Ease of use: plugin your details and go! As soon as you get your list and content in order, it's incredibly easy to set up a campaign and get things going. I LOVE the ability to plug people's name and organization into the email, so that it makes the interaction more personal despite being a small part of a big effort.

I'm still getting used to the formatting on the text of the emails and copying and pasting from another document.

Sending large amounts of emails in a short amount of time, and making each email personal. I book assemblies and presentations at schools; every Mailshake campaign has returned a profit with several booked engagements.

Tons of office hours, lessons, courses, and expert advice. I jump on the office hours they created with crowdcast and I so pleased that there is no scheduling involved, I see an email and I click through to a live session that I can then ask questions, learn about how to better approach my targets, and overall get engaged in using Mailshake. This is a difference-maker for Sass companies, they are creating real fans instead of just offering a good tool and leaving us to our own devices to then understand how to use it.

There are a few minor limitations with the software and you can use Zapier to connect most of these minor inconveniences. One of my pet peaves is the inability to enrich data without re-uploading that new data into a neewly created campaign. This would make this tool complete as a superior cold outreach solution.

Reaching several people and testing my marketing approach. As a consultant, this is a huge problem. Although there is no one approach that will solve all problems, if you're new like I am to consulting. This is a way to cut the learning curve and create a system.

I'm new to cold outreach but Mailshake has made it very easy for me to get up and running. I'm sending personalized emails at scale and was able to get it all going without needing calls to support or help documentation. They've reached out offering me training with their success team (free) and although I haven't hopped on that yet I imagine it would help even more

Honestly, it's so easy to use. There is educational pieces built into the platform to learn as you go. The customer service is beyond amazing. Overall, I highly recommend what they've created.
