Easy to use and powerful. I really like the fast way to do solutions and improvements according to our needs.
The help function and handbooks. It is not easy to find how to use an instruction with all its capabilities

Ease to use, flexibility, look and feel, usability
some minor enterprise capabilities not available yet
Collaborating across organizational boundaries. Most effective way to share data across multiple companies in a very structured and user friendly way. Alternative to use excel or email far not that effective.
Amazing flexibility and functionality allowing for resolution of any combination of issues
Some glitches here and there but not major
Full HSEQ and business management
The simplicity building up a strong database and the possibilty to use it online on all devices. So you can start developping your databse on the computer anf fninish it on the ipad or so. Very intuitive as well. Among other things, the Mac application takes into account the relationships between tables, provides functions that aggregate data from multiple tables and embed sub-spreadsheets in forms - a colorful feature bouquet that can easily kill inexperienced users, but the pros among you productive office everyday life should go to hand. How to create a database centrally and assign it to a location. Previously, the information was maintained in all places. And if you see the price it is perfect.
Nothing really, everything is logical and quiet nice. Someday maybe you could improve the interface. So there is really nothing to complain, beside tht the UI is a bit oldfashioned, but easy to learn. The tool is sparing with design possibilities, apart from some placeholders, there are no layout options. Not even the given font can change the user. Design options are only available for the print layouts
We have solved a quiet complex structural problem in which we planned food concepts troghout our fifty units. So in a very short time we have developed a great database, which converts our main problem, which we solved with a lot of paper, into a simple database.
The most helpful to me is, that I can organize all my tasks in the way that I need to. Only what I need - and this perfectly. And i know, that whenever there will be a new task, I can easily build it and work with it directly.
By now there is nothing that I dislike. For me and my work there is nothing missing.
I organize customer data, like addresses, emails, phone numbers - assign contact persons and project informations. The data can be set in dependencies and are therefore always up to date - unlike "classic Excel spreadsheets"
I’m still a beginner at using Ninox, but there is tremendous support available BOTH from Ninox and Nioxus.com, a USA partner. The extensive collection of data types let a beginner accomplish a lot without any programming. With the addition of the Ninox scripting language, the user can design a UI that facilitates complete and accurate data entry while avoiding needless confusion.
There is not much to dislike about Ninox, but I wish there was more information on its basic design. It is NOT a traditional SQL-based relational database - which has both advantages and disadvantages. From what I seen, using Ninox is easier than using SQL-based queries. However, being a niche database, I noticed that the demand for Ninox developers/programmers in the USA was practically non-existent as of now (late 2019]. This may or may not be relevant depending on whether you can be your own developer/programmer. It bears repeating, great support is available from both Ninox and Nioxus.
I’m using it to manage a video production process and other general-purpose database needs. Although the database is relatively straightforward, it’s more powerful than using a spreadsheet application.
Simple, very easy and clean interface. Outstanding support and more free learning resources than you can actually attend in a week - there is always help. Emailing support is great, fast and helpful replies. There is a large base of templates to choose from to get started - these can be modified as you proceed, with specific functions, forms, reports, and they can also be changed for all the cosmetics.
Not a dislike, really - I was initially just very intimidated by the task of setting up. Once I got started it was just fine.
Customer/client contacts, patient information, tasks & to do, communications with everyone. Able to sort and search 10+ years of data simply and on any of my devices. Ability to attach PDFs, have photos of contacts and places - it's the CRM I always wanted, customized exactly as I want it.
Our product calculation and form handling is very complicated. With Ninox we do not have to send forms and calculations around anymore which makes our every day business life a lot easier. It is all in one place and available for anyone in need of information.
The limited possibility of doing actual GUI designs. Depending on Screen size it always looks different on each and every screen.
Price calculations for various products. Order form for sales person. Transport documents and legal documents for sales staff.
Easy customizeable databases, with a lot of features and great support.
Really nothing at all. The developers work alot with the community and help in any way they can.
I have been able to bring my complete daily workflows into this tool. And since it is shared over all my devices I can easily have any information on my hand when I talk to a client - anytime, anywhere.
Ninox is so user friendly and is easy to pick up on things quickly. You don't have to be a computer genius to use it.
The user interface is a little bit unattractive sometime when creating tables and it is difficult to make them look nice.
Ninox helps to keep track of our relationships with customers and keep track of projects.
