We are solving the demand generation pipeline that we are not getting due to not participating in physical industry events. The benefits are a continuous pipeline of leads.

Mobile App should be better and also wold be great the possibility to improve the quality of broadcast videos that we can use.
During the pandemic On24 was a strategic piece for us. We were able to convert our physical events to digital without disruptions quickly.
I like the drag and drop features of the presentation console. ON24 continues to add new ones. I especially like the new conversion tools.
I wish updates to our marketing ops platform could be real-time or at least more frequent.
We can scale our webinars quickly and easily. Pivoting from live events and trade shows has been critical during the pandemic. We need to reach our target audience online, and we need to make the experience as personal as possible. I am happy that we implemented ON24 as early as we did, so we were ready for the change. The ON24 registration functionality was designed with business needs in mind, including opt-in compliance. They are doubling down on their efforts to keep up with how and where people learn and consume information, and how they want to interact with companies.
On24 Webcast Elite is a super user friendly platform to get branded webinars up and running quickly, efficiently and provides great marketing metrics integration. The platform provides a very friendly audience experience.
No dislikes as of yet. A help chat option might be a nice addition.
Integrated metrics and reporting with Salesforce, the platform is extremely friendly for presenters to work in.
We just recently onboarded ON24 and so far it has been a smooth transition. It is easy to use and navitage. We love the branded console experience and the engagement tools.
Unfortunately we did not have the best sales rep as he wasn't listening to our needs and kept trying to upsell us.
We can pre-record and run our webinars as they were live. Also we can include CTA and see how our attendees are engaging.
We have Webcast Elite and love that the webinar console can be customized for any audience or type of webinar. You can really focus on how to get the most engagement and interaction out of your attendees rather than have them simply watch & listen. While we're still working to get it integrated with our CRM system using ON24 Conenct, the reporting & analytics tools are out of this world compared to our previous webinar platform making it easier for us to qualify leads to pass on to sales. We also like to stream to our social media accounts and ON24 has an easy connector to help simulcast to your Facebook page too! While we focused on simulive webinars in the past, we're now also able to use the broadcast connector to deliver fully live events using our in-house studio.
It's difficult to pinpoint any single issue; certainly none that are deal breakers. I guess I'd like to be able to delete a webinar on my own if for some reason it already has a registration logged to it, but that's a minor dislike at best. The knowledge center is a little difficult to navigate occasionally when I want to find an answer, but I eventually get to it. We have had some issues with Live Audio & Video webinars starting automatically sometimes and having to be started manually other times, but that's likely user error still being new to the platform.
We're at the beginning of our ABM journey and ON24 is helping us to deliver webinars at scale. We have big plans for ON24 within our ABM strategy so being able to set up templates, create copies, and customize by audience is something that we're looking forward to doing in the near future. Once we have ON24 fully integrated to our CRM system we're hoping to use our campaign automation to better nurture attendees following our events.
It can handle users up to 10k users, where there is significantly less percentage of server issue. User Interface is very straightforward and very user-friendly. The page is very responsive, so the wait time is reduced.
It is very obvious to get bugs when we launch a new product, i also faced few bugs in the initial days, and later the bugs were fixed and now it is ease to use Rare cases are like, answers which i gave is again answered by someone else
We basically use it for online events like webinars, presentations, and sometimes to connect with people live. Since it can withstand many users, there is no delay in the playlist. I wouls personally like to recommend this amazing platform to all my peers.
My favorite part of the platform is the customization features. However, the ease of use and the ability to extract the content is very beneficial. We use Elite from a corporate level for webinars but use the platform as part of our virtual conference in the fall of 2020.
There aren't many things with Elite that I don't like. I prefer this platform to all others in the market.
