My team LOVES the analytics feature. There is such great value in all the in depth analytics from the registrant to the attendee. We only are we able to view the registrant to attendee stats we are also able to look at each individual. We can view their webinar journey, questions they asked pre-webinar and during the webinar. We can follow their engagement and answers to poll questions. I personally love the ease of use and all the features such as on demand and simulive. Building the platform and the ability to make the changes at ease. It's fun when it's time to build a new template. Adding poll questions, new graphics, updating content, selecting the appropriate widgets for the event, the ability to brand and add photos and videos to the webinars, the clarity in the content. All these features to choose from give immediate gratification when seeing all the creativity and hard work come to life. Lastly, the customer service is excellent.
I would like to see the size and length of the video content increase. My company has a great video library, but do the current specs we can not use the material we have.
There are not many problems that I face that is platform era. Usually it's bandwidth on the user end.
ON24 is easy to use when creating and broadcasting webinars. There are lots of pre-uploaded templates and styles to chose from and the user interface is easy to work with. They also allow you to upload your own custom templates, which is a nice touch if you would like to include your company's branding.
I've had some trouble in the past setting up pre-recorded (simu-live) webinars but ON24's support team is always very responsive and helpful.
ON24 allows us to generate brand awareness and interest in our product through webinars.
The behind the scene area for both the producer and the presenters to work in is by far the best feature. I appreciate being able to provide last minute coaching to my presenters before the audience can hear us. The attendee experience is also incredible compared to other platforms. Being able to push items out and customize their experience is improving our program.
I have yet to find a downside to the platform.
We are able to provide a custom webinar experience to our customers that has increased attendance based on word of mouth to other colleagues. As a producer is has also improved the quality of the experience I provide our presenters.
What I really like about ON24 is how straightforward and simple it is to use. It doesn't inundate you with a ton of needless features and it just does what you need it to do: set up and run webinars, easily. We really like being able to pre-record webinars and giving presenters the ability to tweak their presentations that way, especially for those that don't do so well in a live environment. Reporting is pretty easy to use and comprehensive as well.
Because it still uses Flash, I sometimes get complaints from presenters not being able to see some elements on their end. It usually just requires a quick browser refresh to fix that. Image quality after presentations get posted is poor.
While we signed up with ON24 to help with lead gen, we're still primarily using it for large internal calls. It's allowed us to communicate and provide information to large teams more effectively and efficiently. We post the recordings to our intranet for anyone to watch at any time. We've even used it as a way to create recordings for internal use. Of the handful of external webinars we've done, we found that engagement was pretty high and resulted in a fair amount of leads coming through.
I like how easy it is to use and customize. Unlike other webinar platforms, you feel in control of the design and style throughout the entire user experience - from sign-up page to the "lobby" and the webinar console itself. It is far more user and audience-friendly providing a far better experience. The support team are fantastic too and respond quickly.
I would like to see some basic editing functions for the recordings. For example, if your webinar is live and there is an awkward pause or a cough, it'd be good to edit it out for the On-Demand version. It could also integrate with Hubspot a little better.

Syncing with the Marketo was initially a problem but by time the issue is resolved and now the registration from Marketo and on24 both gets reflected on the report of On24.
The overall support/assistance ON24 give each and every client. Always happy to set up a training/explanation session to ensure you get the most out of the platform
Sometimes some technical errors eg losing sound on the platform but apart from that nothing.

I love the different types of presentation options that we have. I often bounce between them as sometimes I present live webinars, sometimes I pre-record them and then present them as if they are live and then just login to answer Q&A live.
The only thing I dislike is that we don't have the option for all attendees to dial-in via phone --the audio is restricted and only comes out of the device being used.
the platform is so flexible and really helps me to run webinars with multiple speakers at different dates / times and then have it all be one webinar. For a global company, ON24 provides a lot of the flexibility we need!

The builder for the landing page / registration form is lacking advance functionality and it only works within a set of pre-designed templates. We've moved our registration into Marketo for more flexibility on the design for our registration forms.

I love how many engagement tools ON24 offers that allow webinars to become as engaging as possible. I love seeing reports of who downloaded what and responses to poll questions so we can follow up with leads with relevant content. I've never had a technical issue with them, and their chat support team is fantastic. I've also attended their Webinerd conference in San Francisco and learned so much about what to do to make webinars the best they can be. They truly are the best in the industry.
For a webinar company, you'd expect their training videos to be top-notch, though several walk-through videos are not very well produced. Their dashboards can also be somewhat confusing, though I was ably to pick it up pretty quickly.
My company runs a thought leadership webinar program through ON24 that regularly gets over 1,000 registrants for each webinar. ON24 has allowed us to run this series without a hitch and get great glowing reviews from our attendees, while allowing us to truly engage with attendees. I've also invited our sales team to join webinars as Q&A attendees so they can see first-hand the most popular questions that are getting asked and follow up with attendees.
What I like the most is that ON24 makes really easy to perform webinars and has a superb customer service. The interface is user friendly and has many options to do webcasts in live, simu-live and on demand formats.
There is nothing specific that I dislike about this platform, I think it could improve a little on the look and feel of the console, but still it has the possibility to update it with the branding of your choice.

Ease of use! From originally using Webex, I had a lot of high expectations with On24 and they have all mostly been met.

Hosting large events seamlessly
I love the dynamic aspect of the on24 platform. You can customize it in so many ways to make it more engaging. Plus, you have the ability to track what people do which is a big deal when trying to understand what gets people to stay on longer. Their customer support is fantastic and always responsive. If I had to have only 1 tool to capture leads and create content it would be on24.
It isnt cheap but you get what you pay for. If you want to take webcasting seriously and really drive campaigns that nurture the market on24 is a must have. Aside from price, you really do get the value and if you break down the price on what you're paying per month for the year it does work out. I cant recommend it enough.
Training, Market Development, Prospecting, Lead Generation. I even use on24 when I want to teach internal employees something new. The more you talk to your account exec the more creative you can become in how you use it.
I like the platform itself. The option to do animation during the presentation. Also like the customer service and help that I get really quickly ! Every time I have a question from my team, ON24 can offer me an option to make it work.
As of right now, most of it is really easy to use. I know that some of my colleague would like to upload something else that powerpoint.
I know that the last platform was hard to use, no animation, problem during the presentation. On my side, I think it's really easy to use !
