I like that I’m able to do everything accounting related within this system. I can do AR, AP, credits, refunds, reports, and payroll with Enterprise. We used to have to go to multiple systems and it was so time consuming. With this everything is in one place so it’s perfect.

I dislike that you have to do vendor credits differently than you would do them if it were a credit card credit, or a credit memo. It slows me down.

We became more efficient when we started uniting QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise. What would take us all day, now just takes us a few hours.

We can use all our accounts with one product. Its easy to use and easy to train on. Being able to search for PO's and invoices makes life so much easier.

Doesnt integrate with our shopping cart well

We track our inventory process our sales for our advertising. It does everything we need and its easy for our employees to use. It has levels of users so people can't process things they are not trained to do.

The organization of the categories that is used for keep track of expenses for project costing or for budgeting is so helpful. It make getting accurate information a breeze

I dislike that you have to pay for the monthly service, billed annually, to use the email and letter writing features.

We were able to accurately track the employees time spent at their specific rate and all expenses right down the to the postage and mileage used with one simple report.

Quickbooks is a perfect program covering all parts of accounting. AR/AP and chart of accounts. Purchasing Sales and Inventory management.

Inventory management is not the strength of QB. Bins and Locations arent a great feature. Yet! Also there is not a lot of options to customize Invoices and Purchase orders.

Simply keeping on top of finances is almost impossible without QB. You can have AP and AR all set up with reminders of whats due and when. Full financial reporting such as Income statement and Balance sheet are standard.

You can have all of your invoicing and payroll on one program.

There is nothing to dislike about quickbooks

All invoicing is done through it.

I own a small business and find the easy of setting up new employees, scheduling payroll and maintaining financial integrity through Quickbooks great.

I dislike the required renewals for additional yearly fees,

I have been able to streamline the hiring and payroll process through Quickbooks.

It is very user friendly and easy to navigate. It can also be integrated with other software.

It cannot be accessed through the cloud unlike the online version.

It handles all accounting needs and creates our financial statements. It also helps process payroll.
