Chatbot is an easy way to set up a bot that can answer customer's questions, give information about your business, get customer information such as emails and phone numbers. Easy integration with you landing page and facebook.
It's not linked to WhatsApp. I use it with my landing page and Facebook community, but not integrated with WhatsApp yet.
Mostly have a bot that can answer 24-7. Without chatbot any lead I've received from 23:00 pm to 6:00am was a lost lead. When I integrate chatbot, the bot can answer any questions and get the customer information to make contact later.

What I liked least about this software was having to wait for it to launch. There were lots of other platforms out before this one. LiveChat took its time in development and it definitely paid off.
I wasn't looking for a free solution as much as I was looking for a reliable one. BotEngine got it done. It integrates reliably with Facebook Messenger, Web Pages, Landing Pages, and more. It's easy to use and even offers helpful design templates to get you started.
The E commerce platform and Live chat are my favourite.
So far, I am yet to have anything I dislike.
Attending to multiple buyers via the live chat has helped in the number of personnel needed for telephone enquiries.

No hay nada negativo en esta plataforma.
Ésta herramienta permite tener un mejor desempeño laboral, una mejor comprensión y comunicación entre compañeros y amigos, permite la integración de varios bot y ocupa muy poco espacio en la memoria de mis dispositivo.
