Jotform is intuitive. Super easy to design specific registration and application forms for all our business needs. The price makes it affordable for NFPs.

There isn't anything I can think of that I don't like about the product or service.

It's versatile. There are alot of different uses for my business. I appreciate the ease of use because I can quickly put together a form for any and everything.

One thing that would be super helpful to me would be to be able to embed the form into my website. There might be a way to do this but it is not obvious to me. So, perhaps a tutorial?

JotForm allows me to guide registrants to one place instead of tracking their message inquiries. By being able to grab emails from a list in JotForm's backend, it saves me time and aggravation.

As a Jotform user for almost 10 years, I find that it is both versatile and robust. Any solution that you can think of is possible in Jotform. If you can imagine it, you can make it happen in Jotform.

Jotform innovates (a lot) and sometimes with that innovation, there will be small bugs. We can accept it because overall Jotform is moving in the right direction and they have strong support to iron out any kinks that we experience.

In marketing, Jotform simplifies lead generation, lead management and email autoresponders. We also use Jotform for our sales team so we are able to keep track on our agents' performance and customer database.

I love how easy jotform makes it to create forms and keeps track of the submissions I receive.

I love everything, I can't think of anything that I dislike.

Jotform is helping me solve the inconvenience of having to print forms out for applicant to apply to my surveys. Everything is digital and accesible at any time

We make a lot of use of the automations/approvals that are available. The back end data options are also really helpful and easy to use. We moved over from google sheets and have been using jotforms consistently for a couple of years very happily.

Sometimes moving between forms/tables/approvals can be a little bit clunky. It would also be nice to have more opportunity to have shared access/logins without the price skyrocketing.

It's helped make a central place for some of our work that has enough built in automation to reduce some adminsitrative time. The reduction in admin allows us to focus more on the work. It feels about as streamlined as it can be in our circumstances.

It's so easy to use and if I don't get how to do something the customer support is amazing and they never talk to me like I am stupid but explain things gently.

I do wish I could import spreadsheets to my tables, and if I can and don't know it, if there was an easy import button to do so, that would be awesome.

It let me make an app that has forms on it and information so people who need us or want to donate can easily do so and get the help they need without my full and constant attention.

I like that I can easily access my form submissions. I don't have to go and hunt for the information.

I dislike that it is hard to set up a form on my phone. I do a lot of work mobile and need the functionality to be a little better.

Jotform helps me when I have podcast guest signing up. I can get all the information in one form.

There is nothjng that I do not like about jotform yet.It is wasy to use.

the most helpful part of jotform for me has been scheduling appointments and being able to limit how many per day and which days i want to take vacations! I struggled finding other forms like jotform that were user friendly for me and my orderees.

at times the layout can be a bit hard on mobile but other than that it's great!

Before i would have to spend a lot of time managing my order schedule and not being able to mark off certain days therefore denying orders! now jotform has made it simplier!

I wanted to update our decades-old paper forms and this brought us into the 21st Century. We look polished and it is easier for our clients now-- no more forgotten documents!

It is tricky figuring out where things are stored on Jotform. Ultimately, we made a "Team" and put everything there. But the interface is not always as intuitive as I would like!

Been working with leads as a way to generate customers and prosppects where forms are the major part of it. These are the most customizable and efficient way to create forms to the edge of your prerequisites. You got quick support as well that helps you find many solutions among the hundreds of addons you have available. JotForm is also adapted to the rules of GDPR, meaning no data is stored outside the EU.

As for as for now I have not yet encountered any problems worth mentioning.

As a third party supplier JotForm solves the problem with platform independent solutions that I can use on different platforms and also take with me as we do any platform changes in the future.

There is such a wide range of forms to use for almost every application.

Sometimes, some of the forms are locked into a specific 'programming' method that they cannot morph to do all that is needed.

We are able to use these for athletic eligibility forms, allowing students the ability to complete forms on their phones versus hard copy completion used in the past.

Jotform is easy to use form template that has helped me grow my app and online business. Participants can fill in their goals, we also use it for excercises and enhanced online learning. Thank you, JotForm!

I loved using Jotform to give inquiries a space to leave their information vs having to work through emails and phonecalls. Its great to have as a link on my website for donation requests specifically as we would get 3-4 a week and it was difficult to organize and keep track. I would recommend Jotform!

Only downfall is the free account doesnt allow for many design options and you need to work around it. As a company, we use it no more than 1-2 forms. I understand the features are better with payment, but we wish it was a little more creative design wise.

We had many donation requests from chairties etc. Phone calls, emails, drop in store visits. It was overwheleming at first. We began using Jotform as a link onsite and now ask any inquiry to fill out the form and we can review from there. This is beneficial as it saves labor costs from having someone go through emails, or staying on the line for 10-15 minutes while the charity gives you their pitch. It grossly saves us time for in store labor as representatives that came in store would sometimes stay up to 1 hour providing a pitch would would take away from our staffs ability to work in the kitchen or front end serving customers. (it doesnt sound real but it happened!)

The process really is very easy to setup and have forms at your fingertips to send out to clients, customers, patients. The HIPPA compliance option is a must for those of us working in the healthcare field. The site is fast and easy to use.

No issues to report. If there ever is an issue there are easy ways to get support and find a resolution. Very helpful!

I needed to be able to send out forms to my clients. Jotform provdies that solution in an easy, affordable, and convienent way. It is easy for both me and the customer to use.

Ease of design, flexibility, professional looking interface for users.

I cannot think of anything, it has met all of our needs over the past 3 years using it.

We have over 100 kids registering for a summer kids program at our chruch. This allowed us to let the parents pre-register and help us sort out the groups ahead of time.
