We use this in conjunction with Zoominfo, and it's great to catch information that Zoominfo may be missing. Also far superior for workflow efficiency than any other prospecting tool I've used.
Can be slow to update contact info when people change jobs.

I have been a LeadIQ customer for some time now - I love how easy the workflow is and how it integrates so seamlessly with Salesforce and also Salesloft - it by far is better than all competitors I have also used.
The only thing that I dislike about LeadIQ is the accuracy of phone numbers at times.
Workflow problems for the most part - eliminating the time that SDR's are doing backend work is a huge deal; LeadIQ allows them to put prospects into SalesLoft and reach out quickly.
It's just EASY. I find a lead on SalesNav that i like, I press 1 button, and he is in salesforce AND a sequence. All I did was press a button. That's it.
I often get a lead's wife answering the phone. LeadIQ tends to add multiple cell phone numbers for leads. Only celebrities have 2 cell phones. So ya, many numbers are incorrect but overall, I enjoy the ease of use. The silverlining is LeadIQ has the opportunity to be even better if they can address this quickly.
Time to first prospect touch.
Saves time when adding new leads to Salesforce. The vast majority of the time, the data collected by LeadIQ is very good and the contact details are all correct.
It's slow and clunky in the way it performs, with me having to click the capture button over and over again before it does what it's meant to do.
No problems solved as such. The benefits are that it speeds up a repetitive task as I build a knowledge base from scratch.
I love how it seamlessly intergrates with Linkedin Sales Nav, Salesforce, and Outreach.
Once incorrect data is marked in the CRM, it doesn't link back to LeadIQ to confirm the bad data.
Customer aquisition, the proper email address and phone number means all the difference.
I love that I can view and capture multiple leads from one view without needing to right click> open a new tab> and view individual tabs in order to load each lead. Capturing prospects from LinkedIn post reactions is handy for some of my teammates and I am sure I will use it very soon,
Can be a bit buggy, the very thing I like (multiple leads in one view to capture) can encounter delays or not load at all? Is this a setting that I can adjust? I would also suggest improving the mobile preview and email preview function as they are too small and prone to clicks that take me out from the overview of leads and into their individual profile. That happens a bit too often that I think it can use some improvement in UI/UX.
The speed of use, prospecting becomes easy and fast, especially with the seamless integration with outreach for sure!
The efficiency when prospecting from LinkedIn SalesNavigator - the amount of time saved has drastically improved my workflow.

I find potential podcast guests and target accounts for our show using LeadiQ, gathering those emails and putting it into HubSpot makes my job real simple. Our sales team is using this every week as well.

LeadIQ is one of the best lead capture user experiences on the market. I've used 6 different leadcap tools in my sales career, and the increase to speed / efficiency is the #1 reason.
LeadIQ does lack some reliability on data being available or correct - mostly in ohone #s. It makes up for that with the ability to edit and suggest better email data, which makes data entry so much easier.
We have had an issue scaling up our outbound prospecting motion. LeadIQ has made this a lot faster, so we're able to pull leads quickly and get to the part that matters most… Actually reaching out to the people we want to sell to.
The ease why to use, it also shows the best contact number for the prospect so we can call them and is very beneficial for our company. Also is good to find emails
Sometimes it does not show the numbers and emails for the prospect and that can make my job hard sometimes and can take me more time than normal to get the prospect's information.
In the past find a number or an email from a prospect was something very very hard for me to do, since I started using LeadIQ that problems stopped, I spend less time trying to find a phone number or an email to contact, and is very good.
It is very easy to use and saves me so much time. The ability to grab phone numbers and emails in seconds is fantastic!
I don't particularly appreciate how LeadIQ sometimes doesn't grab every prospect. What I mean by this is that there are some prospects that the email comes up but not the phone number. Also, sometimes the email doesn't match the LinkedProfile email.
The problems I am solving is it being a massive time saver and getting phone numbers as quick as possible to make cold calls.
I love everything about LeadIQ. Not only do they have a solid team that is very friendly and helpful, but their product is AMAZING! Data accuracy is on point, allowing me to add prospects to my campaigns seamlessly. I have a solid framework in place, but LeadIQ makes my life so much easier! It's easy to give feedback when the data is incorrect.
I don't have many dislikes. But if I had to name a few it would be the ability to upload accounts to Salesforce rather than just leads or contacts. I am really good at navigating within SFDC, but it certainly will help with my workflow. I will note that speed sometimes can be an issue, but when I reach out to support they are really good at helping me. Sometimes it was as simple as cashing my cookies. I have used many of LeadIQ's competitors and will say that this is by far my favorite. A++ #BeastMode
I touched on this point earlier but data accuracy, ease of use, and workflow. As Team Lead, Enterprise Sales Development at Sendoso, this is my GO-TO technology! Must have! 📈One of my favorite parts about LeadIQ is the accuracy with mobile numbers. When I am working my Tier1A accounts, it's easy to get DM's on the phone as 8/10 numbers are accurate. Don't get me wrong, data can't be perfect, but for the most part, I am a HAPPY USER!
I like how simple it is to search and there are search features that not all prospecting tools to have.
Phone numbers don't automatically come with the list so I have to remember to check the box and click unlock. Just an extra step so not a super big deal.
We have taken on an ABM strategy so having LeadIQ has been unbelievably helpful in find the right people in the right buying committees for our strategy.
Ease of use and reliability. LeadIQ does exactly what we need... we're a fast growing startup doing a ton of outbound prospecting. LeadIQ keeps us nimble and ensures that we're getting the right lead information back into our CRM quickly. We love it. Their team is great to work with, too.
It would be great if it was slightly easier to know when a lead has already been captured. Sometimes I miss it and probably hit the capture button 2-3x for the same person.

I like how I can scrape lead info from LinkedIn or a website and instantly have that prospect go into a sequence from the integration they have with Outreach. It's an efficiency game changer
