TSheets has been absolutely amazing to use! We have remote employees across the US and it’s always been difficult trying to use other timekeeping software. The payroll reporting and integration is so efficient. It’s been great setting clock in rules and making sure our employees and independent contractors are working within their specifications.
I really have no dislikes. It’s been a wonderful decision to use TSheets.
We tried a few different softwares and it was always time consuming and difficult to add employees. TSheets is so fast and easy!

TSheets has made a world of difference for out offsite employees who need to be able to track and submit their time.
Honestly, there is no part of TSheets that we have had an issue with.
It was cumbersome tracking off site or out of state employees and TSheets has solved our problem with that issue.
Integrates very well with QuickBooks. Easy for everyone to understand.
I wish it prevented employees from making mistakes by warning them when they’re about to do something unusual (like when they forget to clock out and mark something billable as not billable.)
I have realized that I can add someone’s vacation days in there so it’s easy to track when are good days for people to take off.
Free training on how to implement the software is offered by the software vendor via phone or live chat. It has a clean user interface and easy to use. It provides self service to employees where they can use it to reqest for leaves.
Tracking billable hour of employees have been easy and i have not found anything wrong while using the software.
It is easy to track employees who are int he field and office as it is GPS enabled on Android and Iphones phones.It also has benefited us to track employees when offline in areas where there is bad network activities.TSheets solves the issues of having difficlty reading paper cards.
What is most helpful is the paper we can copy.
The downside is that you can not necessarily back up paper.
TSheets has impacted me by making me more time managable.
The app helps me to clock into work and lets me know the details of the job.

The best feature has to be that I can track my service items in the fly. It works perfectly on my mobile browser.
The mobile site can be more robust. I would like to edit my time sheets without having to revert to the desktop site.
Clocking in and out on mobile has made the experience seamless. Going back to edit time sheets has been invaluable in our company culture that leans toward being more casual.
T sheets is by far the easiest way I have ever tracked employee times. I love how user friendly the app and websites are. The location tracker on the app is something I didn’t even know we needed until I saw all the ways to utilize it. Overall very happy

It’s streamlining the process of tracking everyone’s time. The dashboard makes it so easy for everyone to know what their hours are.
The ability to track all my times and it sync with Quickbooks is perfect for me. Also being free for one user was important to me as having to pay for something else as a sole proprietor was not an option.
Nothing really, it works completely as expected. Would be nice if there was a desktop widget and maybe it ran in the task bar as well.
Being able to track all my time allows me to make bill time accurately and to check that jobs I'm quoting, I'm quoting accurately.
The mobile GPS tracking & user interface. I admit I am a reseller for TSheets, but that is not why I am leaving this review. The reason I resell TSheets is because I talk about it so much anyways, and it basically sells itself ;) TSheets is easy and efficient to use, syncs seamlessly with QB, and its fast! Very affordable for a small business and has enough GPS tracking in it to effectively track ALL employees, without the hefty price tag of GPS geo-sensing devices. It's amazing, and the staff is amazing as well. Just amazing.
I would like to see more direct API integrations, or an integration with a service like Zapier that could work as a bridge. e.g. Our service department uses TSheets to track tine to different clients, they all input structured notes, and the reporting is pretty good. As a marketing professional, it would be hugely beneficial to have the client data/work history integrated with our crm/marketing software to automate marketing campaigns, streamline our processes, and analyze trends.
On-site clock in/clock out on jobsites, real time view of who is working/where, GPS alerts, the list goes on. Keeps my clients' employees honest, offers real time data for remote teams, integrates seamlessly with our QuickBooks.
Sheets has been great for me having an assistant for the first time in my business. Its already. hard in itself to be doing training all day. long but what b truly makes it easier is that there is an app for my. assistant to be able to go in and track all of her hours. It really gives me a sense of relief to know that everything is being tracked and I am not having to worry about one more thing.
I wish I would be able to see the same thing automatically when my assistant logs on and punches in and out verses me having to physically log in.
It truly has made the hiring process so much easier for me personally and like mentioned not having to add one more thing to the list of things I need to do.
I appreciate the web-based features along with being able to generate reports based on a single project if I so choose.
Sometimes reporting is not customizable enough.
Solved tracking my own time on various projects. By tracking my own time, I am able to see if I am being profitable.

I like how TSheets is user-friendly and allows employees to use an app if needed. Also, it tracks GPS location if you are not at the office which is a great feature.

I have realized that TSheets has been a great tool to help all of the employees log in and log out for breaks and shifts. You can see how much you have worked as well.
GPS features like seeing where everybody in the company is located (great to see our techs in the field.) Ease of clocking in and out. PTO tracking. Seamlessly syncs with payroll service. Geofencing for easy clock in to specific jobs. The who's working panel to see who is at lunch and who's not, or who is out today.
When you've enabled features you access the settings through the "Feature Add-ons" which makes it hard to find later (especially years later.) The link "Feature Add-ons" gives me the feeling you're going to add new features, not reconfigure features already there.
Time tracking for employees. Vacation/Sick time management. Remove "buddy punching". Sending rerouting techs to a client that's closer to them to prevent another tech having to drive across town to service them.
The convenience of checking my schedule whenever I like is a big step up from having to go to my job to look at a piece of paper.
Asking for time off within the app is not crystal clear to me, but it may have something to do with administrative settings.
Better scheduling communication. Time edits are incredibly easier. Time changes are communicated for efficiently.
I love that is has a super easy interface and can be understood and figured out with the click of a few buttons. The app on your phone makes it super easy to access and you also get reminders to clock in and clock out in case you forget. I also like that you can see each day and how much you worked and how much overtime you are getting as well. All in all, this is a great company with a great product that is very useful to many people who run small or large businesses.
There is not anything that I really dislike about T-Sheets.
When using tsheets we solve a ton of problems including eliminating the hassle of using our own spreadsheets to track time. With tsheets you click a button and it does all the work for you.
You can easily switch from one client to the next, which helps with billing clients at the end of the month. It's very easy to use and accurate.
That you always have to add notes when clocking out of a client. I don't feel like anyone reads them and it shouldn't be a requirement. I also dislike that it timestamps your location.
Tracking client hours for billing is so easy now! Before it was hard to keep a tab on my client hours, but this has made it very easy at the end of the month for billing. The best benefits are the accuracy and overall time saving it does.
