The user-friendliness of the Quickbase platform is absolutely incredible. I was developing new applications and optimizing already created ones in a few months.

There is nothing to dislike about Quickbase. So far, there has been nothing that I've wanted to do but couldn't do. The possibilities within Quickbase are truly endless.

Quickbase has helped us to simplify several manual processes, including manual reporting, followups, process improvement, and more. It is saving us time and providing end users with a great platform that they love.

1. Ease of setup and flexible design that allows you to cover almost any use case easily 2. Speed of development which allows you to build and deploy and application in less than a day depending on the use case 3. Integration and custom code injection capabilities allowing you to build out custom interfaces for certain workflows and a great API suite for all use cases relating to data management or realm management 4. Reporting is incredibly easy to build and train to empower users to access and build their own

Lack of focos on enterprise features. Sometimes the focus is almost too much on the 'low code developer' or 'business analyst' builder that more advanced users/use cases dont' get the focus as opposed to features making it easier to start or build basic features.

Quickbase helps to fill the gaps of almost any Enterprise system as well as be the one stop shop for systems and processes that dont' have a clear cut or clearly defined pre-built solution. In many cases Enterprise systems do 80% of a workflow and 20% are handled offline, in Excel etc. Quickbase given that it has no out-of-the-box shape can easily morph to fit those items and the integration capability makes it almost like a seamless add on. Quickbase is also great in that customers who truly feel that there is no off the shelf platform that fits their needs can just build in Quickbase and have the assurances that as their business changes, Quickkbase can quickly adapt where as off the shelf platforms are more niche and specific and unlikely to change much.

I like how customizable I can make everything;

I wish it was earier to build apps. I am not in IT or anything so I would it like to be easier

its hard understanding pipeline and creating relationships. So the webinars are helping

Apostolos the Tech was knowledgable, helpful, guided me the correct direction, had good follow up and follow-through.

They were not able to address the problem I was having secondary to it being specific to the application.

I was unable to get my question(s) answered however the tech was knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me in the correct direction to get the help I needed which was greatly appreciated.

We started small hoping for Quickbase to solve some reporting problems and bringing teams together. We are well beyond this and we are now connecting multiple outside programs into our Quickbase setup. Once connected, we only see the data we need in quickbase instead of logging into these other programs multiple times per day. Also the security and permissions of Quickbase has been everything we need for our organization. Similar systems did not offer custom permissions like they offer.

The mobile experience is still being improved. We currently advise our employees to use the website version on their mobile devices and not the app version. But weve heard good things are around the corner. The inability to control the order of the tables visually at the top of the page has us forcing people to live in Dashboards (which are nice, but controlling the sort order would be better)

Too many systems that users are not using. We are bringing all the data together Users with too much access or not enough. Our other systems dont allow pinpoint user access and roles. Quickbase does. On Demand Reports. Other reporting options in our other system are slow or dont load at all. Once we have the data in Quickbase we have very fast access and ability to add fields and more info.

It's a powerful and flexible tool that is customizable.

The interface is bland. It would be more attractice with something more than the basic looks it now has.

Integrations with other platforms.

Its a low code and easy to build , manage and customize the data and roles.

Pipelines are working too slow, and the new form design is taking too much time to load the data.

we are using for our Sales team to easy out their routine work. So now we don't have human errors.

I like being able to create, revise, update an app structure quickly. It's a highly versatile platform that has great customer support and I like that Quickbase invests in continuous improvement and I look forward to seeing what comes next.

The main donwside that I have experienced would be the lack of customization of the user interface. That has an upside though because Quickbase has invested in the UI and is launching new solutions based on customer feedback.

Quickbase is a great platform to bring data together from various sources. You can build apps from scratch, uploaded spreadsheets, or even from a relationship diagram in Lucid Chart.

1. Dedicated Pipeline overview section to short out complicated insights. 2. Customizable dashboard, with tons of formulas integration to make data visualization seamless. 3. Intuitive and easy-to-navigate user interface. 4. Integration with Lucidchart and Slack app. 5. Basic low code-based app development process. 6. It has a robust Gantt chart with detailed analytics for projects.

It would be great if they implemented a better AI app builder. It doesn't capture my command correctly.

As a project manager, Quickbase gives me a bird's eye view of project progress. Its detailed insights share vital information to take relevant actions at the end of the day. Also, using this platform we have been able to covert our Spreadsheet data into the app for better visualization and keep everyone in the loop.
