The ability to move candidates fast into different stages and also the integration piece with so many different plateform like hire, hireez is amazing. Also it does more than just a ATS
Not much to be honest. Have been using it for a quite some time and I mean the sourcing piece could improve a little bit
Managing candidates at different stage, offer stage and also at the sourcing piece when candidates come in from different platform like linkedin or gem or hireez
Lever provides ease for employees to refer candidates as well as review candidates in the interview loop.
Lever has limited options for employees vs. managers.
Lever provides a simple way for hiring and referring candidates into the HR ecosystem
It's very easy to find out the candidates assigned to you for taking interviews. The process to give feedback is also well structured. One of the most likable feature is the ease of adding your referrals and keep track of their application status with a powerful option to generate a referral link so that you don't have to put all of them manually.
There's nothing to dislike as such but one feature that can be added is an option to reject the interview if you are not available at the scheduled time. Currently we have to contact the recruiter to get it changed.
The problem Lever is solving is tracking the status of the candidates all at one place. The referees can see the status of their referrals and can even make it easy to refer by generating a unique referral link.
I love the functionality overall but more than anything, I'm endlessly impressed with their customer service. Not only do they help solve my problems quickly, but they are more than willing to teach me what exactly when wrong, how to prevent it, and so on. Lever university and their office hours allow me to level up and serve as the team's Lever expert.
Their search functionality needs work (and some updates are rolling out soon!). Additionally, I wish some aspects where more customizable such as the cover letter submission box. I also wish the quick review function and tagging ability worked better together.
Helps us keep track of candidates, create clear and organized interivew processes, helps with data tracking and reports for stakeholders. Also helps us keep a collection of records in terms of comp information, and job descriptions. Communicates well with our HRIS.
It is quite easy to use and all the information is clear and specific about what we want to see, it is also updated in real time. I've never used another app like this so I wouldn't know what it's like
Well, it does not say what day the bonuses would be given, or when a person is not accepted, it only leaves it "archived", but not as a clearer status such as "rejected"
It helps me manage the process of the applicants, in addition to knowing their status so one knows clearly and can inform the applicant. If performance has increased, then you can get people and motivate employers
I like how Lever automatically saved my feedback on each form even after I submit it. I can always go back and alter if need be. The accuracy on both ends is spot on. Lever is definitely my go to platform.
I feel as though Lever can implement an 'additional notes' section on the feedback forms so that we can have the space to write any additional notes that don't pertain to the questions directly.
Lever is building a bridge for my company, Sandbox VR's Interview Screeners and higher ups to communicate potential prospects strong suits and shortcomings efficiently and precisely. This makes my life easier.
Lever is a fast, efficient, seamless hiring tool. From sourcing candidates to sending offers, everything is perfect. The interface is awesome, the whole experience is.
There are literally no downsides to Lever. The only thing I regret is having not used it before now. It's absolutely essential to me and my talent acquisition team.
Lever helps us to quickly source talent, vet their applications, communicate and schedule interviews, and internally track the candidate progress. It enables everyone from operations to talent acquisition to seamlessly and effortlessly communicate during the entire process and remain on the same page, every step of the way.
Lever is very good at laying out the job post's information. It is very easy to read and digest. The format is also very clean and understanable. All the imformation you need is listed in each post. The hirining manager/recruiter is also listed so you can easily get in touch with them.
I think to make Lever even better is to add highlight pictures of the office or the product that they are working on. I think this will put a nice picture in the person's head for what the company is all about.
I think that Lever is solving the issue of over powering of information for the user. This benefits me and the end user, because it makes this process way more plesasant.
Lever is a powerful tool that allows us to automate workflows and speed up recruiting admin tasks
There's really nothing that comes to mind.
automating tedious recruiting tasks
What I like best about Lever is that you'll able to see all the updates about every phase of the application, from the submission until your referral get hired.
None so far. I find this tool very useful and user-friendly.
I don't see any problems at all throughout the process.
