The code editing, visual and test is very good to be able to create emails for commercial and marketing purposes, customers can be selected to which you can take screenshot of the previous email before being assigned, you can handle up to 120 different options and very well-developed, for developers in the marketing area Litmus allows me to create a tracking with an analytical code managed directly from the platform, I have the option to generate statistics to visualize how emails are received and sent is another option that I love because I can take full control of the actions I perform. Through an ESP connection I can perform SPAM tests, this gives me more control over the emails I am designing. I can save, change names and even duplicate emails, so I don't have to rewrite them, the customization options of Litmus are very extensive, I love having control of what I'm doing within the program.

Some minor details may be the programmer interface which is ambiguous and poorly worked, it seems a simple writer, the images in many opportunities do not load well especially with the drag and drop tool because if they are very heavy you have to reduce them in size so that the email can be loaded correctly. The support options are little explanatory I hope more support material to solve problems within the platform, little customization in the interface you always see the same thing at all times, it would be interesting to have more themes.

I would like more productivity and workflow integrations so far I have only integrated with Slack, but I would like to support other services that I use regularly. On some occasions the email test previews can take a while to load, it may be the internet connection, however I have checked this issue. Another point to consider is its price, the most basic plan costs much more than other similar services. The interface in future versions will hopefully be more intuitive, it has few customization options.

Litmus is one of my favorite programs, as its email and online marketing features are some of the best I have tried. The content within Litmus is usually very dynamic, it also offers you a lot of reports where you can study the deliverability of the emails you are designing, it optimizes very well with the smartphone being able to use it anywhere, I would also like to point out the reporting and analysis capabilities that Litmus has you can tell that the group behind the program is doing things very well, the reports that are created are very customizable. Litmus always offers you tests before you go to send an email, you can even assign reviewers and perform SPAM mail tests, before sending an email it also offers previews, so you can see how it looks before sending it to all your customers.

There is no version control in Litmus, in fact, currently I enter the program and do not know what version we are in, although I love the interface I think they can make it more modern, today the technology, artificial intelligence is advancing a lot, I hope for improvements in future updates. Another important fact for users who have not tried this type of service is that it can be expensive depending on the plan you hire, they also offer a free trial, I recommend using it before making a decision.
