Managing multiple projects with various teams

I have tried many different project management systems, but I found that Nifty was one of the best right from the start. There are two great aspects to Nifty 1 - It has a very logical layout structure, even without reading the instructions, it makes sense. So it was quite easy to get started. 2 - All the tools are in the same project window! I like to use the Kanban View, which other systems also offer, but Nifty lets you use Kanban with all the other important project management functions available available via tabs at the top.

I would like to be able to create and issue invoices from within the system, including recurring annual invoices.

I like the portfolio and project structure. You can create a portfolio for one client, and then create all the different projects for this client under this one portfolio. This includes setting up sub-projects for things link sub-contractors. The guest co-operation also works nicely.

Nifty is easy to use, clean, and allows fast and efficient communication between my team for all our web design projects!

Nothing to note, I have been using it for around two months now, and it is regularly updated.

Nifty allows us to become more efficient, we previously used Asana and Slack, but it always felt disjointed between the two. Nifty has features that they do not, and it also helps us to stay on track of everything.

A very robust project management platform, including built in collaboration tools which make is very easy and efficient to communicate with team members and clients on projects.

I would like to see mult-level subtasks available, similar to how Asana provides this feature.

Nifty is making it much easier to collaborate with my clients and team members on projects. I have succesfully been able to replace Asana with Nifty which provides very similar project management tools, making it very intuitive, especially for Asana users. My business highly relies on effiecient and customisable project management software. Nifty provides a solid solution to my project management and collaboration business requirements. Their support team is fast to respond, friendly and willing to help and provide solutions.

Nifty is easy to navigate. Compared to other productivity tools. I can switch to mobile device mode when I'm not on pc and i will still get work done. The roadmaping, timboxing and all that is not confusing. Everyone know where to go to finish their tasks. There is also smooth communication. I like the nudging feature on the software too. I can quickly grasp the use of a feature without breaking sweat.

I don't like the dark background. Then, there are too many menus to open and clicks. Some features should be merged.

Nifty helps all team members align on goals of product creation. It helps me solve the problem of having scattered files and document all over. Luckily, with nifty, i can have every document needed at my finger tips. The search bar even makes it easy to use. All that is required is just to type the word and everything pops out. It reminds me when I'm yet to complete a company tasks too.

Nifty allows my team and client to have better communication with tasks progress and updates.

The Task Area inside a project is genius! You can assign a column to a person! The moment you do this, every new task on that column will be assigned to that person. This feature itself won my heart.💘 I can also see all the tasks everywhere and all the dependencies that I am waiting. There’s also a calendar view, and I can connect my Google calendar to it. Besides all those amazing features, there is one more I never see anywhere. While on chat with your client, if for some reason you can’t come clear on what to say and want to hop on a call pretty fast, just to clarify something, well… you can zoom your client right there!! 🤯🤯

Nifty docs. You can add your google drive right there, but if you decide to use nifty docs, you go for trouble. It's buggy and I can't understand why. So I don't use it at all. I kept using google docs, you can seamlessly connect inside.

When I signed up for Nifty, I realized I would get rid of other Project Management and Time Tracking tools. I looked at it, and I learned how to use it. The flattest learning curve of all!

It made my project management activities so easy that I can all information in single place.

NIFTY managed to bring the best of product/project management into a very simple-to-use UX. I like their approach to the swimlane view, if you don't know what that is, then you'd better check it out ;)

NIFTY is starting up, so they don't have a lot of shortcuts and customizations (yet). I'm sure that the team is continuously working and have great plans on the roadmap.

NIFTY is taking a simplistic approach to the hassle of project management and collaboration. It is very helpful to see that they have managed to include the best features from different platforms, while keeping the UX simple to handle.

One of the best things about Nifty is that it combines all of the essential project management features into one software, making it easy for me to collaborate and stay organized with multiple teams/clients. The Kanban, List, and Timeline views allow for flexible task management, while the built-in discussion threads and document-sharing capabilities make it easy to collaborate and share knowledge across teams. Some users might find the interface a bit overwhelming, especially if unfamiliar with project management software. Additionally, the platform may be missing some advanced project management features, such as resource allocation and cost tracking.

The storage capacity can be increased and also, and the interface is not very attractive; it can be improved. More social media integration will be helpful for a lot of users.

I've tried different project management software and found nifty to have all the features we need within a good entry price. - I like the workload feature that allow us to quickly distribute our work, we are a small team so it is important for us to be as efficient as possible. - Milestones are also good to glimpse the state of each stage of our workflow. - The portfolios are also great to organize our projects separated per client or department while keeping all pendings within reach. - The idea to centralize all our workflow within nifty is what made us make the switch, we certainly still need other software to complement our process, but we are working into integrating as much as we can within Nifty

- Eve thought it currently has good integrations (zapier) would be great to be integrated with integromat as well to allow us a better workflow. - There's no option to personalize the project emails (an email used to add information into it) as currently generates automated address that make it a bit difficult to remember which address belongs to each project. - Would be great if we could integrate it within our conversations through email with our clients, like a CC that registers what was said without the need to clear the subject in order for nifty to understand it is part of a discussion.

We are in the process to replace multiple tools we are using to organize our workflow with Nifty, we still need a lot to do but so far so good. I have confidence it will allow us to streamline our process. The main benefit is we are getting better organized.

There are many task management tools out there, and there are also many team communication apps out there, but none of them merge these two functions. In my team, we prefer not to switch between multiple apps to get our stuff done. Nifty is a unique product that understands this pain point and merges these two functions in a single app.

Stability. The app is not the most stable one as compared to other leading solutions in their respective niche (Slack in chat, Monday in task management, for example.) Sometimes, chat history got misplaced and disappeared. This is also something that bugs us quite a bit.

Nifty saves us the hassle of switching between two different apps (task management and team communication.) With both tasks and discussions happening in the same place, I can observe an increase in operation efficiency, which is always welcomed.

Being able to view how all team members are spending their time provides us with the insights we need to scale our business methodically.

Nifty is very easy to use and my team was able to get started might quickly by using their csv import. We handle all of our task management and resource allocation in Nifty and its been a Nifty experience.

So far I have had no major dislikes - the software does exactly what I would like it to do. Support can be better but than again I don't pay them that much so I understand the support I'm provided.

Nifty helps us remain organized and priortize our work so we know exactly what to work on and when. The my tasks is helpful so each member of the team is fully aware of how they should be contributing on projects.

I like the way that the projects are separated from one another. You can create different tabs for various projects so that you won't be lost while working on them at the same time.

Sometimes, notification is not working. So you need to open the site all the time to ensure that no notification has been missed.

Nifty is best for organizing various tabs.

The problem that they are solving is project management - it's keeping us in line.

I had a hard time finding a task manager that worked for me so I was hesitant to try Nifty. But it is the best task manager I have found. It's simple and intuitive, it saves all of my tasks, and it has the best reminders of any other app.

The in-build chatting system is really helpful and it works as it should, another thing is that it's the way there is we can do custom functionality as required is really great.

There is only one thing that I don't like about nifty is that, when I am on chat with someone and he sends me any message, the chrome message notification comes over the chat box, it's really annoying.

We are using it in a daily basis for our company chats and managing tasks, it really makes everything simple and effective, with nifty all the members have became for effective.

The best thing about Nifty is its in-built chat feature, one-click zoom meeting option, time tracking option, different views (including priority view), the ClickUp-like interface, smoothly project management options and everything I might need for my business.

Nifty seems too cluttered sometimes. Probably that's because of too many features incorporated all together. Also, it doesn't include the dashboard or widget feature for guests visiting my Nifty workspace - which isn't a big deal either. Another thing I dislike the most is that there's no checklist option inside Nifty, which I thought would be a great plus if they had that.

Nifty is helping me manage my projects effectively and keep me on track. I'm being more productive with my tasks and can assign tasks to team members whenever I get a new idea. The overall performance of my business has increased significantly since I now know what I need to work on and exactly when.

I've been using project management systems for 20+ years and always find them lacking - not quite fitting my workflow or having common sense features. Along came Nifty. And...OH BOY...FINALLY! It's not bloated like most PM tools and it isn't under-featured like some of the others. Watch a video demo or two and then give it a try. I rarely get this stoked about a piece of software finely nailing it - but this is bliss!

There is very little that I can say that I dislike. There are a few things that I hope they add in the future - like the ability to print the task list. But from a feature standpoint - Nifty gets everything right.

Nifty helps me manage large projects and small, day-to-day tasks and it does it all with such ease. The phone app is intuitive and just as easy to use as the browser app. It truly helps me get more done and not lose track of important tasks for three reasons: 1) It handles projects and tasks so intuitively (entering them is a breeze). 2) Seeing what is on your plate is fast by being quickly scannable. 3) It doesn't get in the way by being complicated while at the same time it is full of rich features. And it has all the tools a full-time PM would need to manage a larger team with complicated tasks. The software just works without getting in the way.

Projects are easily manageable and I specially like how multiple projects can me sorted under one portfolio/client.

Dependencies are helpful but sometimes a task can be dependant on more than one thing.

The look of the tool is so clean and straightforward. The KanBan view shows important information on each card but its not crowded or confusing.

We can't rearrange the order of the portfolios and projects, they're locked into alphabetical order.

It's a nice tool for project management, the pricepoint is way better than the alternatives for the same functions.

Limited options for integrations, cant export the database for backup, cant export the projects (general) in a csv,xml,sql format, automation only via Zapier.

Project management tools can be tedious, expensive, and require a lot of work to deploy, Nifty makes this affordable and easy.

Its very easy to organize tasks and assign them. I love the group chat feature. Dashboard is awesome to view and move the tasks.

Can not paste copied screenshots into the chat box. This should be improved.
