The need for a personal access link to join an event. It's the main and only blocker for us to use Livestorm all the time with all customers

Livestorm is built for different types of events than what we needed a platform for, so we did not go with them, but loved the experience of getting to know their team and product.

A very useful application, It is very practical to design trainings, The surveys and questions part are very useful during the meeting, It is very easy to withdraw reports from the system
Connection quality can be improved, User trainings can be organized for the program, Participants need to have more possibilities to be drawn into the game, thats all
Allows me to reach distant users, It provides the opportunity to complete their education, In this way, our customer relations improve, In a sense, we also reach more users

The biggest miss at the moment of writing are solutions when targeting different webinars to different timezones.

Limité à 100 utilisateurs par mois, j'aurai préféré 100 utilisateurs par événement.
Une plateforme dédié à cette solution, avec une partie dédié client, un chat pour poser des questions et les participants ne savent pas qui est connecté.
What I like best about Livestorm is that it is straightforward to use and customizable.
What I dislike about Livestorm is that there is no direct phone assistance.

Automatic emailing
Easy to use and very quick start. The event creation is effortless, and you're guided. You can personalize all you email and elaborate automation. The poll tool during live is usefull.
The pricelist has changed, and now you pay for "active" contact, not very clear. It would be nice to create a poll library to manage them before the events.
Automation is a time saver ! Automized webinar is also great when you have only 1 or 2 attendees, so you don't loose the time of your colleagues. We can still have contact with the "no show" with a last mail, wich is nice
