QuickBooks makes bookkeeping and accounting easy to manage, as well as keep everything at your fingertips. The software has tons of customizable report capabilities and the ability to synchronize accounts with outside vendors, thus creating the ability to log into one software and access all accounts and accounting information in one place. QuickBooks also function seamlessly with our builder/construction software making the management of budgeting and estimating quick and easy. The support community for QuickBooks is also fantastic!

The pop ups when manually downloading statement transactions, sometimes causes us to have to repeatedly get in and out of the account we're working on and re-download the statements. It's a minor annoyance, more so then a deal breaker. The software also sometimes struggles to communicate with outside software when trying to upload information from Quickbooks and usually has to be shut down and re-opened to get it to function.

QuickBooks is helping the company achieve automation, and organization of accounting by fully utilizing all of the features that QuickBooks has to offer.

I use Quickbooks everyday for accounting and finance purposes. This program is essential to our operations, and once you learn all of the uses and features, it is very user friendly.

There was a day when our file crashed, and it put a halt on our productivity that day. Our department is very dependent on Quickbooks, and when it is down or going slow, it is frustrating.

We are able to create profit/loss reports, expense reports, other useful financial reports and this helps not only my department, but the company as a whole project future decisions.

I like that we can do literally everything in one place - bill clients, process credit cards, and build quarterly reports all in one place.

Anytime my computer goes to sleep, the version I have forces me to "Abort" the session I was in and log back in which can be frustrating.

It makes it easy to go over the Accounts Receivable and bill interest to the customers that are past-due. This has helped ensure that people start paying on time!

Quick Powerful and being able to adjust the layout is pretty dope.

its a subscription based service now and you gotta re-up each year. WACK!

It helps Facilitate and track orders and inventory. you can export the item list and populate it in our Magento site. Very convenient.

there is really nothing that we dislike from the QuickBooks program. Everything is great and user friendly. Could not run this company with out it.

I like the expansiveness of the QBE system and the tech support I receive (US tech support personnel not a foreign country)

The cost to make QBE online . To have cloud access the increase in cost is just too much and not worth it.

We upgraded to quickbooks enterprise from pro to expand some of the options available to us. Though it has a few more, there still could be room for growth.

Quickbook is good for business tracking performance. It is an accounting software but you can do a most job at work in SME or medium business.
