With Ninox i made my own CRM that replaces a lot of other apps. One platform to manage everything! Easy for non-programmers for building up your CRM. You can connect it with other apps like Google Calendar and Typeform.

Currently, I'm missing the Android App...

With the CRM app i build with Ninox i can make invoices, let clients sign contracts on my ipad, track projects, manage my daily tasks.

we are using Ninox, because its a very simple and smart application, which you can use for managing bigger projects from the beginning to the end. Especially the fact, this application can grow together with your daily business is such a big advantage.

We are not programmers, so for us its not very easy to configure highly linked and connected database´s

We are faster, more organized and better connected in our team. Everybody can see hard facts of our projects and can help each other better and easier. We are using Ninox also to communicate better with or extern partners to send forms and reviews.

I like the flexibility of the workflow. It's very easy to create a custom database for your own business. And if you have problems with the creation, there is a Ninox-Partner-Network where you can get professional help. So Ninox supports their users very good!

I would prefer if there would be a Windows App but i heard that it comes in 2019. I look forward to it.

I wanted to have an complete overview for my business. Now i know every facts about the company and i can set the right steps to get my business growing more easy.

I find it wonderful that I can schedule an appointment with an expert and get very calm, patient help with any problem I run into with my personal knowledge level of Ninox. I am so extremely satisfied that I changed to Ninox and will never turn back! Best product but even more important...absolutely best support!

I must admit I would love to find more videos and more detailed documentation to help newbies...

It took a liitle while to understand what Ninox can do, but they have great support to help.

It's very simple to operate, thus very suitable for beginners - and still it has got a lot of "special effects" to explore as you get more skilled. The help-desk is excellent. The product is very affordable compared to other database software.

I would like to have more options to manipulate the UI

I'm using Ninox as my CRM, ADMIN and CONSULTANCY platform

The software makes database relationships so easy. You can code if you need or use the visual software. This software prints directly to PDF or HTML.

The only thing that I dislike is you cannot make a stand alone app.

We have created a Project Management software that all use. From AP using the Purchase Order System. All submittals created in here.

Intuitive Erstellung aller notwendigen Elemente geht einfach und schnell, nicht zuletzt dank der guten Dokumentation und der anschaulichen Beispiele im Forum. Für jede Aufgabenstellung findet sich eine Lösung.

Völlig unbrauchbar ist die integrierte Email-Lösung via sendgrid. Nur jedes 2. Mail kommt an, auch wenn sendgrid als zuverlässiger Absender hinterlegt ist. Eine schlaue SMTP-Integration wäre auch für die Professional-Variante zwingend.

That one is able to create one's own projects and databases very quickly and without a lot of learning effort, which correspond exactly to one's own needs and can be used by everyone in the company.

Even after intensive reflection, there are actually no / hardly any negative points here. Only two details struck me, but this is complaining at a very high level. Firstly, the design is a bit old-fashioned to my taste, but that doesn't detract from its usability, and secondly, there should be more templates (patterns) in German-speaking countries.

We had been looking for an inn that was not "overloaded", but we couldn't find anything like this on the market, so we came across this database. After a short creation time, we succeeded in creating a very user-friendly database that fully meets our requirements.

I love the ease and flexibility of Ninox. It lets you do just about anything but it doesn't feel unapproachable.

I wish the UI and design had a little more customization options

We use Ninox as our own custom CRM. It's easy to start but is very powerful if you digg deeper. We can change and add functions faster than any other tool could provide. Webinars are really nice and the guys will help you with personal projects and problems.

The interface looks still a bit outdated but they are constantly updating the app. Documentation is not that perfect if you are a newcommer. Scripting and all the fancy stuff is not documented well.

We use it as a CRM. Documenting Customers, Sales pipelines with kanban boards, call logs and notes, product catalogs and time tracking.

le fait de choisir sa propre table et être capable de faire quasi une infinité de possibilité. Le fait que ca soit en système Cloud donc utilisable de partout. La facilité de créer une ou plusieurs base est parfait. Je suis opticien et j'ai créer un fichier pour mes clients lunettes et un fichier client pour les lentilles de contact et même un système de carte de fidélité. C est vraiment très pratique et complet. Service d'aide par email est très compétent et répond rapidement ce qui est rare actuellement dans les entreprise. J'aime beaucoup le fait d 'avoir la possibilité de voir apparaître ou non suivant ce qu'on demande ou écrit dans les fichiers des bases.

rien pour le moment. dommage qu'il n'y a pas moyen de personnaliser encore plus...

j'ai réalisé ma base de donné pour mes clients et j'en entièrement satisfait jusqu’à présent et le service technique est super. Rien a dire.

Ninox ist sehr flexibel und und leicht zu bauen. Die Programmierbarkeit sehr einfach und gut.

Das auf ein Berechnungsfeld kein anderes Feld geändert werden kann.

Softwareportfolio und Projektmanagement

Von einer kleinen Anwendung zur Optimierung und Verwaltung unseres technischen Kundendienstes ist die Lösung in kürzester Zeit zur Informationszentrale unseres Unternehmens geworden. Mittlerweile ersetzt die Datenbank von Ninox unser komplettes CRM und Teile der ERP-Lösung. Vom mobilen Servicebericht auf dem Ipad beim Kunden bis zur Projektsteuerung und Einbehaltung aller wichtigen Termine (Rechnungsein- und Ausgang, E-Mail Kundeninformation über wichtige Wartungen usw.) erleichtert uns die Anwendung erheblich den zeitlichen Aufwand. Durch die Offline-Fähigkeit der Ipad- und Iphone-App können wir auch ohne Empfang alles wichtige direkt beim Kunden vor Ort dokumentieren und ersparen uns so viel Nacharbeit. Früher wurden Fotos von technischen Anlagen, Störungen oder durchgeführten Reparaturen mit vielen verschiedenen Smartphones erstellt und geisterten per Email im Unternehmen herum. Nun können wir sämtliche Vorgänge direkt beim Kunden oder der technischen Anlage ablegen und jeder weis direkt, was der letzte Vorgang war.

Eine Push-Notification für die mobilen Versionen wäre für die Zukunft nicht schlecht. Eine bessere optische Anpassung der Software an das eigene CD wäre nicht schlecht.

Keine Probleme bis jetzt bekannt.
