The possibility to automate the forms reaction and also to change the e-mail recipient according to the user input is what really helped us automate several of our internal processes. Also, the possibility of creating a simple app and sharing it with our team made it even easier to access all the forms.

My first apps were created as soon as the functionality was released. It felt a little bit crude, with few possibilities to personalize the app and few tools. I noticed there are several updates and new widgets to add to the app, so I believe I need to catch up.

It made it easier for our team to access the forms. The app also helps to deliver some small messages to all the users. I just update the app and all users see the message the next time they open the app.

A very convenient way for workers to access multiple forms and submit to head office, while in the field. Sharing the personalized app with co-workers is easy and hassle-free!

The only downside is when workers use the app in remote / no-service locations, occasionally the form will not save and the worker will have to re-enter the information.

Ease of access to health and safety forms for field workers, and ability to track real-time submissions.

So easy to use and so many use cases across the business - would highly recommend. I use this across HR, CSR and operational teams with great effect. Offers more utility than MS forms.

The app is new, so for sure there are improvements required / but overall a great addition to the offering. A particular gripe is exiting 'kiosk mode' when on the app.

As mentioned, we use this across a broad range of tasks, from simple registrations to more complex polls and inputs into automation. Very versatile and saves so much time.

The no-code app development aspect of JotForm App makes it extremely easy for anyone in the organization to build useful apps. There are very few form builders who provided this unique feature. Also, there are so many integration with popular softwares like Salesforce

While the apps can be accessed via a URL, there is no option to make the apps available in App store or Play Store. It will make the apps more easily accessible if they are made available in App Store and Play Store.

Our clients use several of our forms on a regular basis. Through Jotform Apps, we can make several or all of our forms available to our clients in one location. (Tried uploading screenshot in PNG, JPG and GIF formats for this review. But I was given a "error uploading screenshot error)

It is an application that has reduced the costs of my company. Its use is very simple. It is also one of the few that offers the digital signature. It is updated and includes new features frequently. It has become essential.

support is sometimes frustrating because it feels like you're talking to an artificial intelligence. Sometimes it is more useful to go to the forums directly.

Jotform is solving about customer data collection, authorizations, approval flows. We also use it for accounting. Generate digital documents that reduce the use of paper. We also use it as an occupational health checklist.

Friendly and easy to use. Apps are Very easy to share with clients and users. Jorform Apps are excellent resources for data collection and data sharing. We use our mobile apps for educational purposes and we add all links over the app.

No alerts for users. Need to find out how to send alerts on updates. When you make changes on the resources and try to let your clients know there is no way to create alerts.

Connectivity, Easy to change links and information to connect. Apps are a better way to interact with clients. Makes it easy for automatization and reduction of work load.

Jotform is user friendly, and has many templates that are prebuild that you can adapt to company branding as needed. We love the APP future to help worker have access to everything in one spot.

Overall there isn't an issue, one thing I would say is there are sometimes bugs that won't let the system load correctly, but after a quick refresh, it usually works.

There has been great improvements to the speed of the platform and the number of training videos available makes the process of learning very easy and effective.

So easy to setup and use. We have used Jotform for almost a year.

The approval flow is somewhat difficult to navigate.

Jotform apps keep me super organized. I run events and have a vigorous application process. Jotform allows me to obtain all the information I require to decide on who is successful. My applicants can now easily access from their phones using the app.

The only thing I wish I could do that is currently not available is download all photo attachments with the Business Name in one big file. I can then easily choose multiple photos to use for marketing purposes

Time management. Before Jotform I had a very laborious process. Jotform is constantly updating to make things even easier for me which helps business performance

Jotform apps has been easy to learn and "installs" nicely with company logo as the icon, it has a professional appearance.

Support can be weak at times... I have sent in questions but received no answers.

The most helpful thing about Jotform is the ease of use and the ability to edit forms on the fly. The integrations are also a huge game-changer. It blows the competition out of the water by and large.

To be 100% honest, there is nothing that I dislike about Jotform. Everything works when it should. The only thing I would suggest improvement upon is to instate a more flexible Google Sheet integration.

Jotform is allowing us to track sales and metrics without paying for dozens of other software/subscriptions. It's doubled productivity. The performance of my business is sailing.

Il ya aussi la resolution financière. Avec jotform apps le cout de conception et de mise en ligne est amoidri.

The widgets do not work with our integration with Constant Contact, however, support is working to resolve this issue

We love that Jotform allows us to make fully custom forms to use with our clients. Our HIPAA compliant intake forms are super easy to create and our clients love the ease of completing them.

I wish that editing form submissions was easier. At least simple things like addresses etc. We integrate our forms with mailchimp and if I don't catch a missspelled address before the sync it messes up some tasks ive automated in Mailchimp and I have to manually correct it on that side.

Jotform came in clutch for us when the COVID pandemic started. We needed a paperless solution to limit contact time and Jotform integrated with our existing systems really well.

I love that it can be used for anything and everything. I have used it for relationship feedback forms with my girlfriend all the way to applications for people booking calls with my company to buy my services. It has amazing qualities for a free software and gives more than most companies when it comes to their free plan. I use this for so many things and I love it.

I honestly have not had anything I dislike about the service. I use it for a couple things and it works amazingly for everything I have chosen to use it for in my personal and business life.

I have a relationship feedback form that allows me and my partner to stay updated with each other's lives and then I use it for qualifying people to get on calls with me to buy my services.

I like how fast the platform is able to load and go considering the depth of all the capabilities it provides for us as users to us the platform, so that is my favorite thing about it.

I would say that the thing I dislike the most is just the interface for when you are editing a form. I believe it could be more simple but it is still an amazing platform overall.

I love how efficient this tool has made me in business. You can save so much time on meetings where you would just be collecting information, by just giving them a form to fill out. It is also good for helping qualify calls so that you don't spend time in your business with unqualified people.

I love this app and would say the only thing I necessarily do not like is maybe the interface and how it all comes at you at once. With no developer or tech experience in developing stuff, it seemed confusing to use but when I got the hang of it, it became super easy and wasn't that hard to learn.

I use it to qualify calls, I use it to avoid meetings and I use it to save time in general on things that truly do not require calls.I really just love using this to avoid unnecessary things.

I have been using Jotform for over 5 years because it is so easy to use and naturally intuitive to how I build my many forms. They also have some really attractive templates you can use or try from scratch.

Jotform are always updating and improving their forms and options for customers and to be honest there is nothing I dislike - hence why I have been using them for so many years and do not intend to go back to using any other form builders - and I have tried them all.

I use Jotform apps for my Food Monitor Sheets for my clients who complete them daily and this is a lovely upgraded feature to turn an existing form into a user-friendly app that they can use on their mobile phones. I like that Jotform supports me and my business growth which is to collect important information easily and effectively from my clients. I have never had a client complain about using or completing the forms in over 5 years.
