We have linked up Livestorm to our automation platform and it gives us a complete solution for new MQL onboarding. We are able to send a lot a usefull information via webhook (attendance, webinar name, etc) which helps us giving a tailored experience to the users.
It comes at a certain price so not specifically suitable for smaller companies.
We are able to generate dynamic webinar registration blocks that is embed on a Web page. No need to manually update links anymore.
Very slick, seamless experience, looks very modern and professional. The connectivity and quality has been good. The support team is usually very quick to respond. Use the platform atleast once a week, helps that it integrates with Hubspot easily.
Would love it if there was better tracking/attribution regarding some aspects. Eg. the handouts during sessions. Would be great if we are able to see who downloaded them.
We host a lot of webinars, so Livestorm makes the experience and management so much better than using for example Zoom or Google. The automated emails come in very handy to send out comms before and after events. On-demand content is also very accessible and Livestorm records those leads as well which is very useful for us
Webinar platform was easy to use, setup, and we received more engagement than previous platforms. Also provided good, easy to understand data post-webinar.

It is very easy to use, it is intuitive and I like how you can see the people that has antended the meeting easily, can integrate it to your CRM etc...

I am not able to share the record of a session with a share link. I must download the record and share it to my clients with wetransfer
