The user interface and organization seems to be easy enough for most people to navigate. Great for a single accountant or small business with minimal experience. Simple to use interface and easy to understand reports. Widely used, so easy to find and accountant who can operate the software. Has it ability link into TurboTax for simplified end of year taxes. Part of it Intuit suit of software, so data is more portable between different intuit products.

Antiquated networking technology; I would not consider this an enterprise grade application. It works fine as a local file on your hard drive but doesn't seem to have been designed with networking in mind. I've experienced nothing but constant issues with multi-user file access, I do not recommend this software for a multi-user environment. Integrations are not easy to implement, you are better off with more modern cloud based software that has a fully developed and standardized API.

It fulfills the need for an accounting software. Helps with sending invoices and retrieving payment from customers. Useful for reports and online banking.

VERY disappointed. Having used QB for many years, I found myself needing a desktop accounting software for my NPO. Price was the only thing right. Software didn’t even prioperly install, not even the 2nd time!

So software doesn’t properly install, the support is non-existent! And then they try to sell you support for $88 with their 3rd party vendor Geek Squad.... really?!!!!

I love that QuickBooks Enterprise is so easy to use. It offers a larger database than other QB solutions and hence is a good app for big companies as it can manage a higher volume of inventory items, bills, invoices, etc. I also love that it integrates smoothly with the other apps I use which saves money and time. Plus, the system offers sophisticated inventory features that help you to easily manage all stages of the inventory lifecycle. The system has been around for years which makes it possible to employ a bookkeeper who has many years of experience using the solution, integrates seamlessly with CRM platform, and offers customizable templates for invoices, collection letters, etc.

The only downside is the pricing is on the high side as you have to shell out for a new package annually.

Bank reconciliation, complete payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, full financial statements, user-friendliness - great!

Quickbooks desktop allows me to enter debits and credits easily. We keep all of our credit card and bank records in Quickbooks. It's also easy to attach invoices/statements to each transaction.

Integrating with bill.com was a little challenging to get used to at first. I also wish there were more options for bank feeds, as right now we can't sync our bank.

Keeping track of our finances is #1 priority to make sure we're in compliance with all state and federal regulations when it comes time for taxes. Quickbooks makes it easy to track everything down to the penny.

Ease of use and the updated Profit and Loss Reports.

I have not found any dislikes at this point.

I have not encountered any specific problems, but when I come across something I am not familiar with, I always get helpful service.

The application is user-friendly and all business functions can be done.

Anyone can use quick books without any significant training requirement. Easy to use. Cost-effective. Saves lots of time as compared to other accounting softwares. Provides really good features. Accounting is actually fun with quickbooks

Our quickbooks freezes or crashes a lot, im not sure if thats something on our end or quickbooks.

The reports let us find when items have been placed in the wrong budget item. It makes things easy to fix when there are errors.

Easy setup with V2 hosting at a much cheaper rate than what Intuit wants to charge for their hosting. Hosted solution allows us to seamlessly work from the office and home without skipping a beat. We also use Webgility/ECC to connect our shopify stores and amazon to it.

Every couple of years you have to update to latest software version and they are trying to force you into the subscription. Also our company file size is getting to the upper limit of quickbook's abilities.

Easily manages multiple companies without adding additional cost. Sectioning off access to areas allows us to give access to employees where needed while restricting access to sensitive information.

Desktop Enterprises is incredibly robust to work with manufacturing / inventory as well as providing additional reporting to aid with our financials.

The bank feed feature is a bit cumbersome and I do not use - more efficient to import transactions.

Enterprise helped us solve inventory issues and has streamlined that process.

I like the interface and the many options for processing financials in a variety of ways that I need for my own personal assesssments as well as for what my accountant needs

Startup can take a bit of time, just because there are so many features learning how to use them all is necessarily somewhat time consuming, but relative to what the prioduct offers the learning curve is reasonable

I am using it to manage the finances for two different businesses, as well as for various aspects of my personal finances. It has made it way easier to prepare records for my accountant at tax time. It has also made it easier to track expenses of all kinds, and to do higher level assessments of how my businesses are faring.

Quickbooks are straightforward to use. Very easy to enter into.

The reports can be customized and memorized. Software is easy to use, and you can set up the preference to use the enter key to enter data. I am saving time.

If QuickBooks cannot recognize a transaction, it will record it as an unknown expense.

It's easy to use, customer support is always available and quick to respond to issues or questions. My business banking account is directly connected to QuickBooks.

I use a different check and payroll system most of the time, I wish the had their own exclusive service

There are so many benefits it's hard to choose which one has literally saved me so much time doing payroll and automatc deductions and paying and being paid quickly.

I've been a financial controller for many years and love QBE. It's so inexpensive and has WAY more functionality than people think. We've been able to do everything needed accounting-wise for an almost $200m revenue per year shipping company with multiple operating entities. It's also SUPER easy to train on, so there's not a huge learning curve when hiring. I don't forsee us switching to another software anytime soon because QBE does everything we need.

We use it as our accounting software for multiple operating entities. I love that we can have separate company profiles for each one rather than mixing the books.

Once you get into the groove using it tit is actually very intuitive and user friendly.

When you don't know how to do something it might require a bit of googling to figure out the solution.
