I like the easy interface, and time saving aspect of programmed campaigns
Sometimes there are problems with the design elements when using certain website browsers. I use Safari most of the time, but this doesn't work very well with Mailjet's interface so have to change to Firefox.

Pendant longtemps j'ai trouvé que le support technique était d'assez mauvaise qualité, il semble que ceci est un train de changer depuis quelques mois.
J'utilise mailjet à titre professionnel pour mes emailings mais aussi pour tous mes envois normaux. La plateforme permet un paramétrage précis des SPF et Dkim ce qui assure une très bonne délivrabilité des emails. J'ai essayé de passer directement par la plateforme de mon hébergeur, mais étant sur un serveur mutualisé j'étais trop souvent confronté à des problèmes de délivrabilité en particulier avec des clients très pointilleux. Mailjet à résolu une grosse partie des problèmes.
I like the interface, which is clear and self explanatory. I also like the fact that it's possible to customize the html message with my own design and links. There is a very good information table with all the required codes such as unsubsribe... which is very useful (at least for the first email). Once the campaign is sent, it is easy to track what email were opened or not and by who. I am using the free plan and when I need, I can upgrade for just 1 month.
It was a bit hard to set up SPF and DKIM at the beginning, but I think it's more related to my hosting supplier. Otherwise, there is nothing I really dislike with this solution.

Sometimes emails are received into Spam/ Junk folder after checking the spam rate/ score. For free accounts, daily email sending limits are 200 only. That's equal 6000 email sending limits for a month. Support tickets responding time is high. Have to wait for longer time to get reply from support desk.

Mailjet allows me to send and schedule emails to all my site users. I use mailjet to convey some important messages to my users.
The best part of this tool is that they are providing a free package where we can try learning email marketing and even work when we have limited client data. They provide basic statistics so we know how our emails our working. Moreover, the paid plans are also affordable than other tools and provides all the required functionalities such as ab testing and data filters. Must recommend if you want to try email marketing as a beginner.
They doesn't have dynamic landing pages option which I think they must include for successful email marketing campaigns.
For those who are not fully aware of email marketing, they can't invest in very expensive tools. Mailjet offers a free version which 200 mails per day which is great for beginner marketers.

After providing the proofs of ownership of your domain MailJet keeps a limitation on your account connected to mail sending at a time (1000 emails per hour). Another case is that you are not able to send emails to the people in their timezone they do not give you any control for this scenario.

We have a startup, and the very first thing needed to reach out to clients with new features introduced and to reach new clients is marketing through email, mailjet is helping me do that very well. Our target users pipulation currently is not very big, so 6000 mails are enough for us. Looking forward to upgrade our membership as the clients increases.
Easy to use and reasonably priced. They offer plans with less than 50000 emails per month.
The service is horrid. If you have a critical issue, there is no way to contact support other than tickets, which take up to 24 hours to reply. I tried upgrading to a monthly premium plan in order to get better support, but since I am on a yearly plan, this was not possible. I would have to buy the premium plan for the entire year. Meanwhile, our email service is down.

The French-based IPs have been causing us deliverability issues lately. Less hands-on and slower to reply since Mailgun Acquisition.
We have to send and manage large email lists for a newsletter to consumers. Mailjet helps keep us out of spam and makes it easy for marketing to produce the newsletters. As well, we use the API for system emails and it works well.
I like it that is linked to Mailgun, another service that I use.
I find it challenging to use your mail services because it's complex, leading to multiple newsletters being sent to the same contacts. While I'm currently on a free plan to test their services, I'm hesitant to upgrade. Managing the contact list seems difficult, and there's a risk of annoying recipients by sending emails multiple times. It would be beneficial for their service to learn from platforms like Mailchimp in terms of contact management. So far, Mailjet has been the least effective in this regard.
