I really llike the fact that theyve taken all aspects of progent managemnet account Lots of great organisation functions. Many integrations too which is great. AI works well but could do with some improvements.

Itss not the most intuitive at times. I find myself using the guides online for certain functionality. Ai can do with some improvements.

The ease of use and consistency of the product sets it above the rest. Notion allows specific changes to your writing and allows the user to make changes to the entire selection in one click. Most importantly, Notion is not rate limited like ChatGPT and is half the price and does a better job!

Sometimes the prompt given does not output the result that I want, so you have to be descriptive as possible to get the output you want. I guarantee that it will only get better, but that is the only downside that I have encountered.

Consolidating and cleaning up the grammar of notes. Also saves time by providing summaries and action items of notes from a meeting. I have become more productive and have more time to execute meeting goals and not worrying about missing important information.

Sometimes, when I need to paste something and ask to summarize only the selected excerpt, some problems occur. For example, the AI uses the context of the document to perform the task, which can make things confusing. Patience is required in these cases to get the desired result. I also noticed that the AI works better in English. As I am from Brazil, sometimes it does not understand my request very well, which generates some loss of time until I get it right.

I see Notion as a tool that becomes more complete every day. For me, the main problem it solves is knowledge organization. Everything is in one place, in a simple and easy-to-use way. There is no need to use multiple tools to organize a project, take notes, or create texts. Another interesting feature is the possibility to create databases, making information organization even more efficient.

I started using Notion about a year ago. First of all, I integrated all the notes into my work and daily life here. I can say that it was one of the best decisions I made. The notion is the perfect place to keep notes and organize your work. When Notion AI came out, it became an even more perfect application. I use it on all my devices; Mac, iOS, Windows, and Android, and it provides great synchronization. I actively use Notion AI almost every moment of my life. It's more of a minor annoyance than anything and not a dealbreaker at all. Although, I wonder if there's a more efficient solution to enhance that aspect.

It's really made my life so much easier when maintaining organization, monitoring project progress + staying on top of tasks, and creating a space for collaboration across teams. I appreciate the flexibility to personalize pages using the various available tools. For instance, I can incorporate documents, tables, checklists, and more into a single page. I'm so much less stressed now that I have the ability to centralize all projects and easily link them to other applications such as google drive, etc.

When I open a new page, I frequently accidentally click on a template. When the template is a table (that I don't want) it forces me to delete the page and start again.

I like the block interface. I come from a web design background, and the blocks are very similar to Squarespace. Also, web design, in general, is block-based, so it's easy to arrange the information logically and easily understandably. Also, I love using documents as containers for other documents. This is an innovative way of organizing connected ideas that need space.

I don't like how the pricing is tiered for adding members. It would be helpful to use a system similar to Trello, where they only charge you for seats when a member has access to multiple pages within a workspace.

Something I do dislike about Notion is the difficulty in migrating from another organization app. Notion is complicated, and does take time to get used too, but once you do, it becomes amazing.

There's a subtle frustration relating to the fact that I still feel like somewhat of an amateur user. I know there are some pretty advanced things I can do such as creating databases, my own templates, or selling pages as information products, but I'm lacking in my skills. I also struggle with getting the AI tool to do exactly what I want but I'm noticing improvements. I need to invest more time using it and learning on YouTube in order to get the most out of Notion.

There is nothing I have found that I dislike enough to mention here however one point would be that it would be great in the future to have an Excel/sheets equivalent.

First of all Notion has a free plan without strings attached. The free version is so powerful, that most people will benefit solely from this product without ever becoming a paid customer. Sorry dear Notion team ;). But everyone who wants to step up their game, I highly advise to sign-up for the Notion AI plan. It is just 10 $ or so. Notion is connected to OpenAI's chatGPT. This means a directly integrated AI solution in your (more than just) writing tool. This saved me time and accelerated my brainstorming heavily as a performance marketer who often has to create headlines for many different products and many different audiences. For my personal life I use Notion to track my sports results, have a database for my movements, and store valuable information. For my family I share a Notion task board. This way we keep track on important tasks and projects, boosting our family duty productivity tremendously. Sometimes, we need to write ministries for different requests such as papers for going abroad or requesting docs from our health insurance and other dry topics. Notion + AI helps to keep track and write polite letters in no time.

I haven't been close to what Notion's limitations are. Often it is solely branded as a test writing tool or as a Kanban board-style productivity app. I personally believe this tool replaces many of your tools you use on your daily basis. As paid customer you can also integrate Notion via API with more apps outside of the typical ones (G-Drive...). The limit of Notion is from my opinion your personal limit of imagination.

First of all Notion solves the problem of keeping track of your tasks and projects. I use Notion a little like Trello (Kanban-style) or like a G-Sheet (database). After creating an item I do outline all tasks. Everything that need to be written like ad copy or email responses can be managed in Notion for the text creation if you want. During my work I like to create ad copy promopts for products with up to 50 headlines. For my other job I do like to have written ad copies for social media. Notion helps tremendously to save time and boost output. I also started writing a book in Notion but it is far from being finished. Other than that I like to save items to Notion to get back to it whenever I feel like it. The Getting Things Done method by David Allen works wonders in Notion and many talented people have designed beautiful templates in Notion already. Using Notion makes your day-to-day work feel like a gamified work experience with achievements, progression, and real results.

My favorite thing about Notion is the ability to create a range of resources with the tools provided. I use Notion for content management, budgeting, scheduling, writing, and much more. Whenever a new need arises, I can quickly and easily add a new element to my workspace, which enables me to handle the new layers of complexity as they surface. Another thing I like about Notion is the new AI features. With Notion's various AI tools, I can brainstorm, plan, and write faster and easier than I could before. The best part, though, is in the quality of the produced texts. I've used several AI text generators before, and none have sounded very 'human'. Notion's, on the other hand, does a very good job of sounding natural. It is also good at not adding unrelated information to produced texts. Overall, I'm really happy with the ease of use and high quality of Notion's AI offering.

I wish spreadsheet feature had more advenced functionality to use formulas and some of the tradisional spreadsheet calculations.

How Notion help us to collaborate. We use databases for documentation, roadmap, ticketing system etc. Its new AI is also very helpful for working in another language.

Searching for documents. We have a lot of pages and get lost very often. The notifications are also a bit messy. Creating roadmaps is also tough over time (when we create relations between database, we cannot add filters so when I link a ticket to a roadmap item, I got all my roadmap themes over the last 3 years appearing in the dropdown)

Notion is really helpful for collaboration within the company. We use it for our tickets, roadmap, to collaborate on projects but also to takes notes and write our content thanks to the new AI.

I love the customisation and features. There are so many features you can explore, and it makes productivity fun and more efficient.

I wish I could annotate directly on pages with my tablet and stylus. It would make Notion an app that everyone would need.

It is solving my lack of productivity and organisation. I used to be very unorganised, and documents and information would be everywhere. Now that I have a database where I can store everything as well as find everything, it makes it so much easier.

I am actively using a new feature - AI. I am completely delighted because it is quick and convenient to work. And most importantly - high quality. AI corrected the texts very competently, and they looked perfect. I wouldn't have written it myself.

I can't say right now. Apparently, they just don't exist.

I check the grammar of my texts before sending emails to clients and partners. Also, the feature makes it possible to change the "mood" of the text to be more friendly or official, and much more.

Customizable views are powerful and Notion AI is also very helpful when I organize, summarize, and visualize business/private things.

The worst thing is its desktop app. The specification of the tabbing within a page is hard to use smoothly, from title to header, then to content.
