ConvertKit is a handy email automation tool that helps to grow your audience. It comes with free and paid versions and is one of the top 10 email automation software. Some of the features of ConverKit are: 1. Simple UI 2. Landing page design option 3. Embedded Form 4. Easy to use subscribers settings 5. Automation option 6. Visual automaton 7. Rules option in automation 8. 3rd party integrations with a lot of services and products 9. RSS feed 10. A large group of community 11. Helpful forums 12. Documentations to get started 13. 24/7 customer support 14. Broadcast and email sequence 15. Lots of email templates
The free version of ConvertKit can support up to 1000 subscribers and lacks an automation option. You need to go for the premium or Enterprize version to use all the features of ConvertKit. Conveetkit should increase the free version's audience size and email cap limit.
I am using ConvertKit for my personal use which helps my website www.techzant.com to grow newsletter subscribers. ConvertKit is easy to use with lots of pre-built landing pages and custom pages that you can build by writing HTML codes. It helps my subscriber list grow through opt-in forms, pop-up newsletters, and landing pages. The automation helped reduce my effort by 60% and increase the leads by 20-30%. Also, the integration with a variety of industry top software and tools helped in my email list journey. The broadcast and email scheduling option is very useful if you want to send bulk emails.
ConvertKit offers really useful features for email marketers looking to grow their business. I like that their software is user-friendly and has plenty of resources available for new users trying to learn the platform.
The pricing may be out of range for those who are new to business.
I am able to build out beautiful email templates in less time to stay in touch with my mailing list. Their software integrates with many of the tools and platforms I currently use and that has also been very useful.
The feature personalization email is the best feature of this tool that helps you to customize your email according to your audience automatically.
Its free version is not working properly if you want to delete an extra broadcast then it dons,t delete and the email goes to the promotion or spam folder.
Send multiple emails at the same time, create a landing page for lead generation or anything else, personalize your email according to your audience and connect to zapier.
The best part about convertkit was, that I can easily set things up, run the campaign, and track how my content is doing.
Automations like auto fillup for my subscribers and forecasting could make real improvements.
I primarily do email campaigns and put lead magnets with convertkit. It makes content marketing really easy for me.
I can do a lot with this single tool because its capabilities are excellent. We can create landing pages and also do email marketing with this software, which is quite beneficial in reaching out to our clients and audience. Their free version is likewise excellent; they have included useful features.
As a beginner, I am using their free version and really liked its features but when it comes to email, you have to do the emails manually they do not provide automation in the free version.
They provide excellent services; I can create a number of landing pages for my material and also send emails from one tool, eliminating the need to switch between programs.
Convertkit's simplicity in managing contacts is what makes them stand out among other CRM. Just because it's simple doesn't mean it doesn't offer a lot of features. With Convertkit, you can manage all your subscribers as one list and group them with tags.
I don't like the opt-in forms of Convertkit. It needs to be updated. When creating a form, there are times when it's quite hard to know because the instant preview doesn't show exactly what the form looks like. Also, the alignment is not as intuitive as other opt-in form in leadpages or mailchimp.
I've always wanted to merge all my contacts in one and easily group them by editing in bulk. Convertkit provided that solution to my problem. I was able to group them using tags. I also like that I can create an automation funnel and see in bird's eye view the funnel templates.
I liked the email design feature the most out of all the offerings, it was easy to use, intuitive, and got the job done; the UI was solid and didn't clutter things up. The other feature that I enjoyed was the landing page builder and how intuitive it was.
The thing that I disliked was the email sequencing, it was rather too simple as compared to other products out there like klaviyo. It used a drag and drop setup whereas klaviyo gives more freedom and choice with added complexity of course.
I was using convertkit for a client who needed to interact with his audience in a meaningful manner through emails and have them carry out behaviours on a landing page. Convertkit really allowed us to run many split tests on both the emails and the landing page, this resulted in us maximizing our conversion rates.
Convertkit is one of the best email marketing platform. I am feeling very compatible with this product. So i recommend this to all email marketers.
there pricing strategy i little bit dislike
Easy to send emails with a perfect strategy.
I just started using Convertkit and open rates and click rates are highest i have ever seen across any ESP - i have only been using the product a few months and it usually takes time to build up email sender reputation so this makes it even more amazing
The product is limited and hard to use - you need to hire an expert coder to help figure stuff which is basic in most ESPs also support is sometimes slow and unavailable which makes someone who can help (and is usually expensive) even more important
We have been through a lot of ESPs we switched to ConvertKit because of issue with high block rate and the performance has been very impressive at ConvertKit
Convertkit is quick and easy for non-tech entrepreneurs, it takes away the overwhelm of trying to learn about email as well as design and the Tech involved
A longer trial period is what I would recommend, or possibly a bit more features during the trial or free period so that customers can get a true feel of the versatility of the software
The problem Convertkit is solving is that I am able to stay connected to my customers. The benefits are that have the ability to schedule emails for future dates as well as am able to sell to my audience
