It is organized, has a timer, and good organization
During the time that I used it, I really didn't have any dislikes!
none
Able to clock in & out from my cell phone without being at computer.
When a staff submits a day off, they changed their mind and worked that day but forogt to cancel their day off. TSheet doesn't alert the staff of the correction.
QuickBooks TSheets, the supervisor/manager, can see if an employee is working or on break.
I'm not sure there is something I like best about this tool. Although it does the job we need it to do, it integrates with QBO.
The reporting is not great, it would've been good to have the capability of reporting based on project usage (Ability to enter the number of contracted hours for a project and as time is added deduct from there and have a report to track that usage) We've had plenty of login issues and have to resend invites to employees. The clock on the tool is not very easy to use or beneficial. The integration with QBO is not great. Deactivating and deleting employees is not always very straightforward.
It solves the problem of time tracking for billable hours. The only benefit I can see was the initial financial discount from Tsheets to transfer over to Time
Once you figure out how to youse it, it does it's job.
I haven't seen things from the management end of things, but it seems to be hard to set up. We switched over a few months ago, and they have still been unable to figure out how to set up some of the features.
Our company switched over from out-sourcing HR to handling things in-office, including payroll. We now use Tsheets for this. It is saving our company money.
It helps my staff record their time pretty easily.
The admin interface is VERY difficult to use. Not clear. When you review the time records for the employees, it doesn't categorize them by employee, it lists them by time entered in and out and date. Not the best way to review an employees time sheet.
We primarily use Tsheets for time record keeping.
Can see entire work week easily and enter time based on billing.
A drop down menu would be easier than typing everything out, and there should be a way to see a pay period or month all at once.
I haven’t seen any benefit to using it.
I like that I am allowed to make a note with my time clocking in or out in case I maybe messed up the times and forgot to do one or the other that day. I can just make a note of it, and it’s easy for the bookkeeper at our work to change it.
I feel like it has some bugs. I have had multiple instances of clocking in or out, and it hasn’t registered. So I come into work the next day, and it says I worked for over 18 hours...not sure how that can be fixed except with a software update.
It has been a good and helpful product for our company overall just because it’s a great way for our technicians to track how many hours they spend on a specific job site.
How easy it was to track work hours and log in and out of the platform from a mobile device.
I disliked the tracking on the device and it seemed a little invasive for working in an office.
Not a lot was solved, it seemed like a tool implemented to micro-manage a super small staff.
Easy to use and helps log in and log out
sometimes confusing if you are logged in or not
it helps track how many hours I worked
Multiple options to include your daily task and to show your job linking it to the tasks that you were assigned on a daily bases
How it tracks your location, people can easily modified this
T sheets just makes people uncomfortable, for a construction company perspective this is only useful if you want to see that your workers are on site but doesn’t measure productivity on a better scale
It is helpful to keep track of different projects you're working on and how much time is spent on them! Great to be able to organize it by client/project, task, and have your whole team on it.
It was difficult to organize clients in the way that we wanted, as we have multiple projects within clients and then some that span clients. Only one person really needed to have a client assigned to them.
Noticing where we are spending most of our time as a team to identify bottlenecks and where efficiencies could be gained.
Ability to track employee time sheet in the field
Cost was higher than I had hope to pay for product
Would recommend a time tracking app for any group that uses mobile employees.
Tsheets is user-friendly. The app is simple to use and navigate. It is also client-friendly - it is easy for us to use on the backend on the desktop version.
We have multiple locations and multiple approval systems. TSheets cannot support our robust needs and is not making any updates that would cater to us.
We have a problem with submitting timesheets - if the employee submits timesheets late, the dates are blocked and we cannot find the late timesheet. The employee has to notify us and we have to add it to the report manually.
It's simple to click in, as it recalls your department and information. Since I only use the one department to clock in, it takes no time. It goes down less often than previous time cards, which results in less outage-related time adjustments.
Since TSheets is not connected to our actual payroll (ADP), everything has to be entered into TSheets again after approval in ADP. It frequently denies applying time (personal/vacation/sick/holiday) after the fact, even when you have not yet submitted your time for the week. TSheets does not provide a vast amount of information; no payroll, no time off tallies, no schedule, etc. It is simply an interface to clock in/out.
It's faster to load than ADP and goes down less often. We're no longer having to submit for time adjustments multiple times per month due to an outage.
I like product overall. The amount of data you can source is quite awesome
There are major limits the software provides.
Time tracking, of course. The ease of knowing where employees are and when.
I like how simple this program is for employees to use and it helps make tracking employees time entries easy.
I dislike that the app allows employers to monitor employee locations by using GPS tracking. I see how this can be efficient for staff who travel and use company property but I consider this a major violation of privacy for employees who are required to furnish their own personal devices for time tracking.
Tracking employee hours and ensuring employees are working correct hours.
That I was about to clock into work as soon as I was on the property from my phone as apposed to having to wait till the computer was free.
Having to always have my GPS on when I was at work it allowed for my phone to die quickly.
I personally did not solve any problems or have problems when using the product.
I love how it is the monthly cost is affordable. They have some great advance features such as GPS tracking.
It can be a little buggy at times. Also how outdated the user interface make me annoyed.
It has made time tracking much more efficient.
It was easy to get all of our team members signed up for the service.
The mobile app was was cumbersome and difficult to use. The tracking of employee locations was a little creepy.
We are no longer using the product. We found it really didn’t solve any problems or create benefits for us.
Can access from my phone without issue.
Website was under co at ruction quite often.
The only business I was solving was clocking in and out of work.
