I love how simple it is to prompt AI input and the list of options for prompts (e.g. make longer/shorter). Collaboration with team members works really well. The insert button is nice and accessible.

Here is my wish list: Export to word doc format please! Built-in citation manager or integration with Zotero would be great. Please include comments when copy/pastaing.

Integration of the power of an LLM in a word processing application helps reduce the time spent writing.

Easy of use, can make the pages very nice looking. Easy search and easy organizing.

Understand cannot standardize database for interoperability. But I can use a different product for that. Maybe AI has a lot of room to improve.

1. Help analyze huge policy documents. I drop the original PDF-Word document in, then I can move things around and edit to analyze them. 2. Help organize a big content library with good looking graphics. 3. Help rewrite the professional language in friendly tone.

How easy it is to customize pages to be exactly what you want

The AI is up and down. It's great when it works, but I get more errors saying it's not available than I can count. And Notion's support page doesn't have any record of the error codes I get all the time.

For a fraction of the cost, you are able to "hire" an assistant, a social media, a ghostwriter, a researcher, etc. Once you get the hang of putting in your requests, it is quick and easy to get what you need. I use notion regularly for my podcast and social media planning and executing.

The learning curve is a bit steep, but once you understand how to use it, you quickly get on with your work.

I love how customizable notion is compared to other note-taking apps (multiple formatting options, addition of databases, toggles, etc.). I also love that it is integrated with AI, making notes and assignments so much easier.

It can be a bit of a learning curve if you are used to Google docs or word. It also requires a bit of coding to make mathematic equations or chemical equations which can be cumbersome.

Notion makes active recall in notetaking so much easier with the use of toggles and databases. It makes my study schedule so much easier to manage. The AI feature is also the most seamless among other apps that I have used.

Honestly I'm constantly deleting important things or accidentally messing up the structure. I should try locking pages perhaps.
