Very easy to learn. The reporting functions are very helpful. Emailing invoices and receiving payments work very well.

It is a shame that you can't print a report that shows the number of the invoice for which the client issued an online payment.

We reduced our over 90 aging report numbers by 90%.

QuickBooks is very user friendly. I was a Sage user, and was able to pick this up very quickly.

If you do have issues, their help desk is not the most proficient I have worked with.

Mandatory upgrades! If you do not upgrade the product every two years, they will not provide tech services.

It is a user-friendly method of maintaining the company accounting. It is great for multiple industries. The greatest benefit is error correction. Nothing is permanent. Anything can be fixed. It provides a great paper trail. You can customize reports. The list goes on and on.

The ease of use. The page layouts are clear and logically placed.

I can not think of any dislikes using Quickbooks.

Saving time and knowing your estimates and invoices are accurate.

I like best being able to have clients pay their invoices via a secure payment link. Our payments have come faster since implementing this feature. I also really like being able to attach documents to any transaction. I've gone virtually paperless and don't need to keep paper files.

I dislike the $49,999 limit on payments. If you're not able to change that feature, it would be nice if it walked people through how to pay more than that in increments.

Paperless billing and filing. Linked bank feeds to import credit card transactions saves a ton of time.

The UI is extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate. Everything on the platform is straightforward and requires little training to understand.

I would say that sometimes the platform does not run as quickly as I would like it to.

Quickbooks application has enabled me to harmonize all my accounting transactions to one place. Bulk posting of transactions has been made easier where i can post them at once. Another great feature is where i can generate my balance sheet and profit and loss reports and i can export them to other formats.Quickbooks has minimal technical problem thus being very reliable.

It's so easy to download transactions from the bank accounts and credit cards, to classify the transactions, reconcile, and pull reports. There are so many great features with QuickBooks.

QuickBooks customer service isn't always the best. You are usually on hold for a while, and then it takes time until someone can figure out how to help you with your issue. Fortunately, I haven't had too many occasions to call QuickBooks, so it hasn't been too bad so far. Otherwise, no complaints from me.
