Proof lowers the feeling of risk for all of your visitors. This makes it more likely for them to take a chance on you.
I cant see which pages proof is on so i cant get my amount of sessions lowered deeming this almost impossible for me to use. So if you want to use it on lots of pages make sure you document it because proof wont be able to help if you dont.
Showing more fomo
There are several ways to customize the tool and also a way to A/B test the results.
We can't seem to generate a consistent, positive ROI in our A/B testing, so I'm not certain it's worth it unless we can show better performance.
We're trying to increase the conversion rate on our website. We have occasionally seen a minor increase, but not sure if it's worth it.
I love the fact it is really simple to set up.
we don't really dislike anything, it was simple to set up and love the response we are getting on our opt-in pages
its helped us increase the CVR of our opt-in pages
I've used proof for 2 years now and it has been an integral part of my front-end marketing site to build legitimacy & trust for my potential buyers. I specifically use the Hot Streak & Recent Activity popups to help which show buyers how many users have subscribed to our software or bought our software in the last week.
I don't think there is much to dislike. My only complaint is it is a wee-bit expensive, but it certainly provides more value than the price paid.
Proof has improved buyer trust and provided instant legitimacy for our software business.
I like that it makes my website look alive! I believe in the power of social proof!
Great question. I don't have anything here.
When potential customers are wondering if other people are buying they no longer have to wonder!
I am always looking for tools that help me and my clients look great. Proof is a tool used by many big agencies so when I started I was very happy with the results. Puts me one step ahead.
Clean and easy. Customer Service was great
More traffic and validating my brand.
The 'in-your-face' proof allows our web visitors to feel the social nudge and book sales calls with us. Proof helps us get more customers.
Hard to find a downside. It's a great tool and easy to use
EASY WAY TO GET SOCIAL PROOF IN FRONT OF MY WEB VISITORS
I've been with Proof for almost 2 years and it's been a great experience but more importantly it has helped my business massively! My conversions are through the roof. The Proof brand, simplicity and design really help turn website visits into sales, people see my Proof notifications and instantly trust my business.
It would be nice if Proof had a mobile application.
Proof has helped me build trust with people which has increased sales. Some websites are full or marketing gimmicks. Proof is different, the simple notification UI & options allow me to share real sales & site insights with potential customers.
I have tried a few different competitors and UseProof by far provides the best customer service in the industry and offer the most streamlined integrations for clickfunnels, everwebinar etc.
Nothing so far!--------------------------
Increase conversion rates on my landing pages and checkout pages
I really enjoy seeing proof on our site. I think it creates a sense of safety (because other, real people are purchasing from the site your're shopping on) and urgency.
I've had to makeshift what a conversion is. This would be solved with direct integration with Salesforce. Would be great if this was a feature in the future.
It makes for a better more assuring experience for customers in our online retail space.
I think a five-year-old child can use it. That's how easy it is to use.
Every part of the software is simply amazing.
Increasing conversions
Immediate social proof giving confidence to new visitors that we are legitimate
Sometimes it takes time to hear back from support.
Giving new visitors confidence in opting in capturing email lists.
Great support for an issue we had, caused by a line of code from another app. They went above and beyond to find out the issue even though it wasn't their fault.
More options would be great in the future. More UX templates to change it up and stopping fatigue from repeat customers.
Letting users know other customers are purchasing and making sure its legitimate (not the fake FOMO stuff).
I like that their customer support team is responsive and even though we had some issues getting everything set up right, overall the product has helped us get more interest in our product as far as we can tell
Some of the dashboard is a bit limited and you have to set it up properly from the beginning. Wish there was an "onboarding"
Lead Gen, Social Proof
Onboardigng was decent They offer a 72-hour refund for charges if it's an oversight, but this doesn't address the gaps in their free trial practices
The way they run their free trial - charges after expiry, payment notfications, cancellation process. Customer support isn't that great. I had signed up for a free trial in August. However, after exploring the tool I didn’t find it to be the right fit for what we needed at the time. So I put it on a back burner. Like any other SaaS product, they sent across a set of nurturing emails to get me to convert. The last of which was a reminder that it was the last day of my trial. Since there was no mention of being charged once the trial lapse, I didn't do anything. A little more than a month later I find out I have been charged twice -- Aug/ Sep, 129$ each time. #1 Their email which says (Subject line: "Your free trial is going… going…") only talks about the trial expiring and not the charge that will be applied to the account. #2 I did not receive any notification informing me of the expected payment deduction. This is standard practice for any susbscription service. #3 Even after the payment was deducted for August, I did not receive any invoice or confirmation of the payment being deducted. Had I received this, I would have been able to ask for a correction/ refund right there. #4 During my trial period, their follow-up emails were quick to spot the pixel code wasn't implemented and get me to do so. But after charging my account, there was little or no regard to check in on why I was paying charges for the highest subscription plan when the pixel code was still not implemented. They cancelled my account but just refunded the fees for September since it was within their 72-hour refund period.
I never moved past the free trial, so can't comment
I liked the concept and idea how being able to gather proof of purchase
I didn't like service of the representatives. I joined proof and did not have luck installing the pixel on my website. I then PAID someone else to do this service. It still did not work. I reached out to customer service to schedule a call for support. I woman named Megan said she did not have any availability until the following week. I then received an email from Ryan offering to take the call since Megan was not available and then Ryan decided he would not take the call either. I was not disappointed that there was no availability that week but asked on numerous occasions if they would be willing to schedule a call and they would not do it. It was a waste of my time and money. I am disappointed they don't value their customers enough to help with technical issues. I do NOT recommend
Proof did not work. No one from the customer service team seemed to care.
