- Quick platform. - Quite easy to navigate. - Most functions are covered regarding employee data. - Very fast and helpful customer help. - Pricing is reasonable compared to other platforms.
- Calendar integrations for Office aren't great, it would help to have more functionality. - Would love to have functions developed by Personio itself, instead of integrations with other platforms. For example, questionnaire forms, etc.
- Keeps our employee data in one place and access level rules are great, to keep data protected. - Makes it easier to find employee data quickly and to keep it up to date. - Absence flow lessens the manual work.
Directly after the implementation our Profile exactly matches our needs. We used the Flexibility Personio provides to organize our extensive and sometimes confusing theme HR. Base data, workflows, creation of documents and reporting are not prescribed rather made for us.
It would be a massive effort if Personio could provide the possibility for time tracking and creation of schedules. These steps would finalize our plan to use one software for all belongings.
We use Personio as a flexible and digital (portable) database. Documents, legal requirements, workflows and performance tracking .... Wherever our team members are everybody gets all information, tasks and tools we need to organize our daily business, special HR-themes and analysis.

Nothing really. Used the software for nearly 2 years and never had an issue.
As a small company, you need to adhere to regulatory circumstances. Personio made it really easy to set up a fully function HR system in a very short time.
The UX/UI experience and the possibility to integrate it with other platforms not as usual as Azure. The rest of things are great and it´s a company improving its product all time.
Coming from the comment before, the integration with Azure is useful but it would be nice if the connection could offer other advantages as a sync with the calendar.
Until the moment, we used to do the big part of HR tasks manually or in .excel sheets. With this, we have all the information in one place and taking all the parts we need to analyze easily.

Personio is mainly very easy to use. Everything is made by logic. I find very useful the report menu which I use the most. Also, absence management is very helpful.
It would be great if there is a survey management tool connected to the data, which will give good analytics to the result also. Also a little adjustment on the P&D module which I believe to will be done soon.
We finally found a good product for employee management and got rid of a lot of excel files. We are tracking employees' contract status, and absence status, extracting a lot of reports and the most important is that we have all data in one place.

Simple and intuitive usage - our employees can work with the tool without much training. Focus on self-service - but with release guidelines. Versatile integration with other systems such as Microsoft365 and many more thanks to API.
Amount of paid add-ons. Sometimes I only need a small function, but again it is bundled in a paid add-on with many more functions. Sometimes the cost / benefit ratio does not fit.
