Ease of use for basic non-coders, lots of videos

Very, very difficult to get minor upgrades to widgets like spreadsheet to form. Staff rely on individual requests rarther than being proactive in sending out a survey of the top ten request on a regular basis

Jotform made us go paperless in 2022 by making payments requests all online and easily stored on a drive.

Sometimes, there are minor bugs that you have to manually correct, mostly when some information is not automatically transposed to a google sheet.

I haven't found one yet, I use it just for a few quick forms that are integrated with my business website and haven't had any issues with it.

I work in real estate and it is a quick way to gather the information I need from my agents that allow me to process their files faster and more accurate.

Any type of information I want to collect, I can make a form quickly. There is no learning curve; it's just easy! The payment gateways are plentiful.

The customer service responses are very generic. Surprisingly, they don't accept gift card payments from square. Bummer!!

Jotform helped me build an easy great looking app and website for a school. It's so customizable and easy drag and drop. Embedded a school online store too.

The app was easy to customize, could be integrated with other 3rd party apps like airtable

There were not many customization options available in terms of layout and also analysis was a bit cumbersome

It helped alot in optimizing our operations and scaling up. Employees on ground could easily enter their daily metrics which were compiled and analyzed later.

I don't have to reinvent the wheel. They have sold my phone for me something simple something easy.

JotForms is very easy to use. We were relying on IT to build forms for us. JotForms allowed us the flexibility to control the process ourselves. The software is easy to use with a click and drag format.

The approvals are new and it's a little tricky. Integration is possible with the Enterprise version, so we are looking to upgrade to that in hopes of maximizing efficiency with other applications.

JotForms has allowed us to own the forms process within our HR function. We no longer have to wait for IT to design a form. It has many different options that we have used.

I liked the ease of creating an app with Jotform .I like the fact that Jotform would allow me to create an app from scratch and create a solution in minutes!

I like how easy it is to create a form, the drag-and-drop features, and the easy way I can brand the look of the form to match our business brand.

Some features are not easy to find, however, it is easy to submit a request for help and someone is usually very quick to find an answer for me.

We needed to find a form builder that was cheaper and easier to use. For a while, we used Formstack which was good but very expensive and not as user-friendly as Jotform.

And above all, the helpdesk service. AWESOME!

When you have paid plans, the power to share with other team members, or the enterprise plan, the price is high for small businesses. It would be interesting to have a more adjusted price, for teams of 2 to 5 people

Data collection by forms, and the new possibility of creating simple apps. The benefit of use has been very high; concentrating data, and creating tools for internal use that were previously done more laboriously, has been a significant leap in efficiency.

Simple enough to use for someone that isn't super tech-savvy. We enjoy accessing both the form and data generated in one place. Takes the guesswork out of who submitted what and when.

It can take a bit longer to load at times. A poor data connection can make this issue worse. Would like the ability to sign from the app - currently it states this ability is not available.

The ease of getting started and immediately having the ability to convert your forms to progressive web apps is immaculate. Excited about future developments. There are other alternatives but they are either expensive or not very intuitive.

Although the design has been revamped a couple of years back, it still feels old school. Needs some new-age UI. Also, I feel there can be a mid-range subscription on monthly basis

We use JotForm for different tasks at our company; with Jotfrom Apps, we are making individual platforms that make it easier for our collaborators to find the form they need.

We would like for the Jotform app to work with no internet connection. Because of the nature of our service, sometimes our collaborators need to access forms in remote locations and fill them in. In any case, with the Jotfomr Mobile App we are able to navigate this problem.

We have several forms in Jotform. The mobile app makes it very simple for us to create platforms that are clear, concise, and specific for every one of the areas in our company.

We have reviewed multiple form apps prior to deciding on Jotform. It is not only the kind of tool we were looking for, it is very reasonably priced as well. We have experience with similar form builder tools but jotform is the most flexible one so far. The app building feature has been a game-changing tool for us.

My only hiccup is with the docusign integration. it doesn't work the way i would like it to work. For this reason alone, I have to rely on another form builder tool.

The forms are very interactive and can be designed as per our requirements. Our clients find it very convenient to enter the information using the forms. The app has made it so much more better so the required forms are in one place.

The forms are simple and easy to use with lots of features. What is really amazing is their support community! Quick and fast responses!

It is very easy to use and to customize. You can customize the looks, images, colors, and really about anything.

I wish it could be an actual app in the app store as opposed to a mobile web page that you can save to your home screen.

Approval feature is very helpful to save time and energy for paperwork. The customization of the forms (with many widgets) are also very useful. The option to generate PDF file with pre-filled information on the form is another useful feature.

The feature to generate to PDF file can be improved. Some images that are put in the template tend to be rendered in the lower resolution when the PDF is generated.

Long administration chain and (literally) papers! This results in not only time efficiency, but also budget efficiency to boost up performance and productivity of the organization.
