What do you like best about Remote.com?

How easy and effective it is! They are always available to help if needed, it's incredible easy to keep up with your current situation as such as payroll, days off, and documets as well.

What do you dislike about Remote.com?

I have nothing to mention about it. I've been having a really good experience.

What problems is Remote.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm currently based in Portugal, and my company is based in Ireland. Using Remote makes sure I'm having all the Portuguese employment rights guaranteed.

Actually nothing they pay salary at time etc.

The platform is easy to use and if I run into any issues we have a very responsive support team.

What do you dislike about Remote.com?

Invoice reporting. It is a challenge to reconcile the prefunding drafts, salaries, fees and credits.

What do you like best about Remote.com?

Remote offers excellent benefit options for employees. The platform is easy to use. Remote's support is always helpful and it feels like they are always on top of the support cases. Remote is much better than the other PEO solution I had in the past.

What do you dislike about Remote.com?

Some countries information is still missing on the Help portal although the service is available in those countries.

What problems is Remote.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

One single platform to manage employees across multiple countries. Remote helps to deal with legal and complicance matters so HR can focus on other priorities.

all the actions were automated, I was informed consistently about what was missing, the dashboard for managing my docs is super clear and the team was very fast answering to my question

What do you dislike about Remote.com?

After oboarding, my benefits of insurance is delaying a lot, I am on my 2nd month and still dont have my insurance

Whatever request I have they have been focused on the issue very carefully. They are well organized company. They care the feedbacks.
