing Hub has helped us stay organized and, most importantly, track how we are doing! The analytics have helped us adjust our strategy and try new things. I use primarily the social media tools, but we also use the features for email marketing, as well manage our website through HubSpot.
I love how easy it is to schedule and edit posts. I love the analytics tools for everything including YouTube. I love that if someone on the team is out, I have all the tools I need to do their job while they are away and vice versa.
I wish I could export a report of social media analytics right from the "Analyze" page. I wish I had better social listening options. I wish HubSpot had dark mode. I wish there were some better automization options for social media like in email. I wish I could build templates inside of the social media dashboard. I wish it tracked more KPIs and demographics data.
I send monthly reports to c-suite and middle management regarding how effective our social campaigns are. HubSpot makes it easy to track all of the KPIs they care about. I love that all of the data is in one place and I don't have to hunt for it on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or YouTube.
HubSpot marketing understands the needs of today's marketers completely. It is an easy to use tool that helps you in automating from simplest to the highly complex processes, delivering accurate results. HubSpot Marketing also offers you a magnificent view of your data that is critical for a niche marketer. Also, the live chat support is a lifesaver who is willing to help you at every point in time.
Sometimes (though very rarely), it is hard to reach out to the root of the problem and thus have to some forum and document research.
HubSpot Marketing Hub is a core tool that we use in our company to manage all the marketing activities. It is the central point of all the data and information we collect from our customers about them. It is also helpful to keep the entire team on the same page with our marketing efforts.
Intuitive to use and find marketing tools within the platform Hubspot out of the box properties are easy to use Drag and drop email templates have been easy to use for all Hubspot users no matter their experience Comment feature integrated within product tools is helpful for collaboration Custom report builder has increased our reporting capabilities within the platform Google Chrome Extension is helpful for Sales Professional License holders and general Hubspot users Easy to integrate with other platforms such as Salesforce, Neverbounce, GoToWebinar, Eventbrite, Triblio, Vidyard, etc. The new target account feature has been helpful as our team uses ABM more and more Ability to see all activity for emails and social media on one calendar to better schedule upcoming marketing activities Hubspot support is always available to provide answers or they will continue to research until they do Customer Success Managers are willing to ideate and work on projects with our team so we are successful using the platform
All products functionality being consistent such as searching by creator, date, last modified in all tools or folders within email, lists, forms, and documents all acting the same Dynamic features such as adding a star or favorite to a file so others know it is recommend to use Ability to see who uploaded files by owner/creator Ability to create active list for all types of data in Hubspot such as "form name" and not just "form submission" Campaign reporting and use has been hit or miss. I like that you can tag assets to campaigns, however you can't rename a campaign once it is created.
Ability to have marketing CRM and sales activity within one platform for better productivity Create demand generation nurtures based on contact segments and engagement based on multiple marketing channels creating better response and funnel flow (email opens/clicks, lifecycle progression, scoring)
The Automation feature, the tokens which you can add to make it look more personal and customized. The analysis report is upto the mark. The feature of the campaign information is what I found made a deal as compared to mail chimp or Zoho.
The list created after making should also have option to create a list of non opens and bounced ones. That's what I dislike as it takes lot time to do the entire process again by going through each contact
The Hubspot academy had helped to make my profile stand out with the certifications offered, it helps to make my mails reach to large list or group simultaneously as per their time zones. It helps to easily create the interactive landing pages. The email type and format helps to customise email with new template and features of adding pictures and cliparts.
The interface/dashboard is the best. The ease to switch from the CRM to Marketing Tool makes everything available within one click. The workflow/automation builder is easy to use/user friendly. Building forms/landing pages have never been easier.
Audience segmentation - I wish there was a way to split lists/audiences by random or percentages.
How to get the right message to the right people at the right time. We used AB split tests for setting up multiple types of tests based on open/click rates.
Efficient and easy to use, great for Marketing and so easy to report
There isn't really anything that is to dislike? I am not sure all the reporting is so accurate?
To achieve engagement of our brand
I enjoy that, as a newbie to marketing, that the tools and the builders are easy to use. Reporting is quick and results-driven.
I need to drive more leads. I wish there were more knowledge-based articles on how to do that.
Solving the bandwidth of having to post daily. I am able to build content, schedule it to post, and adjust quickly when needed.
The ease of use of platform. I love how easy it is to create reports, and how simple it is to find the material I am looking for. Developing emails is SO SIMPLE! And I love their marketplace - you can find a plethora of free or paid for templates
For the reporting tool, I liked when you used to be able to compare website traffic the same way you can still check a box and compare the time frame in SM reports. Wish they would bring that reporting tool back. Each month I have to do a side by side comparison. :( Probably the ONLY thing I dont like about HubSpot though.
Seeing the stages each contact is in is very useful. As well as being able to see (in the contact view) all the actions they took on my website or within my emails. I also LOVE how I can download email reports - that is saving SO MUCH time!.
Hubspot is all our one-stop-shop for everything we need. Workflow automation, emails, social media planning, and forms. With recent upgrades, everything has been made extremely simple--drag and drop.
There are so many tools, that it can take a little while to fully get a grasp of everything.
Customized email campaigns, planning social posts in advance and tracking engagement, capturing leads on website and automating distribution to specific sales team members, reporting on leads.
The customer service support is pretty good, I've only had maybe one less than satisfactory call/chat. Our Sales Team is more in synch, organized and learning more every week with Hubspot to better streamline.
Cost. And cost increases every year I have to basically work through with management every year to approve. Lock in for 2-5 years for a discount would work well.
Benefits and reporting are imperative to my Marketing Strategy and Aligning with the Sales Team Goals. Workflows are fantastic!
My favorite part about Hubspot is how it enables me to personalize outreach to our users. List creation, email personalization tools, workflows, easy-to-create forms, landing pages, ability to create custom properties, integrates with a lot of tools. All these features allow us to get the right message to the right person at the right time. Hubspot is very agile and we are able to leverage it to work with our still-evolving product.
Honestly, not much! I've used Hubspot with two different companies and have had minimal qualms with it. One major difficulty I face right now is that we can't create lists with aggregated transaction objects. We need to create other workarounds using workflows, etc. Also, Hubspot picks up on "crawler clicks" and registers them as clicks. So our CTR data is very skewed (although this could be a typical challenge regardless of CRM. May not be Hubspot-specific)
Hubspot allows us to build personalized relationships with our users at scale. The biggest challenge our company faces is 1) brand awareness and 2) retention/engagement. The biggest benefit we've found recently is being able to create lots of targeted landing pages to give our audience the context they need to trust our company. We work with government clients, so there is a lot of hesitancy to try new products.
I really enjoy having my contacts, emails, landing pages, and workflows in one platform.
I would like to be able to track MQLs to SQLs. There's no way for me to see how my leads are converting and which leads, but it seems like it should be feasible within the software.
It supports our marketing campaigns and allows us to run many marketing activities in one easy to use platform.
The social poster on this site compared to many others is the best. It allows you to preview what the post will look like. It saves your images you've used so you can easily access them to reuse them in later posts. It also allows you to tag people on Linkedin, which every other social poster I've tried does not allow you to do.
That I can't make the same post to multiple Twitter accounts at once. Otherwise, everything is good!
Makes posting to social more convenient. Realized the benefit of having all my social metrics in one place.
The platform is super user-friendly and I love all the tools allotted to organize and analyze my marketing campaigns.
I do not have any features that I dislike.
We are able to track campaigns with UTM links and accurately analyze the success of our campaigns.
Everything you could need is located in one place and is all tied together for ease of use.
The price is a little steep but worth it over all for what it provides.
HubSpot makes it easy to post on social media all at one time, track likes, track new contacts, and get new customers. We've increased our wins from the internet by over 300% since getting HubSpot implemented.
The best about HubSpot is being able to have multiple accounts connected. Also being able to schedule multiple posts and to clone them in different accounts.
The thing I dislike the most is not being able to tag people from Linkedin.
I'm able to save time by scheduling the posts in advance.
The user experience is so simple. It helps me track sales funnels, manage marketing material for clients and create tasks based in a simple and effective manner.
I can't really fault the system, every system has it's advantages and for managing marketing and sales on a daily basis it fills all the requirements.
Emails are simpler than ever to design. CTR's are higher and people have no issues viewing them on both mobile and desktop
Ad tracking and management has been helpful for justifying ad spend.
Some reporting capabilities are limited to lets say what I'm able to do in Mixpanel.
Designing workflows, building comprehensive dashboards to check in on performance, and overall ad tracking and management to justify ad spend and develop recommendations to optimize my campaigns.
The marketing automation tools and the smart content are the best features!
I really don't think there's much - perhaps the constant updates can be a little confusing, but that's part of progress!
The methodology is tied into the tool so well that it makes marketing so easy - it's mindless!
Not only can we automate our usual marketing communications, we can expand the automation to physical operational processes. For example, moving deals to a deal stage in HubSpot or changing a property can submit a webhook via a workflow. Another application such as Zapier picks up the webhook and can trigger other actions such as generating personalised labels, printing documents or transferring information to other apps for analytics. The HubSpot interface is very user-friendly and does not require technical expertise to set up neat and efficient business flows. Another great feature is being able to update contact or deal records on mass by importing an xlsx file with the deal or contact ID as a reference. The process is intuitive and you can select which columns you would like to import and which property in hubspot each column should push to.
Mail attachments in HubSpot are limited to download links rather than real attachments. The default is for these links to expire after time which caused us some issues.
We use HubSpot for our email communications with customers and to trigger physical operational processes via workflows. Deal stages track the progress of an order.
