Love how easily customizable it is. Landing pages look great, emails too. Design and reliability are the some of the main reasons we chose Livestorm, after testing several platforms.
A little on the pricey side. I wish Livestorm would charge X users per session, not X active users per month. Also, I wish I could rename sessions within an event. It would be great if we could use Livestorm to create landing pages for other purposes, too!

The Livestorm platform is a great tool for meetings and webinars. The UI is very intuative and has a simple flow to get an event configured and published.
I would have liked to be able to access my files (video, pdfs and other uploaded presentation materials) without having to be in the event itself.
Livestorm allows me to connect with my audience and present the content of my webinar in an easy--to-use platform with no friction.
Really simple platform to use, very intuitive and could work out most of it without the instruction video. When broadcasting it was nice and simple to navigate the screens and could read the questions that were sent in.
There wasn't much I did t dislike, could potentially allow the use of split screens for the different chat types so you can see both at the same time when broadcasting.
Allowed management of all the pre event data/info and questions. And allowed me to work/broadcast from home for the virtual event. Also allows a simple Q and A format.
As a presenter it is very easy to use. I always make use of polls and questions to make the session more fun.
Can't even think of anything to be honest
We used to use google meet but having too many people there can be troublesome. Livestorm makes it much easier in that aspect
- easy to use - built in poll and other utilities - scheduling and landing page - easy to see who registered - easy to see who viewed, who to follow up with etc
- kind of clunky to navigate, ex navigating to see who viewed the session

Livestorm makes it really easy to setup a webinar, with lots of opportunities to add automations and emails to pre/post event. They also give some helpful stats to see attendees. When actually running the webinar, it's really easy and intuitive to use
I was a little confused initially as there were so many different options, but after a 5 minute showcase from a colleague I had the webinar setup adn ready to go

The ease of use as a presenter, to present, see your team, attendees and have a co host field questions.
The initial account set up was slightly clunky, but it's a one off process and once you understand it's intuitive.
