I think the Ninox platform is great - I'm not very techie but I can just about manage a basic solution that serves my needs. I'd love to be able to learn more but I don't have the time.
I dislike the 'code' element. I dislike that I can't integrate well with FreeAgent - the zapier stuff is too complicated for me.
I am running my private clinic using this software. I'm a one-man band. I don't need network. I don't have to pay expensive subscription fees to use someone else's software which is no better than what I can do here.
Easy to use, not much programming needed, fit requirements for ISO standards

The support is very fast, effective and friendly. The software is easy to handle and offers so much possibilities.
Sometimes it is a little bit difficult to work with the script function... but then the support helps.
I have made my own CRM with this database and can change everything very fast, like I need it.

The customer service / online support it's great
sometimes solutions are not so intuitive
Printing interface , I was in trouble to visualise the printing area , then I realised that in the online mask is shows only one part of the printing area , while after printing PDF its correctly printed out
The ability to easily make changes as you go on your Mac, iPad or iPhone (and now on Android devices); The ability to make information available to relevant colleagues; The ability to customise who sees what information; And I like being able to customise almost any visual aspect of my database to make is more visually intuitive and more easily understandable.
There is nothing that I actually dislike within Ninox, and that is not something I would say lightly. An area available for improvement though would be the user manual or some kind of training course. This has not affecting me though as the Ninox Support team are incredible and always help me find a solution when I need one.
With the assistance of the Ninox Database Desktop, Mobile and Cloud based software backed by incredible customer service, I have been able to save my organisation countless amounts of hours and money by integrating almost every Operational Department and their respective processes into a single Mobile Database accessible to the entire workforce (even with restricted access based on job roles and authority in order to comply with GDPR). In short I use Ninox to track employee crew time sheets, assets (including hours worked, location and maintenance), employees (including training records, inductions, appraisals and non-conformances), our entire Health Safety Environmental and Quality system, purchase orders and inspections to name but a few.

I really like anything in this database app. Some things stills need some development but the upgrades are very frequent.

The Ninox database is easy to use, even for a non programmer. It’s extremely versatile and the support provided by Ninox, with free tutorials and support is outstanding. There is also excellent third party support from companies like NINOXUS.COM, with seminars, tutorials, templates, one to one support, YouTube how to videos and online chat. Ninox is very receptive to customer feedback and new features are being added all the time. Ninox, Alex and Birger, and NINOXUS, Andy, have helped me develop my wife's business management system which was originally intended as just a complaint management system but is now used to manage every aspect of the business.
The user interface is very easy and well designed, importing and exporting is simple.
