It is an easy-to-use marketing tool for any company looking to get the most out of its client database. You can organize your customers based on many factors such as areas, customer interactions with emails you have sent out from Nutshell. Easy to capture any new customers you may have and great for following up with tasks, notes, and call features within the tool. Overall a great CRM for our sales team as we can easily organize our prospects and current customers. As well we can keep track of pending, hot, and close leads for better follow-up by our sales representatives.
When it comes to outbound calls from the app it is great for making it easy and loggable on the app. Although maybe an Inbound feature for calls would be nice too, so these calls can be logged when coming in. Besides that, I think the tool covers everything, any new features you can add to the app would be a plus for sure.
It is helping us with organizing all our customers and prospects cleanly. All the sales representatives log their customers, which benefits the whole team, so we are not contacting customers already being attended. Also, it helps us with reporting on how many leads we have open, lost, canceled, and won by month.
I love that I can visualize my sales pipeline. However, I'm finding the dashboard really helpful on a day-to-day basis. I'm constantly referring to it to see sales tasks associated with leads. I'm a huge fan of the reports: they're extremely easy-to-use, intuitive layout and visuals, and so customizable and granular that I get better insights on how I'm acquiring leads.
In a dream world, I would be able to host frequently used documents on Nutshell to include in sales emails. I would also wish for a Nutshell - Todoist integration where as sales leads close, they create a project in Todoist and are added to my production queue.
I am running a much more successful business with Nutshell because it's helping me focus on priorities and stay on top of my sales pipeline. I know that I'm making more sales simply from following up with leads, and creating standardized content for sales emails, calls, etc.
I really enjoy the pipeline and task reminders.
I dislike that you have to purchase a higher version to get task reminders.

It is easy to import contacts and create leads. I like working the leads dashboard and the steps/columns that are there to work them to the "won" status.
The email integration was a little tricky.
Traking incoming customer requests and leads. Ideally working them on a regular schedule enough to win/close the leads.
The platform is very intuitive, which makes training our new team members a breeze!
I wish reporting was easier, seems to be a bit hard to pull exactly what you need.
Organiztion, Organiztion!!! We now have a full database with contact info we can use to generate more sales.
Nutshell is really complex, yet it's quite easy to pick up in the beginning.
Everything I've wanted or needed has been possible by contacting customer service, no dislikes here.
Instead of my company using multiple systems, we can integrate everything into Nutshell from the Salesmen to IT.

I have used a ton of CRM's and have loved many. Nutshell puts the rest to shame. All of the power that you have in a product like HubSpot like marketing automations and lead management automatio Nutshell has at a fraction of the cost. Also Nutshell's support is unparalleled. You can always get a human which is amazing.
The on feature that I was missing was email marketing automations. I used to integrate with ConvertKit to compensate, but with the introduction of their new marketing email automation tools this is no longer an issue.
Keeps my team organized. Keeps my clients organized. Takes a lot of the IT burden off my plate and let's me focus on sales and marketing.
I love that nutshell helps be organize everything and displays it for me to see.
I do feel that nutshell could have more options to link other services in addition to email. Our business uses shopify to mail magazines and it would be so nice to have it link with nutshell to show who we have sent them to.
Nutshell helps us to view our sales compared to other periods of time. We can compare to last month or last year. We can see very plainly if we are getting better or doing worse
I love that each step is completed with each customer, ensuring a streamline experience for all of our customers regardless of the sales person handling the job!
It says it will record emails exchanged, but that has proven to only work sometimes.
Our sales process is specific and each step is taken with each customer despite the sales associate who is taking care of them.
