I love how HubSpot always has a new offering that mirrors the tech we're seeing in our industry - options for employee advocacy, social scheduling, AI to assist in writing. Everything that pops up in our industry, HubSpot is quick to create an in-tool solution for us marketers so we can test it out and also stay on the cutting edge. It's one of my favorite things about HubSpot.
Not much! The AI tool is still a work in progress and I know it'll get better. But for now it's nice ot at least have a tool to help assist.
I am building a marketing department from scratch at my new role and HubSpot has been crucial to giving me one interface where I can manage everything on my own as I build it. In particular, the social scheduler is saving my life! I don't have budget to add to my marketing tech stack and since HubSpot has a solution - I don't need to.
-Customizations: Easily customizable, can add new properties, edit, manage and connect APIs -Automation: Forget manual tasks and tracking everything in excel sheets, here are the next-gen automation features like workflows for marketers and sequence automation for sales! -Transparency: Complete visibility across teams, and the ability to restrict or give permission without paying for additional licenses! -Customer support: Really quick, you can connect with them on call/zoom to solve your issues and they are highly knowledgeable -Hubspot Forms: We really use HubSpot forms extensively and are easy to build, manage, and automate workflows, moreover you a detailed analysis of the performance of forms and a new feature to compare with other forms! -Website tracking: One of the mouse useful features, you can use it to track a prospect's journey on the website and get a comprehensive timeline view. -Salesforce integration and a whole lot of other options: Marketplace!! and the ability to integrate so many other tools! They even have API integration and automation features to get you going! -The HS team: A really helpful CS team and has always been customer-centric.
-The pdf download on form submit is not available, But I'm sure this will be rolled out soon!
-Lead tracking: We have a complete view of attribution reports and can identify key areas/channels that are working for us! -No-data-storage limitations -Marketing Automation: workflows, dashboards and sequences!
I love the fact that everything is connected. My marketing and sales activities and CRM. I can keep track of everything in one place.
When outside vendors make changes to their policies - like Instagram not allowing planned posts for creator pages, I don't feel like Hubspot adjusted fast enough to solve the issue.
I can keep track of all social posts and landing page campaigns in one place. When a client asks me what I have done for them I know where to look to get the information quickly.
How easy it is to use! It's wonderful to navigate.
No POS. Could really use that selling merchandise.
That I don't need a ton of people to run my website. I can do it alone.
The main thing for me is to have all my Pipeline Data in one place. It is much easier to run data analysis and improve revenue performance with that. The new CMS also works fine for SMEs, I would say. Overall, it has a friendly Interface and is open to integration with other CRMs if you don't use theirs (I highly recommend you do, especially with this new Prospecting feature). After you use it for a few months, you will see how easy and logical it is to find and organize things. I use it on a weekly basis, and I'm pretty happy with everything I've seen so far. Customer Support is generally helpful. The self Onboarding process is pretty straightforward, and the community support is usually helpful.
It's impossible to personalize Lead Lifecycle Stage. While this can be a bad thing in some context, I still think it is for the best since their standard format works in all types of organization.
Google Ads Conversion Tracking through offline events, Social Media posts scheduling and analytics, Lead data collection - visualization - analysis, and more.
Drag and drop feature that helps me create Landing Pages Easily
It's not as open as it could be; I get it's meant for drag and drop, but more flexibility would be excellent.
The facility to create new landing pages for our products without the need of a developer.
Everything in one place, AI is very helpful to create captions for social media. Customer support has been helpful when we cannot figure something out.
The photos for Instagram are not automatically resized, video content for YouTube cannot be posted and when we create emails we cannot get the digital design done in Marketing Hub, we always have to create it prior using Canva.
It helps us deliver content and schedule it
I like HubSpot Marketing Hub for it's easy-to-use UX understanding, how it always has new features and Betas that are being released. The Landing Page templates are easy to navigate, and my company uses a developer to create custom modules. I appreciate the HubSpot Customer Service for answering any questions.
I am still trying to navigate the Ads feature of Marketing Hub. I ended up going back into LinkedIn directly to run the ad campaign and then link the social assets to the Campaign created in HubSpot for tracking.
HubSpot Marketing is solving our problem of scheduling social posts and having a landing page with easy-to-understand metrics on traffic.
The marketing hub is the first thing I open everyday. I love the ability to create, schedule, and house everything my team needs.
My issues regarding the marketing hub have more to do with our website host rather than hubspot.
The attribution reports I am able to build have been a game changer for my department.
Object alignment with salesforce makes it easier to align sales and marketing
the custom objects hard to setup and troubleshoot.
