Landbot is easy to use, is highly customizable and has a great support.
There could be better reporting features, the flow analitycs reporting tool is a bit confusing.
I use landbot to power my landing pages, for lead capturing.
The best thing about using landbot is the code-free configuration, its block programming interface means that people without much knowledge in programming can build a bot without many problems. The support of the platform is very good and efficient, they help you with the resolution of problems in an attentive and fast way in Spanish or English.
It would be the integration with whatsapp, some of the functions of the platform are not fully compatible with whatsapp. But this is getting better every day. The option to manage several accounts from the same user should be added, in my case I manage 3 chatbots and for each one I must create a new account and user.
We solved a problem we had with the WhatsApp number of a television channel program. We could not handle the amount of messages that were received and this made the audience think that the messages were not received, with landbot we automate the reception of messages and filter each message to the area where it should arrive for a better experience for us and the viewer.
I've tested more than 12 different chat-bot builders and Landbot is definitely the best platform out there, it is VERY simple to use, the staff there cares so much about the user experience and customer service, honestly - they deserve my 10/10 score The WhatsApp technical team is highly helpful and their customer service department is truly proffesionals and will be able to solve any issues pretty quickly!

When I started the whatsapp testing didnt work but the support was so helpfull that I actually didnt mind to wait to have my problem solved. So, it wasnt really a dislike it was more "a bump" that was quickly solved.

It is basically the great amount of information available to work in projects. Also the support, is really fast and they really put effort to make sure user is fine with the information delivered. Their option to test whatsapp chatbots in their testing environment is really handy.
It is not exactly that I dislike something, but it would be nice to have more channels than whatsapp, and messenger, maybe twitter, and telegram could be a nice complement to current options.

By far the biggest upside to Landbot is its flexibility. Not only does it provide the basic chatbot services that other platforms allow for, but the customization and integrations with other apps is a huge upside. Where other platforms may only be able to send data to Google Sheets, for example, Landbot can also pull data from Google Sheets, making interactions with users that much better.
With any platform figuring out what works best on Landbot takes a bit of trial and error, however there is a very helpful group of support staff that really helps you along.
We run a trivia live stream every week and needed a platform that could accept answers from people as they play. Not only can it accept answers but we built it to score all of the responses, something we haven't been able to achieve with any other platform.
Landbot has an easy to use interface to create and update bots, it's simply drag and drop and you will have a chatbot ready to go. It's webhook integration has been very powerful connecting to our in-house backend so we could re utilize the same Database that we were using with our previous vendor.
Limited functionality in WhatsApp vs Web. There's still some functionality that is not working properly in WhatsApp bots so you will need to be creative on finding alternatives to get user's input.

Lots of very useful features and options gives you the ability to create a lot more than just a chatbot. Why Apple of Chatbots? Because it feels like the team behind it has real love for for they do, constantly adding new features and keeping them finished, polished and working properly. I personally have lots of ideas for my bot. And until now I was able to fulfill them all because of the many features Landbot has to offer. Very good and fast support. Really easy to use and with lots of documentation.
I had occasional bugs and things that weren’t working properly but was able to solve it with the support.

I first got into automation using forms and email automaton. Now I am an avid no code builder enthusiast and like to use bots for fun and for work. What I liked best was the ingenuity or the builder and the massive array of complex (and hilarious results from some) processes available under the seemingly relatively simple hub. If you can drag drop and got a decent eye for patterns and connection you will slip right into this. The experience is one of luxury which reflects in the price. How many of your tools do you use to relax and have fun? I do with landbot. And that really is enough to warrant it. Simple yet vastly complex. Highly customizable and you can be as basic as you want or you can build an amazing text adventure game within the builders framework. Tons of functionality and intuitive design. A bot lover could not ask for more.
The price is on the high end if it's not something you really need it's probably not for you unless you like to exlore cutting edge b2b technology. I have tested many bot builders and have always held landbot as in a league of its own despite very capable competition. I find it hard to complain about much else but the price for admission. It's steep and might keep many annovative startups away. For me the value I get out matches our outshines the cost. Except for the fact that you do not get access to webhooks or API if you are not on the most expensive plan which is quite expensive, I misread that and asked for a refund but was denied due to it being a few days after the 7 day return window. They did offer me a decent deal but that would mean I would still have to upgrade for a year and add almost 500 EUR to the end bill when I already paid about 200 EUR. Only to get access to webhooks and to remove their branding. I used to think landbot was king but right now their plans and functionality needed to use it properly as a business is hidden behind the most expensive plan, the tier 2 plan is not cheap at all but full of restrictions that make me feel like they are constantly trying to upsell me and rubbing in my eyes what I am missing. The tool in itself is amazing. I got an amazon card for writing a review. They offered $25 USD but sent me 25kr in Swedish kronor which is avout 3 dollars. When I pointed it out all they said was 'oops, our bad we can't do anything about it. EDIT; They fixed this now so that is a big plus for them. Keeping an eye out for customers who need help or feel treated badly. Big shoutout to the landbot team for reaching out.
Wow. Where to begin.. Stress. I don't stress building and setting up bots. I have fun. Major selling point. Support. A well set up not can take care of a big chunk of support requests and provide a unique experience for the client. Make those bots personal and see the difference It just works. Landbot is very intuitive to use and learn and this makes people catch on fast. In the end on boarding is a breeze and you can see people giggle and play with the options just for fun. A tool for a wide audience that still caters to enthusiasts and professionals.
The tool is the best, it allows you to have everything in one place. It allows to create bots for facebook, Web and WhatsApp. The support is continuous and they resolve all the concerns that are at hand. The service is stable and really excellent. Congratulations
I have no dislike for the platform for now, since it has allowed me to achieve what I have sought at the chatbots level.
I have made requests to solve design problems and honestly I have had a prompt solution. In addition to managing an improvement manager so that the platform continually improves.
We've been very pleased with the tool and we are currently using it for our clients' lead generation campaigns.
The only thing I disliked is having to pay to implement FB Pixel.

Landbot is easy to use and operate, but still allows to build complex chatbot workflows. We could create a chatbot with personality (both visual and content), and feature games and custom integrations. This resulted in good experiences for our users and made it easy for the operators to create added value where necessary without being overwhelmed. That admin dashboard is easy to use and operate as well. Technically landbot is easy to integrate, runs stable and works great accros browsers.
It would be great to import or export a chatbot as a data document.
A lot of our FAQ gets explained by the chatbot. It helps our end users to be informed and makes sure our human agents can focus on person to person communication rather than spending time on providing general info.
It is extremely simple to use, especially starting with templates to get familiar with the tool. As soon as you understand what you want, you can build chatbot very quickly and their documentation is very handy, directly from the components you can see how it works and with some real examples! You can cover so many use cases and it is giving us the best balance between simplicity and scalability thanks to integrations and code. The Sales & Support team are great, they are so responsive and you can chat with them within the App, they are really customer focused!
So far, I like everything. They could just improve a bit the native Salesforce integration in terms of standard and custom objects, but with Zapier you can do everything.

It is one of the best chatbot solutions I have ever used. The platform is very intuitive and pleasant to use. The available resources are incredible and the ease of use is a differential. With little support from developers, I am able to create self-service flows that have a great impact on efficiency and cost reduction.
So far I have not identified any disadvantage. The solution is very good and intuitive. The manuals are very helpful and support is quick and efficient.
We have used Landbot to develop chatbot service flows for registering information, directing service and satisfaction surveys. All this with integrations with other systems through the API / Webhook. The reduction in human service costs is significant.
