I appreciate the ability to see resumes as a sidebar or a PDF download, as well as the ability to add/see interview questions alongside the candidate's resume. I also like that the candidate's profile and my comments about them "live" within Level for me to reflect on later or when a new opportunity comes up.
I would like a place to rate/rank candidates with a simple criteria (star rating, scale of one to to ten, etc.) for quick reference. Currently, you have to open each profile and review the responses entered.
I need to see candidate profiles, ensure that I am asking them the same questions, and see a bit about themselves (resume, LinkedIn, company history if an internal candidate ) within one singular solution.
I am a newly promoted leader in our organization and I appreciate how Lever offers a simple, yet complete referral and recruitment system. I didn't need help in navigating and using the system as everything is self-explanatory and all FAQs and How To's are available online!
The only time I got confused was when I was editing a feedback draft for an applicant I recently reviewed. I left the page for a while and it took me a long time to find my drafts. A tab for drafts or a prompt to continue editing would be helpful.
I am able to view not only my interviewees but also my referrals in a single platform with just a switchch of a tab. There's no need to use a different platform/integration on these two important features.
The best part of Lever is the amount of customization of available to properly organize all of our applicants. Truly helpful in streamling our application process.
There are times where Lever will need to be refreshed due to some slow activity. However, if there are any issues, the support team is very apt.
Lever is helping us solve any problems of losing where candidates are in our pipeline stages. We have previous issues of losing candidates, but now we know exactly what stage each candidate is in.
It consists of very friendly interface. Easy to use . Can apply or refer jobs in few seconds.
Currently I find it pretty good, will suggest if find something in future.

The cleanest and most simple to use UI/UX of any ATS Great customer service Very logically and intuitively laid out and structure easy to understand data I've used Greenhouse, Workday, Breezy, and Lever is by far the best interface and experience. It's easy for the team to use and teammates rarely ever have questions on how to use Lever.
Honestly nothing comes to mind. Everything is going well.

It's very user-friendly, easy to use, has everything I want in an ATS software. So easy to collaborate with other employees, track candidates, and just overall a perfect software!
I wish we had the option to like comments on candidates.

theres not much that i dislike about it as a casual user who is looking to refer or hire roles.

I used Lever for a job opportunity offer through my agency, to see if I met the requirement for the position being offered.
The best thing is the easiness to access the candidate CV and how easy it is to provide feedback after. I really like the email reminders automatically sent because it makes me aware of the time I have available to prepare and after to provide feedback!
Maybe could be a configuration option but I find not a lot of hire options available. The preview of the cv is incredible but it's hard to download and keep it offline
It organizes the candidates so well that it's really easy to stay organized and keep everything up to date and available to everyone. I already said but I really love the email reminders as well

A bit of difficulty opening some of the linked docs from time to time. Was able to do a workaround, though.
