Livestorm helps us create team meetings, presentations and seminars very easily and smoothly. Its functions such as "ascending the stage" is a great function for group presentations to a larger group.
Perhaps one thing to improve is the issue of focus when finishing a presentation. Usually the focus turns to a random person when I believe it should go back to the group as a whole.
Resolved the presentation problem for our team meetings. In addition to the fact that the Webinars are also concentrated on the same platform.
The platform is very easy to use and offers all the basic features you need from a webinar platform. It streams the webinars in real-time, with close to no delay, and is completely browser-based, which is great. It also supports multiple languages.
Some of the more advanced features are lacking; the platform would not be ideal for full-day events with multiple, different sessions
It offers a place to easily stream webinars to a large crowd, gather data on attendance, and host on-demand sessions
It's really easy to understand how the platform works, thanks to an intuitive UX. We use it for organizing all of our webinars, sometimes with a lot of participants (500 people) and we very rarely had technical issues. It also provides a lot of analytics which is always good for analyzing webinars' results and feedback from the attendees. The poll and Q&A features are also a plus to manage webinars with a lot people and maintain the audience engaged.
We have experienced a couple of bugs from time to time but nothing major. However, the confirmation and remidner emails ofter go into the spam folder of our registrants which is not very convenient.
We are using Livestorm to organize our webinars: provide webinar landing page for promotion and registration, coordinate with speakers and moderators, going live and getting some analytics on the performance of the webinar.
Livestorm allow for a good management interaction with external public, which is perfect for webinar.
A recording of the session is automatically send after a session to participants - I wished it could be chaptered to make it more accessible.
Traditionnal videoconference tools does not allow you to control the interactions with the public with that much precision, which can easily generate chaos or make you missed opportunities.
What I like most about Livestorm is the emoji engagement. It sounds like a non-necessity, but it has really brought an energy to our company's monthly webinars that we've never had before. I also love the landing pages that are automatically generated for every webinar. It gives our webinars a very put-together and mature feel, and really elevates our brand. We've seen an increase in attendance in our monthly webinars since we've started using Livestorm.
Although Livestorm is generally very easy to use, the user permissions when you are on a Livestorm team can be a bit confusing. On one hand, it is nice that you set a host/admin once and then they have those priveledges for every webinar, but on the other hand sometimes you want to know for sure that a certain team member is a host on a specific webinar. This comes into play when we are organizing webinars hosted by different department heads in our company.
We were struggling with attendance at our webinars, and more specifically attendee engagement. The friendly interface and the emoji reactions feature has brought so much more virtual energy to our webinars, and we've seen an increase in both attendance and engagement.
Has everything you need to run effective virtual events with lots of useful features
Bit too easy for participants to write questions in the chat box rather than the question box
Records the event and sends it to those who signed up automatically
Plateforme simple, efficace et fonctionnelle.
On aurait souhaité en bonus plus de rapport de statistiques
Notre communication générale avec les clients est favorisée par l'accès au replay.
Super easy to use. I really enjoy the platform as a whole.
No dislikes so far, all smooth sailing. Account manager has been super helpful.
It's a great place to host live panel discussions.
It's super easy to use and navigate. I love that I can customize both a simple and designed landing page for registration. Setting up a webinar and getting the registration link out is a quick process, and we really appreciate the insights within the program both during registration and after the scheduled event. BIG fan of the automated emails that are sent to registrants as well!
If anything, it would be a cool feature add to be able to share recorded sessions from a landing page within livestorm, currently we export the footage and host it elsewhere when needed.
It is an all-in-one solution that allows our business to handle both customer calls and open events. It gives us really great insights and gives an easy event platform.
It is so easy to use, I love the customizability of reminder emails, and using the platforms polls and questions makes it easy to get the audience involved.
The only downside is their is a limited amount of users, so people who don't pay for the platform aren't able to start meetings or edit some things.
It makes it easy to send invites to prospects, and it doesn't require them to make an account, it also makes it easy to send recordings.
