I like that it allows us to try the software during the first 30 days totally free and without requesting payment methods, apart from contacting the support by phone call and the attention was unique. iContact allows us to create emails quickly in just minutes, with just drag and you can attach guides, forms and images, additionally it is not required to know codes for use, it is a great work tool
I do not like the design of the interface very much because it is very clear and I almost do not distinguish the buttons and the menus, however it is not a very alarming evil and they can improve it with a redesign. I hope it is soon because it is unfortunate that it can not be configured directly to our taste and pleasure.

Communicating with members regularly has been one of the challenges. Icontact created an awesome platform to create, schedule and track campaigns all in one platform. The social media integration feature is helpful as well.

A sleek system that is easy to use and also easily accessible. In addition, what I like the best is that I can use a previous email as a template which makes the process a lot faster and time-saving. It is very impactful on the communication for the business.
The only thing that I have dislike during my time of using this platform is that I wished I could edit images within the document. Everything else worked well for me.

The simplicity of composing HTML format eCards, testing and being able to send them out is one of the greatest features iContact has with such ease.
The one thing I disliked about the software is when I'm in a certain account, Id have to enter the settings through another 2 or 3 maneuvers of clicking. I feel like it could be a lot more simpler than me having to scavenget he menus for what I'm looking for.

I do not like that you can not copy previous jobs to other campaigns in your account. All the time you have to do them again, so you spend valuable time on it
