the best thing about LeadIQ team is that they are there for you 24/7 and go over the extra mile to assist to any issues that may arise on their tools (extension etc) also a crucial thing is how much they progressed and made our life easier with the extra options for prospecting .
everytime LinkedIn decides to upgrade anything they tend to make things harder for LeadIQ extension to work properly

The thing I like best about Lead IQ is that it provides a ton of information that you can't find anywhere else.
With the massive amounts of data they provide, a lot of it is incorrect. That is a definite downside.
Biggest benefits are being able to reach prospects that are otherwise untouchable.

This is a great and easy way to get contact information for sales leads. This is my best source to get information for leads.
I like how easy the tool is to use! The integrations makes it simple and effective. I keep the small window open to easily access the information of new leads.
Sometimes the phone numbers for the leads can be inaccurate, but most work fine.

The information is sometimes not correct. Lots of email bounce backs and unverified phone numbers.

Ease of use! The program and chrome extension are so intuitive. My biggest regret is that we don't have a real SDR team for me to load up and let loose with it, as leadiq is simple enough that i have faith i could train any rep we hire to use it in minutes.
Cap on account searches by CSV. I'm in charge of lead generation for a sales team close to 50 people strong. Big searches are really what i was loking for with leadiq. i understand theres a higher level that could maybe help me with this but after 4 emails to my support person went unresponded i stopped trying to get a demo.

A majority of the time, the contact information I am searching for is accurate. The import of contacts from leadiq into salesforce and outreach is fast and easy. The product itself is very user friendly, easy for consumers of all different technical skill levels.
The customer service aspect is sometimes slow if I have issues. There have also been times where I've received no responses to my customer service emails.

Our reps are able to add people directly into SalesLoft Cadences from LinkedIn. This workflow is a huge time saver for them. They are able to save lists of people, based on personas, and add them to persona-based cadences.
Sometimes the email/phone data is way off. Our reps occasionally get the phone numbers of family members.
LeadIQ allows us to get phone numbers and emails easily. The reps enjoy working out of LinkedIn so it is very easy for them to use. The integration with SalesLoft is great as well.

I use LeadIQ in conjunction with another enrichment tool everyday and it's rare that I am not able to get all the information I need about a prospect. It is great to be able to surpass when contacts have opted out on another platform and still be able to reach out to them. I like that it designates when an email or number is verified or just a best guess. The integration into our CRM works well and it's an uncomplicated platform to use since you're mainly working via the extension. Also great for pulling up lists of people to double check things so I don't have to click back and fourth between tabs. I like the scribe feature for when I am not feeling creative in my emails. Customer support responds promptly, even when our CS manager on the LeadIQ side was OOO. Implementation was fast and it fit into my workflow well.
It's common for the information to be incorrect, but I would rather it give me something than have to look for a prospect's information on my own. On the actual website, the information on the technologies a company is using doesn't seem to be as nearly built out as other platforms, so I rarely use it. I don't like that you have to capture a lead to have all their information saved or you have to use a premium credit again to re-unlock it again.
