I use to use paper forms for my clients and it was always a headache trying to keep up with all the paper forms and keep them on file. I now use Jotform HIPAA compliment for all my forms. They are stored online and kept in a safe place to access whenever I need. It also cuts back on so much time when yummy client arrives for their appointment.

Everything on my end has been great. I can't say I dislike anything. My only complaint would be that I paid for my subscription this last time and somehow the payment got lost. I have been using Jotforms for a while now and this has never happened before.

Jotform has helped me eliminate paper forms in my business, assist me with staying organized, cut my appointment time down tremendously, and stay in HIPAA compliance while handling clients personal and sensitive information.

The user-interface is super easy to use and their support team is super responsive if we ever have any questions.

Jotform has streamlined our registration process for our hockey camps making it super easy for the end user!

JotForm give user/ customers friendly options to store responses and data.

I have No dislikes at this time. JotForm has been working fine for me

The allowing of transferring previously made forms to a different account was helpful.

Everything was self-explanatory and easy to understand. It has more features than Google Forms and Microsoft Forms. The pdf integration feature was the best feature that I liked about Jotforms.

I was not too fond of the limitation on the number of forms.

It was used in getting feedback from the participants of an event.

I love how simple Jotform is --- it is so helpful to collect a large amount of information / contractual details. I love how simple it is to implement and upkeep.

Jotform makes it easy to create a form that I need a lot of people to fill out. It makes it easy to send the form and collect the information and signatures. Love it.

Jot form is very very easy. It is intuitive and offers features that other form builders cannot match at all. The support articles are really great as well. I am very pleased.

Support could be a little better. Also, the pricing could be a little cheaper.

Jotform has been a life saver for client submission forms. I can collborate with the owner of the company, add personal branding, and curate forms to say exactly what I need.

The set-up process was a little unclear. I had to Google search for a lot of 'how to' videos in order to figure out how to get started.

Jotform is creating a place where feedback, job forms, client tools, and employee tools are all in one place.

The intuitive WYSIWYG user interface, the bounty of infinite tools, add ins, and programming features to assist in developing forms. It takes the pain out of form creation for those that are not coders. The easy access to form databases and exporting features of submitted data is excellent.

Not much, but the changing fee structure. Over time, Jotform has become pricey. Though, currently my account level is more than sufficient to meet my needs as a small business and it would be a challenge to find a cheaper comparative product/service.

Collecting new client application data, contact forms, project management.

Jotforms are easy to build and simple to share with internal and external parties. They save time and centralize information gathering to one place. The integrations with Google Sheets work great for data collection.

I wish Jotform included the ability to create custom training courses with video content and surveys/forms for users to watch and engage with ondemand (not live).

Jotform eliminates redudant emails and consolidates infomration into one place. Jotforms make it easy to gather the exact information needed and to provide users with lists of options to select.

I like jotform because of its versatility and opportunities to offer more in business. The signatures portion is key for document signing. Having the option to create multiple signup forms is also important to ensure that my business functions.

Jotform solves tons of problems for my business like tracking signups, registrations for events, applications and more!

User friendly platform with a lot of support base. Trainings are available via youtube and other platforms via paid or free trainings. Personally I preferred learning by myself and taking my time to go through each widgets. Big thanks !

The price range is something you want to consider well, especially in specific industries that requires on premise setup. However, their top notch security features makes this a breeze

Customizable, integratable, Shareable, Live Data, and ease of use to build a form. The fact that I can do more than just a form is great. Its useful to be able to create what you need and then embed it.

The Hubspot Integration is a bit tedius The learning curve on some of the integration, and script things is a bit rough. I wish there were some more tutorials out there, that were fast and easy...

Its allowing us to separately manage our data from places it doesnt need to be, and allowing us to capture data more quickly

I like that it is easy to use and in my case, it has free integrations that allow me to automate certain tasks that with other platforms I would have to pay, in comparison with other platforms.

I would like there to be more alternatives for integration with other messaging applications such as Telegram or Whatsapp, since notifications in this way are of great value to me.

Jotform avoids typing errors and facilitates the transcription in Spreadsheets, making it much faster. Also, it allows me to send webhooks to continue with other automations. Thus, it saves me valuable time.

I like being able to customize my surveys on Jotform to what I am trying to measure.

I did not find anything I disliked about Jotform.

Jotform is the new best thing. Jotform allows you to track many different data & analytics. I specifically use Jotform for my travel events and capturing attendee info. I am able to customize my form and tailor it to what I am trying to discover.

What I like best is that can adjust as needed. Not providing a service any more? I can delete the cell. It's been the best help so far in this entrepreneur journey! I can even manage my inquires and see which seasons are my busiest etc.

I really haven't encountered any thing I dislike. I would have to play around with features to see. I would highly recommend jotform for any business owner trying to get organized.

Organization and inquiries. It was a struggle to go between apps and trying to get all the information needed to set up for an event. It was even harder to keep up with clients and creating contracts quickly. Jotform help cut this time in half

Jotform is so easy to use especially when setting up various forms and collecting and distributing data or information once filled by each visitor. Having a custom form for my class is very important for tracking and keeping attendees informed about various topics throughout the course.

While jotform is easy to use, there are aspects that are combersome in creating forms. At times there are not as many options for customizing the data that is needed to collect from form visitors.

Data collection is important to know who and when my students attend my classes. Having students "sign-in" to class with this form often allows more accurate interpretation of data rather than relying on poor penmanship.

The simplicity to the client's eye on Jotform is the best, yet the form can be complex in the background. We love that it can be customized to certain choices go to specific team members, etc.

There really is no downside, it is easy to learn, many templates to choose from if you need help getting started. The downside is once you have one form you will want 100 forms.

Jotform solves the problem of waiting on a person to forward an email or a response, we have that set up to automatically go to the appropriate team member based on client's answers. It also helps with feedback from team members, anonymously or named.

This is eliminating the use of a lot of paper during our interview processes. Also, it is easier to keep all records in one place along with a more professional and streamlined appearance

I love the versitlity of Jotform and the easiness of customizing templates to fit my particular needs. The interface is incredibly easy to navigate and the final forms are super user friendly for my clients as well. The pricing is fair as well and you can pause your plan when you dont need at the moment

The pricing is a bit high but I love the option to pause my subscription and always come back when I need it without losing past data.. I havent experienced that with any other service such as Jotform.

Jotform helped me in providing a basic template that I can use across all platforms for my clients and allow me to accept payments easily. I also love the ability to review the data thereafter for documentation and research. I can even archive it.

I wish it was more customizable for the design features. Would like to customize fonts and have it embed beautifullly into our website.

We were using another service that was way too expensive - this creates a customizable option that is easy to use and not too expensive.

Jotform is great because you can personalise it. The way the data drops into the tables and is downloadable helps me with my job.

The only things I have found hard is navigating the encryption, so don't use that feature and that the dates can be problematic when downloaded into an excel spreadsheet.

It's provides a secure easy space to collect data from people and it is flexible meaning I can adapt the forms without needing to send a new link.

Jotform has been transformative for my business. I just send clients the link and they fill out a health form online. I love it! No more storing paper files

There is not anything I dislike about jotform to date.

Jotform allows me to send send the questionaire to a client and stores all of them for me so I can go back and look at them when needed

Jotform is great for keeping track of my important forms (liability waivers & contracts). It also makes it easy for me to get feedback from my clients. I like that the forms are digitally saved in one spot.

I like the feature whereby the client can add photos to the form. This helps me immensely for skin care consultations. They can upload facial photos and product regemen.

Eu costumo criar meus formulários no Jotform poirque é fácil, simples e não requer conhecimento técnico. Tudo simples e fácil, qualquer pessoa vai conseguir criar formulários rapidamente.

As vezes o script demora alguns segundo a mais para carregar, mas é raro, porém as vezes pode acontecer.

Com o Jotform eu não preciso usar códigos, clicou arrastou e personalizou e pronto, tudo estará no formulário corretamente sem nenhum problema, isso evita gastar muito tempo. Além de ser fácil o Jotform ainda me ajuda a economizar tempo.

Jotform is very easy to use and set up. I use the forms and apps builders and it's quick, easy and professional. The integrations are also very handy and easy to use. I upgraded to Bronze and worth every penny.

I'm having trouble figuring out how to be able to use the 'stock' and dates together so that each date has the same inventory that renews each day. I've reached out to Jotform commuynity but can't quite figure it out. Other than that issue, I am able to use the tools for what I need.

Handling my tour booking registratons and organizing them into google sheets that are integrated into my Google Drive. Registrations for mtb camps, and processing the payments through Square integration with ease. Tempates are very helpful.

It's super easy to use and has a colourful user interface.

I've been having an issue where once in a while, my customer completes a form and it comes through blank. It's happened a few times over the past year or so..

The ease of use was what attracted me to JotForm in the first place, and is what makes me continue to recommend it to everyone I know. I love that you can receive alerts every time a form is filled out, making it easier to be up to date with results.

The website did freeze up on me a few times

It's making it easier to create surveys that come from a a more professional URL than sites such as SurveyMonkey or Google Forms

It is so user friendly-- for both the person created the survey and for the person completing the survey. Also love how Jotform creates reports of data seamlessly.

At this time, there is nothing that I dislike. It has been all around useful for our company. Appreciate all the options, price point, and data collection/presentation.

It is a quick and easy way to collect data from anyone. It is helpful to be notified immediately when the form is completed and be able to see the responses via my email or back at Jotform.
