sometimes the shared hosting be slow but this not usual
host my company website and our customer websites
Pricing is the industry's best! No doubt! Also, they offer a lot of promo codes a lot of times, to lower the price even more. That's awesome.
The uptime isn't as good as others. Lack of datacenters can hurt sometimes. Even their WP specialized hosting isn't that good like SiteGround or WP Engine. Don't get me wrong, the price is good, the domain service is good, but the hosting service is pretty cranky.
Getting hosting for me and my clients, at an affordable price. I have been using Namecheap hosting for about 4 years now, and it's been a good experience. I have used others too. I have used Godaddy's hosting, which is the worst I think!
I like Namecheap for its low price hosting server and free SSL given with every hosting plan. Also, I like their quick support team and 24/7 support system. When any problem occurred they give quick support and also its customer care people are friendly. The two-factor protection system is also liked by me that I feel always secure for my Namecheap account. On the other hand in Namecheap, there is an easy DNS management system that has an option like 'use Namecheap own server DNS to set hosting server for a domain. Easy to manage and easy to control.
The most thing I dislike that sometimes the auto-renewal system auto turned on for me and charged from one of the saved cards I used previously. I think before renew Namecheap can send an SMS confirmation to the phone while sometimes people forget to check their email inbox. Secondly, I think there should be e more user-friendly dashboard for users. sometimes I become confused when I purchase a lot of products from Namecheap. The major thing I noticed on Namecheap hosting that it becomes a conflict with Cloudflare while you host a PHP 7 program on it. I got a lot of errors like the 524 error code when I used Cloudflare with name cheap domain and hosting. I reported a lot time for this issue and they could not solve that and I needed to turn off Cloudflare from the system and after that, the error never happened again. So there is a major conflict with Cloudflare and namecheap.
I solved low budget and good service problem with this hosting. Sometimes clients want a good server and their budget becomes low. So I suggest Namecheap for the first-class service with a low budget.
Their server is most stable than any server that we make. They also quiet cheap for that great services.
Their limitation on SMTP port is killing me. But we can lift that limitation if we can give right reason to them.
We had tons of resold account on that. I sold it cheap and my clients love it.
Namecheap Hosting hosting provides budget hosting but with the support of a premium hosting company.
Some of their promotions are misleading, and year two costs can be a bit higher than expected.
I was looking for an inexpensive web hosting provider. Namecheap hosting goes above and beyond without the expensive pricetag.
The best thing was the price and the technical support. They really do their best to help you.
EasyWP is pretty limited when managing a WordPress site and sometimes my site would crash for several hours for no apparent reason.
I know they are improving their hosting services and including CDN, but won't get back.
I think it is great and easy to use especially to those who are new to self-hosting like myself. I like how it fits my budget and customer service is on hand in case you have an issue.
The only dislike I would say is the increase in price, but it is to be expected after the introductory year.
I don't have to be depended on a platform that could close at any moment. Also, I have access to more features that are vital to my website and business.
Their Support system is quite nice be it midnight 12 or 10 in the morning, I could always chat with their representatives and they are quite knowledgeful. At least their customer support has never disappointed me.
They are the worst in the market; I mean almost the absolute worst! Every 2-3 days, their servers will go down, and you'll not be able to access your website. Also, it is the slowest web hosting I have ever used. It took more than 5 secs to get my website opened, while on other web hosts, it was way less!
I would recommend that you only host your websites on Namecheap if you are an absolute beginner and learning to build websites, as their web hostings are quite cheap, and when I purchased their plans, they also supported Bitcoin as a payment option. Else, no in any condition, I would recommend you to host your website on NameCheap.
There is nothing I can recommend about NameCheap hosting.
Hands down this has to be the worst support and customer service in the industry.
Difficult to log in and difficult to get support. When you are by chance able to reach support they are completely unhelpful.
I initially liked the pricing, but it created more costs in the long run.
Continious infection via insecurity of the hosting company cost us a lot of time.
