I really like the flexibility of correcting mistakes.

You cannot email contacts directly from the contacts area.

I am correcting items my client could not reconcile with bank statements, credit cards and etc.

The ability to keep everything for company finances organized in one program

The ease of breaking reports down. Not being able to use on multiple computers at once.

Being able to pull company financials at once. Ability to backup to a thumbdrive quickly.

Once you get into the groove using it tit is actually very intuitive and user friendly.

When you don't know how to do something it might require a bit of googling to figure out the solution.

We use Quick books to manage the entire business.Inventory Accounts payable, previously staff payroll. Checks for independent contractors.

It's simple and there's lot of prompts to help along the way

I havn't found anything that I dislike yet

Being able to make invoices, makes quotes by sales orders and then turn into a purchase order to email to vendors.

The features of reporting and ease of use. The navigation to find the options is straight forward and easy to follow. The interface is not intimidating and very intuitive

The customer service could be a little better, took some time to get a response to setup a trial

The problem we solved was replacing on premises dedicated servers t o run GP to going cloud based , reduced cost and IT over head

QB is tailored for the need of small and medium-sized companies. Reports can be prepared fast, easy, and in real-time. The menu is easy to navigate even for people not having prior experience working with it.

Payment and invoicing/billing tools do not work outside of the USA.

Reporting (cust and ready-made) has benefited our organization tremendously.

Inventory tracking for manufacturing capabilities

Inventory tracking and management for our food manufacturing and wholesale clients. Manage multiple company files under a single QuickBooks license.

There are program features that are not only useful but frankly, necessary, for the construction industry. Quickbooks offers inventory, job costing, material tracking all in one. If you really want to know where your income and expenses look like using one software, Quickbooks Enterprise is necessary.

If you have the 3rd party Payroll Company, the payroll feature isn't necessary. However, it would be great if there were a better way to link Quickbooks with the payroll company than just importing/exporting the payroll reports.

Detailed job costing is really great with this. Also tracking where the jobs are actually coming from is greatly helpful. Knowing if wed are getting more cold calls or getting jobs from 3rd party networks we invest in helps us determine if it is worth continuing to contribute to the network costs or not.

Intuitive, just open and start using. No need to be tech savvy.

It could be nicer visually, but not a big deal as it doesn’t affect its purpose.

Used it for tracking numbers, it was great.

Logging receipts is a great function so that when you need to do your taxes it's already there!

Nothing so far! It works well for me and my family.

The benefits are the ease of use and how fast and user friendly it is.
