Well, there is nothing I really dislike. But I miss some kind of dashboard with metrics, numbers, everything for me to understand my earns during the long haul.

Whenever I have some questions, Remote's customer service team is swift in responding. Like it has been a while since I experienced such a quick and courteous cs team.
So far they have been helpful to my queries and never experienced a dull moment.
I was asking them about my invoice and the payment. Their team was very quick in answering and making sure that I was satisfied.
I cannot say enough positive about the Remote customer support team! They went above and beyond when we were setting up our auto pay. China let me know exactly what to expect and followed up to keep me posted on the set-up progress. Being in very different time zones, I wasn’t sure what to expect. But her response time to my email questions was impressive! Friendly and patient customer service…the best!
I have yet to find a downside to using Remote. Everything has been great!

I love the fact that Remote provides you with all the mandatory information when setting up a contract. You instantly know what's important in different countries. The cost calculator is amazing!
There could be a little more explanation to some country specific questions, e.g. why are levels in France of relevance?
It gives us the opportunity to offer Employment Contracts to colleagues living abroad, that don't want to relocate. And we cannot open a sub-company in every country we are recruiting in. We also don't have to do any research on local employment regulations, as Remote provides us with this information.

None. I cannot think of one. So none for me.
Just the payout timeframe. It takees not longer than a day.
Customer care is very responsive and always gets back to me.
Doesn't say who my manager is on the UI so I can't tell if changes are reflected.

Customer Service and fast payments. Remote always respond to every request sent immediately especially on their website (live chat). They provide the most easy to use payroll and help contractors get create invoice and track the status of the invoice submitted.

Easy to maneuver and the support staff is quick and nice to work with. Ran into a few hiccups and they were awesome to work with. It's a great piece of software to utilize if you hire out of the country associates
It's not 100% clear what documentation you need to get your billing in order and we did run into some issues there. But they didn't ask for any paperwork we didn't readily have

Remote made it super easy to onboard. Their interface is easy to use, and easy to find things. The requests to onboard were sent in a timely manner.

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy was the process with Remote (sign the contract, introduce my personal data on the app, etc). Also, the app is very simple and beautiful, there is a page with tutorials to use every tab but, the design is so good that you don't even need it, it's very intuitive.
At the moment there is nothing that I dislike, everything seems to work properly, I didn't experience any bug in the app or something not clear, everything works as expected.
I could sign my contract with a company from another country, also I could upload the legal documents needed and verify my identity. All of these processes are asynchronous and very fast. With this system, the process is simpler, for both the company and the employee.
I like the fact that all my payroll and other HR matters are dealt with on a local basis.
The insurance is not at all up to par with the industry.

It is a missing community where employees can interact and share their thoughts. This will enable to create a better feedback loop for the company and its employees.

The service they provide is very good and they resolve doubts and/or clarifications very well. In my job I only use Varicent I haven't work in another place so I don't know if another place is better
They only speak English, I would like the customs service can speak the mother language of the country they are working for.

Solving payroll enquiries is a bit difficult as you may need to speak with a non payroll expert how will communicate your doubts and payroll replies
