"Quick and easy setup, introduction and use of Personio"
What do you like best about Personio?

Our employees and managers are big fans of Personio because of its fantastic user interface. Not only that, but it's democratized access to employee data - making it visible to everyone from rank-and-file employees to higher-ups in HR or management - so you always know where the data is going. Plus, electronic signatures allow us to significantly reduce paperwork processing time, and with the ability to easily modify employee data fields built in, our HR department loves Personio as much as the rest of us.

What do you dislike about Personio?

Although Personio promised us during our initial discussions that their performance review feature would meet our needs, it became clear after implementation that this tool was not available. This meant that we could not use it for annual reviews, which was one of the main motivations for choosing it.

Personio solves the problem of accumulating and keeping track of paperwork, such as vacation summaries or employee records.
