I developed a shop for ventilation system filters (yes, a chatbot shop!), a customer services application, and a kind of chatbot lead generation tool. The main problem I solve is usability and personalisation.

As a non-CS and non-developer, I was ablet to create a pretty complex bot that feeds and feeds into a spreadsheet. It allowed me to create a well functioning and clear MVP for my startup with its very intuitive interface. Additionally, Customer Service is excellent! The team really works hard to solve your issues and review your questions, whether in person or through chat.

As you build on the bot and it gets more and more complex, sometimes it goes a little crazy, whether by attaching newly created blocks to other flows or connecting blocks that were not linked before. That can be very annoying since you only realize it happened once you're running and bot and something doesn't work. While Customer Service is stellar, not having support 24/7 is really complicated for those not located in Europe. I am located in Mexico and would constantly have a one-day delay in response since the team is working in UTC and would end the day when I was barely starting work on this side of the globe. While their responses were swift once they were back online, it would usually be 8 or 9 PM here which is very inconvenient.

I am building an MVP for a startup that looks to provide financial services through WhatsApp to a group of users that are not digital natives. Since these customers are familiar with WhatsApp, being able to integrate so seamlessly with this service was incredible.

The admin interface can feel a little clunky until you get used to all the features. What issues I have found in the past are typically resolved in one of Landbot's releases. They are constantly updating the service, making it easier for me to use with my clients.

We switched to Landbot because we needed to run custom code in the middle of the interactions with our users. The amount of customization, flexibility, and honestly freedom Landbot offers is unparalleled.

The only thing I wish Landbot did was to have more control over timing and being able to push users to specific blocks after a given amount of time.

I run a virtual trivia game show that needs to compare two strings for similarities 26 times over the span of an hour. Landbot is the only platform I have found that can accept open-answers, run a JavaScript function using them, then output the results to various outside platforms. It's superb the way I can implement it.

Shallow learning curve thanks to user friendly approach. I've been using it for years but quickly got another team member up to speed to start building their own bots.

Some of the reporting suites aren't detailed enough. Reporting has made leaps and bounds forward in recent years and the gaps I'm finding usually come as a result of complex bot builds - not simple ones.

We use Landbot to help customers validate their own purchase decision through a series of questions. These are then passed through logic to recommend the best product for the customer.

What I like most is that I can manage it entirely in terms of graphics and communication. I can create conversation, lead or support flows from scratch or use the existing templates.

There's nothing that I can dislike, not yet.

I contacted the helpdesk for support and advice on how to create a chatbot that would be interactive with the customer, that would be like a pop-up that would attract attention and invite the customer to use the bot. The operator was quick and knowledgeable on the subject and even helped me by sending me pictures to clarify the process.

The quick support and response will not let you wait much for issues to clarify or resolve. The team is amiable and knowledgeable. The tool itself is very powerful and has lots of features and componenets. The pricing model is also manageable and affordable.

Lack of Arabic suport. The tool supports linking with Google DialogFlow, which itself does not support Arabic.

The analytics tools are continuously improving but still a bit too slow

It's incredibly simple and efficient to use whilst also being one of the cheapest bot builder platforms on the market.

Initially, I found it annoying to zoom in and out using the alt key pressed but now it's become a habitual thing and I don't mind.

Lead generation and qualification.

I love how easy it is to create different bots and modify them at a later date. It is the one bot, from all the ones I've looked at, where I honestly felt anyone could create a bot, regardless of their IT experience. And just in case you get stuck, they have a fantastic support team that is always there to help.

I'd like the possibility of linking the bot to Google Sheets and performing more complicated look-ups. At the moment, these actions are available through air table, but I'd it's an additional cost.

We use it mainly to offer customer support, and it has worked wonders. This bot enables us to provide support 24/7, and it has made a massive difference to our clients.

I made a chatbot that helps people to let them know the topics they will choose.

The platform is extremely simple to use for any technical or non-technical person. You can create custom user journeys per bot automation. In addition, you can create parts of user journey's and then re-use these parts in multiple user journeys. The support staff and account managers are extremely helpful and are full of suggestions on how to improve campaigns, setup different types of campaigns as well as really efficient and proficient when requests are made for provision of information required from a compliance or general marketing perspective. The products are extremely well priced when compared to other platforms tested. There is excellent online documentation for assisting users to quickly understand how to use the platform. Customisation via code is extremely simple for technical development staff and allows numerous customisations to be implemented that would not normally be possible on other systems. The test environments are quite amazing, and enables us to create bots for normal websites or whatsapp and test them before taking them into production.

The tree structure provided for creation of bot trees is not very structured. This allows users to create spaghetti if they are not able to lay out their trees in a structured format. The help for custom coding queries is not very helpful for non-technical users. Perhaps more explicit examples would enable non-technical users to utilise these features more fully.

We have setup automated bots on multiple websites, Facebook pages, as well as created a branded user journey on Whatsapp for onboarding new subscribers into our products.
