I love that Nifty has a workflow and calendar so I can see who is working on what!

I'd like to be able to assign tasks to people from any screen instead of having to go into the specific project or person. I want to have access to assigning from any location!

I love being able to see who on my team needs a higher workload, who is completing work faster or slower than others, and how I can best streamline the workload to be efficiently managed and completed!

Was quick and easy to use with my team. Everything is running smoothly.

It's hard to access archived or completed tasks or for me to see what other team members are working on without having to click around.

A quick and smooth team workflow

It is very organized, and you can modify how you want to view tasks (i.e. Kanban, List, Swimlane). I also love how I can link Google Documents to Nifty instead of downloading PDF/Word files and uploading them to a site over and over; it saves a lot of time and energy for everyone.

I don't dislike anything, but I do look forward to new features or updates that may improve the current system (which is already good).

I currently do not have any problems with Nifty. Among the benefits that I realized are the shared drive feature and linking to external applications (e.g. Slack). I enjoy using Nifty.

The multiple options for manage projects, also we can chat in the group, upload documents, manage the project with kanban and others methodologies I'm glad I had the app

Need a CRM or Pipesales for sales and control. It's important to us have all the information in the same platform, and I think this feature will enhance the use of the app

The opportunity to collaborate not only with my team, also with my clients. They are amaze to have all the information in one place, also they love the feeling that his projects are in hands of a PRO, that because how we manage the project. Thats amazing

Task management - Assigning tasks and managing is easy

Nothing specific but if it was also available as APP, would have been better

Using Nifty to work on a project plan with Stakeholders, it gives a good view on What is Pending, What is closed and What is in progress which is very important for any Project Head

Everything in Nifty is easier than I imagined it might be. And it is simple. Not talking about perfect customer support.

So far I have not bumped into a dislike, but I've been quite new with Nifty, there would definitely be some.

I am more organized as a person. I used to be a mess in my tasks. A simple distraciton was enough to get me off track and to change my focus somewhere else. Nifty is so comfortable for me to use - it does not push me anywhere, it only shows me a way in a gentle manner, that it does not matter if I got distracted. I still remember where I was interrupted so I can continue... sooner than a customer reminds me to .)

I really like that you can make tasks dependent upon other tasks so that whether or not your team is working in the same time zone or shifts, everyone knows exactly what step we're at and what's coming next.

I do find the font could be a little larger, but I just make use of the zoom in browser and we're all set.

We're using the tool across departments, but also for onboarding new team members. It's been incredibly useful, especially when onboarding somebody remotely.

Algunos problemas con las notificaciones en Chrome y también en la versión mobile (Android).

Es una herramienta que engloba varias herramientas en una. Al principio necesitaba una herramienta para gestión de tareas, otra para gestión de clientes, otra para tracking de tiempo, otra para chat. Con Nifty tengo todo eso en una sola herramienta.
