In all iContact makes our email marketing not only better but easier to do. Its all automated for the most part and you really cant beat that.

The formatting features need to be improved. It is pretty hard to perform editing and layout management on my shapes and even documents with iContact templates. This is a thing that has quieted this program's efficiency and effectiveness. Again, the segmentation features need full advancement as well. Through these two approaches, this software will be a masterpiece.

This software was an easy way to send emails and communicate with customers who signed up for notifications.

At first, the set up of the templates were a bit confusing, but once you figured out how to use them they were great.

I was able to send mass amounts of emails to my customers and they are able to view it on all of their different devices and platforms.
