You can easily view hours worked for week in progress.
If you take a break, it’s mandatory 30min until you will be allowed to clock back in.
Ability to track how long our technicians were on each call. And bill that time to the customer.
We use TSheets to manage our employee scheduling, routes, & to clock in and clock out. We love the easy app that notifies employees an hour before their shift starts. Since we started using TSheets our schedule has been much more organized and easy for the staff to keep track of.
In the Calendar view of Tsheets if I edit a shift that is scheduled for a group of people it automatically changes only one employee. It would be nice if it changed all empoyees unless otherwise noted. I do this accidentally often and it's very frustrating.
We use it to save time with our scheduling and keep our team organized. It helps make sure everyone shows up on time with its useful reminder tool.
Ease of use via the mobile app when putting time in
Wish I could set up common activities and have the system remember them for easy input (ie - Every Tuesday there’s one hour dedicated to x.)
TSheets is a great time tracking tool and a way to effectively see where I am using time
The ease of use In office to input time sheet
Pop up windows that come up sometimes during inputting of work hours.
The issue of inputting time of work
Everything is best part, if they more improve again that too great.
No dislikes, no issues good and great work. keep that going.
No problems found yet to solve.
The most convenient way to keep track of your employment. It's amazing. You clock in and out with your smartphone or tablet. It tracks tour location too. Love this app.
I dont like the fact it will clock me in sometimes whole it's in my pocket. This is easily fixed tho.
I am able to track my team's hours very easily and pay them what they earned.
TSheets has the best mobile platform of any timesheet by far. It’s nice to see my PTO, who else is working or on break, and what my weekly and daily hours are looking like all in one place.
I do wish I could see hours based on our payroll period rather than only weekly.
The biggest problem TSheets has solved for us is that we can now see in one place who is on the clock or not at any given time - so we aren’t wasting time trying to reach coworkers who are on their breaks.
T sheet is great you just have to remember to log in and log out of it. It's a very simplistic system and very user-friendly.
The only thing I dislike is categorizing by state. We are nationally recognized company and cannot add states to where we are per region.
We are solving the clock in and clock out minutia by having our employees clock in and clock out at the moment they arrive at work and a part from work.
This works for our company because our salespeople can log in while on the road and put in there timesheets while connecting it to a specific client.
Nothing, everything works really well for us. We have not experienced any problems with the software at all.
A great benefit is that is integrates with Quickbooks! That makes it super easy to do our payroll instead of having to use to different products in order to do payroll. This also takes less time as well.
Our team has many different clients and different projects that need to be billed, with some projects or team members billing at a different rate. The T-Sheets software makes it so easy to code pay rates, job codes, team rates, and specific projects. I also love that T-Sheets makes it so easy to pull a report at any time so you can see who is working on projects, which projects are close to our maximum billing, and the overall billing code breakdown. The app is also super easy to use and makes things very streamlined to look at schedules, weekly overview, and time sheets for yourself and others. The app also lets you log your location so if it the job includes any travel it makes it easy to see how far you traveled which reminds you to log your mileage!
There isn't much that I dislike about TSheets; however, it would be nice if there was an AI functionality like some other Softwares out there so it could track the activities on a desktop in case you forget to switch job codes. Sometimes guessing what time I switched over to another job (without logging it in TSheets) is a bit of a gamble. But, that is more of a user function and not a TSheets function.
The ability to use the app anywhere is such a benefit I didn't even know I was missing. It is also helpful to be able to easily edit time sheets after the fact; in case you forget to switch job codes or switched to a whole new project! Additionally the ability of the app to log your location is great for people who travel, or reminding you to log your mileage!
